Money And Me Power To Get Anything You Desire Step 3 of 5 We have already talked about the first two steps of the Manifesting Formula. Now the third step is a really crucial one. This is where a lot of people quit before they get started. Another problem around Manifesting is really very easy to get excited at the beginning. And then you lose steam, you lose enthusiasm, and you lose those positive vibes. Is it because whether you are busy, something comes up along the way and then there could be something new? So like a shiny star object syndrome comes up. So all these things will distract you as you are pursuing this manifesting formula towards becoming a Soul Rich Woman or achieving your Soul Goals and the dreams that you want. You have to get into that flow of positivity. And when you do that, and when those synchronicities or what we call things that look like intuitively start to happen to you, or suddenly you start to see opportunities, start to see lucky things happening, that's when all the things start to feel magical. We also want to be realistic about this. The manifesting formula is practical. That's why positive anchors are so important. You need to create things that will remind you of your goal constantly and keep your intentions focused. And when you feel really good about your goal, you are going to start to act in different ways. And that's going to make the next step much easier if you can hack that. 03:24- 03:45 They are a business rite of passage and are inevitable. Do not stress about it. It doesn’t mean when people ask for a refund, you are not good or you are lousy because everyone gets refund requests all the time.
04:33- 04:46 Don’t stress too much about protecting all your IP. Some people will join, competitors will join and steal your stuff. 04:51- 04:59 I mean, get legal on them if you need to put Terms & Conditions in place. Don’t hide for fear this will happen.
People will unsubscribe 05:11- 05:18 Unsubscribes will go up during a launch. 05:40- 05:52 We can’t just hold onto people forever. People’s needs and people’s seasons will change. It’s nothing personal. Just turn off those unsubscribe notifications.
06:02- 06:38 People will get irrationally angry that you’re selling something. Even if you’re giving away 90% of your stuff for free. I am a true-blue experience for that. That’s why I have to tell you this, it sucks and it hurts. I already did 3,000 episodes of Facebook live free, content that I teach, I share my knowledge. And then people get angry about the stuff that we are selling. But it’s okay for you to make money from your business. If people don’t like it, they don’t buy it, that’s okay.
06:47- 07:05 Don’t get caught up in creating the perfect planning spreadsheet or that perfect launch spreadsheet. A simple google doc to-do list will do just fine. For example, I don’t really bother being an affiliate for small things like ebooks, but some affiliates get freaked out on selling things they perceive as being expensive.

Here are some of the biggest lessons from our biggest launch ever: Life happens. So get prepared. 02:29- 02:34 During the month we launched Soul Rich Woman, we had lots of life stuff going. Willow our toddler started daycare and potty training for the first time.
02:45-03:00 It’s really helpful to do at least some stuff in advance because let’s face it – life doesn’t stop just because you’re launching your business or you’re launching your podcast. Don’t leave everything to the last minute.
03:03- 03:08 You really don’t have to do it all by yourself. And I’m telling myself this constantly. 03:20- 03:29 I want to tell you this, outsource as much as possible because it will multiply your output, it will 10X your output. 03:36- 03:48 You can get people from Fiverr or Elance if you don’t have a big budget because there are so many moving pieces to launch a business or podcasts. Sales pages take forever. 04:32- 04:37 Sometimes, it will take 10 x or 100 x longer than you think. 04:46- 04:52 Even with an existing sales page, making tweaks takes so much longer than you think. Email can not be your only marketing channel. 05:25- 05:41 Don’t assume everyone reads your emails. And honestly, deliverability over the years since I started going online in 2013 has gone down because of stronger spam filters, promotional folders, and email fatigue. 05:42- 06:08 Therefore, you have to promote on all your marketing channels. From your podcast to your Facebook, to your LinkedIn, to your Instagram, to your TikTok, to your emails, to your Facebook Ads, wherever. I just heard that someone big did a launch and I had no idea. I only follow her on Instagram and I never saw her mention it once.

Don’t let your “buy now” button or “sign up now” get lost in the crowd of beautiful images. Track your conversions. 09: 43- 10:00 Track your conversions. It’s easy to think “nobody wants to buy my stuff!” if you don’t understand that 1-2% of people will buy. Over time, the statistics will play out unless you’re doing more high-touch selling, then yes, you can convert higher. 10:01- 10:05 Number eight: Book in self-care. Take care of yourself, have self-love. Track and celebrate every success. 11:16- 11:39 Track and celebrate every success. I literally mean that. Every success. It’s true that most of the sales come right at the end, so it’s easy to get discouraged. Get excited about every single sale – someone has believed in you and you can help transform their lives.

138: Power Of Self-Love A lot of women are extremely nurturing and loving to everyone except themselves. Some psychologists say it’s because from an early age girls are taught to be helpful, selfless, and not to trouble anyone. I think it causes some women to feel guilty as if they are not worth spending time or money on or even asking for help. This attitude has a direct impact on our weight, health, relationships, sex, and success and holds back so much potential that could make a huge difference in the world. Remind yourself 03:02- 03:06 Now, I have to admit being one of the worst in self-love. 03:13- 03:23 I was on the ground with several jobs on the go, as a waitress, I was teaching yoga, Aerobics, line dancing and not giving myself physical care or even rest. 03:24- 03:39 I remember a really bad time in my life when my self-care was at an all-time low. It serves as a powerful reminder that I am in control of how I feel about myself. 04:54- 05:11 Today, I am much better now but I have to remind myself that I’m allowed to take care of myself lovingly and I deserve a great relationship. Even though I still need to work on, at least I’ve come a long way since that day.

It's as simple as that. They think nothing of treating themselves as they would a special friend or someone they love. This includes “forgiving” yourself for mistakes in any area of your life. It's about being kind to yourself. When money is tight, we feel guilty about spending money on non-essential experiences. The reason why it’s so important is that when we laugh and have fun – we feel lighter and happier. Today in this episode. I want to talk about What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up It's Never Too Late To Find Your Dream Job. Everyone loves asking little kids that question. Mainly because they will say it’s such interesting things like a doctor, astronaut, a ballerina, a veterinarian. Of course, children aren’t so bothered by the fact that they’ll one day need a job that pays the bills or need to have skills that will pay the bill or care about making sensible decisions and choices. They just want to do what makes them happy. And me? Much earlier in my life, I wanted to be a vet. A veterinarian. I love animals so much. I have three cats and one dog. I love animals so much. And the other one I wanted to be is to have my own business. Which is that didn’t work out, I wanted to be a professional dancer.

When I first came across the Law of Attraction, very much earlier in my career, it’s very exciting. It’s like Christmas for me or Chinese New Year, a birthday party. You think, “Oh my god, how could this possibly be true? Can I really just ASK for something and get it, Genecia? This is AMAZING.”
03:05- 03:14 I had someone ask me for advice recently, and she was confused about how this works. She loves following our podcast show. 03: 21- 03:37 And she was incredibly frustrated. “Genecia, I’m really panicking. I have no money in my bank account right now and I’ve got three big bills to pay this month. What am I supposed to do?” 03:38- 03:57 So I said “To start with, stop feeling bad and scared about it. It will only make it worse. Even though you’re worried, start by first, affirming that everything will be okay. Two, visualize yourself paying your bills easily. Three feel the feeling of being so taken care of by the Universe.” 03:59- 04:17 And she said “Genecia, you don’t understand what I’m saying. How am I supposed to do that when I have no money in my bank account? It’s true! Everything that you’re saying is lovely, Genecia, but in reality there is nothing there in my bank account.” She's constantly experiencing 04:21- 04:25 Negative affirmations are just as powerful as the positive ones. 04:26- 04:28 When you say “I have no money”, 04:38-04:49 you’ll only perpetuate the feelings of fear and anxiety, which will probably attract even more bills and unexpected expenditure. 04:51- 05:38 The funny part of the situation was that she couldn’t see the pattern. Of course, I was the mentor. She's constantly experiencing this feeling of having no money. Complaining and wining and then at least once a month she was running out of money, and she was unwilling to look inside and change. I told her to stay positive and to affirm that something would come up. And it did. Someone, eventually, gave her money out of the blue, and she was saved that very month. 05:39- 06:13 Then the horror story came, the next month she wrote to me and said “Genecia, I did another Law of Attraction experiment like you said and asked for $2,000 to show up today. And it didn’t. Why?” And it gets a bit frustrating on my nerves, actually. I wanted to tell her – “Look, there is a process, okay? It’s not always you think, you want, you want it now and then it will show up instantly in a snap of your finger.” 06:27- 06:48 You know what, there is a process here. It’s not always going to show up instantly if you’re not willing to do the inner work involved. It’s so much fun when things manifest instantly, but most of the time there is a time lag and there’s no way of knowing how long. 07:12- 07:20 Because we’re not truly aligned to what we want, and we have to do some emotional or physical decluttering, it can be symbolic. 07:28- 07:51 We may have to look at self-beliefs we have around money or take stock of some of our bad habits. Most people can’t be bothered. One of the first steps when working with a new client is the typical, “Tell me about your dream day exercise.” You know, the exercise where you share your million-dollar lifestyle. The one where you wake up in a mansion and your private jet is waiting or you are ready to dream because there is a diamond within you and you deserve to shine. After my client is done dreaming, I ask, “How can you start living that millionaire lifestyle now? Like right now?”
02:29- 02:40 One of the first steps when working with a new client is typically, “Tell me about your dream day exercise.” You know, the exercise where you share your million-dollar lifestyle. 02:57- 03:06 After my client is done dreaming, I ask, “How can you start living that millionaire lifestyle now?” 03:08- 03:30 99% of the time, my client would usually tell, “Huh? What do you mean? I don’t have money now. That’s why I’m hiring you as my mentor and coach to guide me, right?” Then I ask again, “How can you start living your millionaire lifestyle right now?” 03:31- 03:39 I insist that you and also my clients to make room right now for what’s to come.

Because if you act as if and if you see it before you achieve it, allows you to manifest your dreams because you are taking a leap of faith, you act on faith. Today’s topic is about ‘What Else? The Powerful Question To Attract Even More Luck And Abundance’ in your business and in your life. We all go through stages of feeling bad about ourselves. Do you have those days when you’re convinced that everything you do is crap and you’re never going to make it anyway and why bother? For a couple of months, I have a day when I want to run away, I just don’t want to do my business anymore, I just want to throw away everything that I built. Because I just want to do anything with little responsibility. Play small with good perks or good benefits like free movies and have discounts in my life. You know what, as we are moving towards the end of the year, you have got to ask yourself this question, one really simple but profound question. The exercise is to make a list of everything you’re proud of in this year, over the past year. Start with “I’m proud of…” and the all important question is… “What else?” 02:54- 03:01 The exercise is to make a list of everything you are proud of this year. 03:09- 03:16 Start with “I'm proud of” and all the important questions are, “What else?” 03:17- 03:22 Now, you have to keep asking yourself that question until you have 50 successes. 03:27- 03:31 (4) Something that you can talk about positively and celebrate. 04:08- 04:13 Wins are important but the question, “what else?”, is extremely important. 04:14- 04:36 You’ll probably get stuck at about five things you’re proud of because you don’t want to brag, you're Asian, or even if you're not Asian and you're listening to this episode, you're like "Okay in my culture, Genecia, it doesn't allow women like myself to brag or talk about my success or celebrate my wins, even the tiniest wins." 04:46- 05:07 I did this with a client recently who thought she had a bad year until we did this exercise. It took us 45 minutes, but she ended up with 42 things she was proud of, but it took a lot of digging. That’s why the question is so important. 05:20- 05:27 “I’m proud of” and “What else?” Keep asking. Keep asking and don’t give up. 05:29- 05:36 I would say bragging, celebrating your success, celebrating small wins is good for you. 05:39- 05:54 It’s awesome to remember everything is great for manifesting, to acknowledge all your wins, big and small, so that you can attract even more luck and abundance into the new year. 05:55- 06:03 Work on a mix of business and personal, as long as you get at least 30-50 good things. 06:04- 06:19 If you do this it by yourself, eventually you’ll run out of steam or you just get distracted by your handful of notifications and move on to something else. 2:26 - 2:45 Stage one: Courage to own what you do and call yourself an “XYZ”. For example, a coach or an author. Action will be to put your job title or your desired title on your email signature. You will start to see it every day and start to believe in yourself.

Well, anyway, the reality is that it probably won’t happen for a while anyway. Copycats- might be a problem at stage four – people are noticing what you’re doing, so you’ll get people flat out or accidentally copying you, including old or current clients. Either don’t take it personally, or get legal. Tighten up legals even more, including business insurances, contracts and trademarks.
Embracing your role as a leader 11:36- 11:43 Stage five: Embracing your role as a leader and being willing to take on that role in your communities. 11:44- 11:51 Be willing to hold the space for people. Set rules in your business in how you want to interact with people.

Stay tuned to learn more! I had many problems in accepting money 01:47- 01:56 Years ago, I had many problems in accepting money. My income had stagnated at a certain level and I just could not break free. It was really frustrating. 02:01- 02:19 Although I went to many seminars about developing a millionaire mindset, in reality, I was feeling guilty spending even the smallest amount of money on myself. The message I was sending out was “I don’t deserve” 02:58- 03:02 The message I was sending out was “I don’t deserve” And that’s exactly what I got in return. Money doesn’t change you, it only enhances who you already are 3:49 - 3:56 If you fundamentally believe that being rich makes you a bad person or if you think that it will solve all your problems, it doesn’t matter how much money you get. 04:14- 05:06 Camelot Group who operate the UK lottery released a survey:

The thing is, you don’t need to be perfect to be rich. In fact, you’ll still need to be you, just a richer version of you. Just a richer version of you, a Soul Rich Woman. Yes, it really won’t kill you. Now it is said that people are more afraid of public speaking than of dying, but there’s a more destructive and crippling fear – the fear of being criticized. This fear keeps you hostage and holds you back and makes you give up your dreams. It literally holds back your second chance, it keeps you awake at night and causes you to play really small in the world. It especially affects entrepreneurs, writers, singers, actors, or anyone in a creative profession. So if you’ve ever set up a blog, then you probably understand the fear of being criticized online when you’re sharing yourself publicly. Even on Facebook, you probably see and hear people talking negatively about you as well. What if people don’t like what I have to say?
What if people don’t like me? Especially in today’s society when online bullying is so rampant or the cancel culture is so rampant, anyone who shares regularly on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, a blog, or even a podcast, is bound to get some ill-intentioned or even downright nasty comments directed at them.

They could be just letting off steam, had a bad day, or just made a snap judgment and couldn’t help themselves from ranting. Either way, it’s their problem, not yours.

I finally did something that really resonated with me and who I was as a person. Before when I was just trying to make money for money's sake I would come up with all of these business ideas, I'll come up with so many different things, I’d go like, “Yeah, I can do this, that. Yeah, I could do that. I might give it a try.” Or, “Someone said that’s a great business idea. I should do it.” But those things really weren’t in line with who I was. And to be honest, the feeling of being able to make money, inspiring people, and motivating people, didn’t feel real to me. 03:02- 03:10 So, I really want you to come back to what is really real for you, which would really make an amazing business for you, start there.

The rules never worked for me, so I tend to create my own rules. But then I started my own business with literally no idea what I was doing. I figured the best way was to just figure out my own way.

I used to hear coaches brag about how many clients they get. I remember one coach told me how many people I was working with, and when I told her 6, she replied with this smug look on her face, telling me that she had 20 clients. 04:47- 05:27 But instead of being jealous, I was actually laughing in my head. How can someone works with 20 one-on-one clients at a time is beyond me? Because I value freedom, I value my time. That's why I'm an entrepreneur. So I decided early on that I only wanted to work with 4 clients at once. And to make up for the drop in income, I raised my prices a lot.

I’m totally happy to work with my clients in short bursts like maybe shorts 3 sessions for 5,000 dollars and then send them on their way. But I decided to change my model a little bit, I decided to work only with people for the long term, 12 sessions, or 13 sessions because that’s the energy I can sustain.

It is fluff. it is great that you have likes and I think it's a good adrenaline rush every time someone likes your post, but I've seen too many people having likes and shares but nobody is buying their products. And just because someone put it on the internet, doesn’t mean it’s true. It can be shocking how unsupportive and actually downright bitchy other people can be when your life starts to take off. People still love to give their criticism in the form of “wisdom” or “advice” and you cannot please everyone so don’t even try. But I’m not the person to do it because even though I speak about money, I talk about owning your F-word, it does not mean that I’m the right person to speak at a women’s shelter or in the prison ministry. Not good for me because I would feel helpless that I couldn’t create real change in an hour, and definitely not good for them. 04:41- 04:48 Never forget – it’s okay to change the world your way. We women don’t have to be everything to everyone.

116: Do You Have A Lifestyle Business Or A 24/7 Job? It’s so easy to become all-consumed with your business because it’s your baby and you went through real labor pains to birth it into the world. Sometimes I’ve been awake at 2 in the morning because an idea for a podcast show just hit me and I know that it must be written out, if not, I will forget about it. So, yes, the flexibility and freedom of working from home allow this, but does it help you in a healthy way to be running your business? Of course not.

Regaining your sanity 06:11- 06:18 The time you have available for your business might be 10 hours, or 20 or 40 but not 24/7. 06:20- 06:48 Learn to say “No”. I used to do a lot of pro bonus, collaborations free things, everything possible because I’m a pleaser, I really like to please someone. So when someone else asks something of me I find it terribly difficult to say no to. Wasn’t long before I was drowning in trying to get everything done and meet all my commitments. 06:54- 07:08 Now, I’ve learned to say no. If an opportunity comes along that doesn’t truly align itself with my vision for my business, then I say no. If favor is asked that is going to take a lot of time and effort on my behalf, I also say no. 07:10- 07:40 Get organized. Grab a calendar and sort out your schedule. What’s happening when. Every day I write out my top three tasks for that day, and I make sure I get them done. I automate what I can and I’ve got systems in place so that I can outsource stuff to my assistants like uploading my social media posts, scheduling out my newsletters, even doing my podcasts, editing, and stuff. 08:05- 09:18 Batching. This one is such a timesaver and it's my favorite. So rather than writing your own blog post or recording your own podcast one by one or newsletter when it’s due, dedicate a few hours and write as many as you can in advance or record as many episodes as you can in advance. I actually schedule out a Tuesday afternoon once a fortnight dedicated to writing my podcast shows. Same with shooting video, don’t go to all that effort for one video, shoot a week's worth of content and you’ll have tons of content ready to go. Batch smaller tasks like social media and email, I put aside half an hour in the morning, lunchtime, and afternoon to read and reply to my emails. I don’t leave my email program open all time and keep checking it again because it distracts me. I turn it off after I’ve checked them and I’ve turned off the notifications so I’m not distracted. Batch tasks actually to save time. It allows you to be more productive and it works. 09:22- 09:50 Just do it and stick with it. So you’ve only got two hours a day to spare? No problem, turn off all distractions like your Facebook, Instagram, whatever that is happening on your phone, desktop, and make effort to do that and focus entirely on doing what needs to be done from your task list. No phone calls, no tv, no kids, and no husband, please. Shut yourself away and really commit to getting things done. 09:51- 09:59 Make your time count. The more you take action in a consistent way, the faster you’ll build up momentum and really grow your business.

115: 5 Signs You Should Increase Your Prices Now Was there a time that you felt to raise prices, but you just couldn’t because you were afraid your customers wouldn’t like it? The first thing I want to say here is that you can always choose to increase your prices whenever you like. You don’t have to wait for a literal sign from the universe or someone like me telling you it’s time to increase your prices! Let’s go through these five signs because these just might be the little tipping point that you might need and it might be that final thing that breaks your back and goes, “It’s finally time to increase my prices!”
03:03- 03:36 First, you’re getting really booked out. Now, that doesn’t mean that you have millions of clients. I’m talking about your version of being booked out. When I was doing one-to-one coaching, my booked out level was around about 15 to 20 clients a week. People could easily handle 100 clients a week. Because I was doing one on one, my time is limited and I just want to be chill-preneur sometimes. So, yours is whatever feels right for you and right now, and you might feel that you’re being really busy. 03:52- 04:06 Guess what? Pricing is all about supply and demand. If you have a lot of people who desire your services, chances are you can afford to increase your prices a little bit. It’s natural if you’re scared. 04:50- 05:03 So you’re thinking, “No one is going to book in with me,” and sometimes that does come true for a couple of days, but it usually it levels out and people will pay your new price if you’re in demand and if you’re really good at what you do. 05:30-05:36 That’s the first sign you should raise your prices when you’re getting a bit too busy for comfort.
05:41- 05:48 Number two, clients tell you that you’re too cheap. I received that quite a fair bit when I was doing my mentorship program. 05:59- 06:10 So that’s the second sign and this is a major one. When you tell your prices to people and they say “Oh, it’s so cheap.” 06:19- 06:28 When you hear that repeatedly, take it as a massive sign that people have a different perception than you do around your worth. 06:58- 07:06 If people are telling you that repeatedly, listen to them and ask yourself this, "Is my pricing hurting my brand?" You’re attracting painful clients 07:39- 08:13 Number three, you’re attracting painful clients. If you’re getting a lot of pain in the butt clients who are constantly complaining, playing thug of war of you, they are negotiating on price, nitpicking with you over different things, delaying your installment plans, and making it unreasonable, and generally making your life hell – that is a huge sign that you’re an energetic mismatch to your current pricing. 08:18- 08:23 You know what, you deserve a client who gladly pays for you for what you do. Consistently creating amazing results for your clients 11:11- 11:20 Number four, you’re consistently creating amazing results for your clients. Especially when you can create results that have an impact on their income. 11:42- 12:08 This isn’t just for people who teach business or money because you might have a business completely outside of that realm. Maybe you help people to save time, so they can make more money elsewhere, or spend more time with their family. Save money by outsourcing a task or helping them become more efficient with their resources. Help them to become more efficient in their business by doing something they aren’t good at. Again, time = money.
13:24- 13:52 Number five, you want to earn more money. It’s okay to just decide, “I’d like to get paid more for what I do.” Maybe you already know that you’re an energetic mismatch to your prices and you simply just want to earn more. That’s totally ok. And it’s going to happen regularly over your entrepreneurial journey. Each time will feel scary and it’s normal to think, “Is anyone going to pay for this? Am I really worth this?” 14:06- 14:20 As you get even better at what you do, you might feel like you’ve outgrown your pricing again. Totally normal. So if you have been feeling itchy or feel like it’s time to expand, then do it. 14:24- 14:43 Raise your prices. That is a huge, clear sign to get out of your comfort zone and go to the next stage. Nobody else is going to give you permission but you. You have the diamond that is within you and you deserve to shine. You have to claim it for yourself.

“Can you give me a discount?” “Sounds so expensive. What can you do and offer me?” It’s very rare that you’ll get through your entire business without ever having to have at least a slightly awkward conversation about money. But that’s business. Today, we’re talking about having awkward money conversations with your clients. But don’t worry because I have a couple of tips on how you can make them less awkward! Let’s get into it. Give it at least a day 03:12- 03:25 The very first thing is when someone sends you an awkward conversation, and this is usually over email, don’t feel like you have to respond right away, and don’t respond in panic. Give it at least a day. 04:31- 04:41 (10) There are a couple more reasons for that. One is you might have to create a procedure around it. This is something I really recommend rather than making exceptions for everyone. 03:41- 04:03 So you’re not leaving them hanging, but you’re also not making a decision based on urgency. Sometimes people will ask you something and, to be honest, you don’t know the answer to it then it's ok to go back and talk to your coach or your mentor to see if they have experienced that before. 04:21- 04:27 Just be okay with not responding right away and giving yourself time to get a good response.
04:42- 04:51 Create a procedure that allows people and yourself to go back to your client and say “Here’s what we do.” like an SOP. 04:52- 05:15 A perfect example is refunds. If somebody asks for a refund, if you don’t have any terms & conditions in place, now’s the perfect time to create them. You might not be able to enforce it with this particular client, but at least you can go back and say, “I can make an exception this time, but for the future, this is the new procedure.” Don’t makeup stories 05:27- 05:45 Awkward conversations are just a fact of business. It could be something you just haven’t thought of it before or it hasn’t come up for you before. Or, just to be honest, sometimes people can be really difficult and it’s got nothing to do with you at all. 06:15- 06:40 The truth is, when you give it a little bit of time, you realize that it’s just a journey in business. Everyone gets refund requests. It’s inevitable because you're doing business. I get refund requests all the time. The more business that you do, the more refunds that you’ll get because it will follow a predictable percentage.

07:23- 07:36 Now, this is great if you already have an assistant. I have some resources for you if you haven’t hired your first assistant. That is my assistant and she knows the procedure and she doesn’t get triggered by it. She just does the procedure. The SOP. It means it’s wonderful for me because I don’t have to deal with it. We’ve got a procedure that we’ve agreed on, but I don’t have to be the bad person. Sometimes she does have to be the bad person if someone’s asking for a refund outside the refund period. You need to upgrade! If you’re in my Soul Rich Woman Blueprint Program, then you know that we talk about upgrades as well. Now, upgrades are one of the techniques you can use to get closer to living your F-Word – being Fabulous, having Freedom, Financial Independence, and A Happy Family. The one that will make you feel abundant, and like a money magnet.
03:30- 04:00 First and foremost, check who you’re hanging out with. Are they friends who have all said that they want to start a business, but then just complain about how they can’t quite decide what to do or say it’s very difficult? Do they say they’ll do things, but then it takes them months to get around to it? Maybe they’re big on ideas to improve their lives, but never actually do it and use every excuse under the sun to explain why. 04:01- 04:41 If you’re on fire with ideas and enthusiasm, your lady inner circle likes to sit down and whine, then you’re not an energetic match. So, I’m sorry, my dear, it’s really likely that they’ll bring you down. When that happens, you pay with a decreased business motivation that reflects in your bottom line. Which means how much money you make? And even if you’re not in business, that kind of energy is vampire energy. Sucking your life away can stop your manifestation mojo in its tracks.
04:44- 05:00 Check your energy. The first thing to do when you suspect that it might be time to upgrade your lady inner circle is to check in with your own energy when you think about the group. You don’t even have to meet up with the group in person to do this: just think about how you feel when you’re face to face with them. 05:37- 06:03 Your mindset is the most important thing to your success in your manifestation of the dreams, your F-word, the things you want in life, Fabulous, Freedom, Financial Independence, And A Happy Family. And sometimes we outgrow friends on our way to living the life we’re consciously manifesting for ourselves. When you’re in business, it’s no different. You outgrow some of your lady inner circle mastermind buddies.
06:28- 06:46 Give them a chance to come with you. If you don’t want to lose your current lady's inner circle, then this might be the way to go. Suggest that you all study a mindset or manifestation course together, or read a book on the subject, to lift all of you up. 07:01- 07:24 Just remember that you can’t make everyone take the journey with you. Give them a chance to get on the train with you, but if it takes a lot of your energy to keep everyone motivated and enthusiastic about what you're doing, it’s not worth it. You might have to face the fact that it’s time to cut your ties to that group. 07:26- 07:40 Cut your ties. It may be as simple as saying that you can’t make your meetups anymore, you are busy, your plates are full, or arranging other activities for yourself whenever the old group schedule something. 07:41- 08:02 Of course, you could manifest yourself as a new lady's inner circle group. This might sound really harsh right now, but if you’ve cleared a space for it and decluttered your mind, soul, and created a space, and get really specific about what you want, it will happen really fast.

109: 6 Big Business Tips For Introverts (like me) I’ve never made any secret of the fact that I’m the world’s biggest introvert. I’m super introverted. I know that many Soul Rich Woman entrepreneurs are introverts too. And I regularly hear women saying that they can’t build a big business “because they’re too introverted”.
03:22- 03:28 The key is to set up business in a way that works best for you as an introvert. 03:29- 03:32 There are 6 different ways to do that. #1 Choose a business model that works for you 03:34- 04:03 First is to choose a business model that works for you. Yes, it’s true that a big reach helps if you want to build a big business it's not just the numbers. But there are also a ton of ways to create that reach. For example, if you love speaking, try to live streaming. No need to leave the house. If making videos scares the hell out of you make podcasts. Like what I'm doing now.
04:50- 05:05 Number two: is outsourcing and partners strategically. I’m not talking about the collaboration here. Now, this tip is having good boundaries and every crucial for introverts. 07:00- 07:42 Number three: take all the downtime you need. Do you know that energy levels aren't the only difference between extroverts and introverts? Apparently, introverts’ brains also take longer to task-switch. We just tend to work better if we get some buffer time between finishing one task and starting another. Once I realized that I stopped making myself feel guilty for wanting to take time off in the middle of the day. I headed out to see a movie or just read a book in the park on the East coast. Now, online businesses can be awesome for introverts, but they can also be very isolating. And that’s not good for you or your business. Personally, I can stay at home without leaving the house for days at a time. I just just stay at home and don't go out. Unless I make a real effort, but I always feel better after I do. 11:16- 11:26 Remember to balance the time you spend working on your business with interactions that allow you to make offers and create leverage. Let people know how they can work with you.

Here in Soul Rich Woman, we talk more about the F word. Being fabulous, having freedom, financial independence, and a happy family. If you haven’t been in the Soul Rich Woman community you might be confused with the term “money blocks”.
What exactly are money blocks? 03:15- 03:17 What exactly are money blocks Genecia? 03:18- 03:28 In Soul Rich Woman, I describe a money block as “Anything that holds you back from making the money you want.” 03:29- 03:35 This is usually an underlying belief or fear of money. You may or may not be aware of it, but it’s there.
05:51- 05:59 Just trust me because you have them. Now, why am I so sure? Because everyone does. 07:03- 07:26 I want you to really get this idea. If you want more money, and it’s just not coming, my 99.9% certain diagnosis is “money blocks.” The good news is that you can have money blocks and yet not allow it to stop you from achieving your dreams.
07:29- 08:16 A lot of women have an underlying fear that it’s not safe for us to be rich or successful or both. Being a Soul Rich Woman, deep down, you probably have stories about how more money will lead to some negative outcomes, and if you will talk about money in a community and you feel very stressed out and you just want to leave the community because they talk about making money and you feel that it's not right to charge or not right to have money. That’s weird, right? Because on the surface, you think you want to make more, and but then you have these conflicting feelings inside of you. So really, it’s a protective mechanism that we think will save us from some kind of perceived harm.

You might resist delegating so you have to do everything yourself, or you’ll procrastinate so you have to pull in your midnight oil to finish your work. But when you catch yourself doing these destructive behaviors, you can stop at the moment and remember that it’s just your money blocks. You can control how you act in those situations. A contributor is others-focused and prefers to offer support to others. A taker is self-focused and putting their own interests ahead of the needs of others. In this episode, I will talk about one of the biggest things I’ve learned in my business and how it helped me change my mindset about the role I play in the world.

If you’re a contributor or a leader, you can keep your eyes on your own work. There are many parts to the same outcome, and many industries have their own niches within niches, there are different price points, too. And every industry needs diversity. Especially now, more than ever, customers are looking out for role models who look and sound like you. So, you’ve got to show up and inspire them.

Empower people to find their own answers 05:58- 06:01 The next thing is to empower people to find their own answers. 06:23- 06:29 You don’t need to have all the answers because it’s just about sharing stories like what I’m doing now and being relatable. 06:44- 06:50 (6) If you’re a leader of others asking them questions helped them find their own answers.
07:41- 07:52 (11) You don’t need to have all the answers to be a contributor, you can just get good at asking questions, start conversations, well-coming opinions from your own industry.
08:33- 09:09 One of the other aspects of being a contributor is creating safe spaces for people to explore that topic. You might have a free or a paid Facebook group or you can have some sort of way that people can come together, and together you can think of the answers yourself, without you having to be the guru of everyone else. It can really be exhausting if everyone’s looking to you for the right answer, and if you’re trying to be everything to everyone. You can’t do it, but if you’re a contributor, it’s okay for you to build a community, where there are lots of different voices as well. People need the basics 09:14- 09:29 The last thing I want to say is this, people just need to hear the basics. You do not need to know everything about everything. So you got to think, people need the basics, again and again, and they need to hear it from different people, and in different flavors, in different industries.
10:00- 10:40 Lastly, don’t feel like you have to be perfect. Just be honest. You don’t have to be this untouchable guru, who is perfect all the time, because a lot of people don’t even try to put themselves out there because they worry that people are going to think, “Well, I’m not perfect. I can’t be a guru.” The best way to avoid that is just to tell your truth. Tell your story. No one can copy your particular story, and that is why I love asking a question about your origin story, your chronological story, your milestone, and all these will help you to build up a flow.
