Big announcement ahead!

Welcome back my love to the Living Free podcast, the last episode of living free.

Today, I have a big announcement to make- I am rebranding the living free podcast beginning next year into SOUL NAKED podcast. So this is the last episode of the Living Free which will always be part of my soul.

Today, I have a solo episode where I dive so naked into a topic that I'm really passionate about because it has changed my life so much in so many areas, and I'm talking about the sisterhood wound and how it infects your life without you being aware of it, how you can recognize it, and also how you can heal it.

So if you follow my journey, or my podcast, or my Instagram account, you know that my journey with women hasn't been easy. And maybe you can relate in some of my stories, because it's a wound that's really present for most of us which we are not even aware of, that we just think this is how women are.

Sisterhood wound is very much connected to the mother wound and sometimes they went hand in hand that causes you to not trust women. It also blocks you from being your higher self.

So in this episode, I will go through a few examples of how the sisterhood wounds showed up in my life and how it can show up in your own life too so you can be aware of your own pattern of where you sabotage your own wholeness and your own expression of your own self.

About Melinte Reitzema:

From Groningen, Holland, Melinte left at the age of 17 to model in Milan and Paris, with a love for chocolate unable to stay size zero, moved to London and replaced the modeling dream with an acting one which was always her original dream after watching Titanic and The Lord of The Rings :)

In London, things didn't work out as expected, oblivious to her innate power and having to find her self-worth within,she kept searching for it out there, but somehow her innocence and fire saved her from the patriarchal world where she was trying to find success.

Lost, numb, and depressed, she went to the jungle, discovered breathwork, felt her emotions again for the first time in years, found her heart awakened to her divinity, and had the vision to bring all she had back home, to help other women feel their power and divinity.

But letting go of old dreams that she thought were good for her, but clearly not part of her soul's path, was not an easy task, and she fell back into old patterns.

Then she got cervical cancer. That slingshotted her back onto her spiritual path to never come off it again.

She finally followed through with her vision of bringing women together with a shared intention to heal and claim power. After 4 beautiful in-person retreats, she wanted to go deeper with the work, she wanted guidance with that, and she found the most epic mentor who was the first of many to guide her on this path of healing, transformation, growth, and desires.

Melinte learned how to be with all that she is, her shadow and light, and how to channel the essence of that into her greatest gifts to help others.

Her work is rooted in guiding women to claim their sacred path, for women to learn how to be with their shadow and light and live the full expression

In this SOUL NAKED interview I dive deep with my soul sister Sarah Schill. She talks about her own experience on the beauty and power of tapping into your sacred rage and emotions.

Sarah Schill is a German writer, scriptwriter, podcaster and coach.

She studied film-production in Berlin and worked as a producer and production manager for several years before deciding to follow her true passion and become a writer. After studying scriptwriting in Munich, she worked on different TV series and fiction films.
