Iza sebe ima 20 godina rada u medijima, a danas u ulozi Chief Digital Officera se brine o portfelju Hanza Medie koji u svom sastavu ima čak 19 stranica i brendova. 

U najnovijoj epizodi SoMoCasta, Nikola je ugostio Stipu Grubišića s kojim je probao doći do odgovora kamo ide hrvatsko medijsko tržište?

 

S više od 1.4 milijarde oglasa mjesečno koje serviraju korisnicima, hrvatski mediji su usporedivi s većinom europskih medija što se i vidi po raznim rezultatima AdExa. Ono po čemu je različito hrvatsko tržište je po navikama -  Hrvati, za razliku od drugih tržišta, zapravo jako konzumiraju medije zbog čega portali danas imaju ogromnu čitanost i brojke im ne padaju. No, gdje se tu uklapa pretplata? Iako je Stipe smatra samo jednim od izvora prihoda medija, smatra da je izrazito bitan alat za povećanje kvalitete sadržaja na tržištu.

In the first episode of the second season of SoMoCast, our host, Nikola, is joined by Miran Pavić, Telegram CEO, one of HUDI founders, and the Chairperson of the Media jury panel for SoMo Borac. Together, they discussed the market's readiness for digital subscriptions.


The concept of digital subscriptions began to emerge as the internet gained popularity. With online advertising revenues alone proving insufficient to sustain many media organizations, some newspapers and magazines started introducing paywalls for premium content. However, creating a sustainable and successful subscription model is not an easy task.


Miran discussed the key factors behind a successful transition to digital subscriptions, which range from reorganizing entire departments to conducting in-depth content analysis and profiling fans to determine what resonates with them. Spoiler alert: it's political scandals that drive the most acquisitions!
