In this episode of Someone You Love, I sit down with the one and only Jack Schultz — artist, teacher, and owner of Green Shirt Studio here in Chicago. We dive into how yoga transformed his approach to acting, what it takes to build a thriving creative community, and the heart behind his solo show, I'm Falling in Love All the Time. We also talk about the highs, lows, and raw honesty that come with putting your own story on stage — and, to make it even sweeter, Jack gets a surprise love letter from his longtime friend, Tyler Esselman. Jack’s energy, passion, and creativity are contagious, and I’m so excited for you to hear his journey. Check out his links below — this is someone you’ll want to keep on your radar!

Welcome to Someone You Love with Joseph Antonio. I’m Joseph — or Joey — an actor, dancer, and artist originally from California, now creating and performing in Chicago. I was a resident at the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre and recently began teaching with the Green Shirt Studio in Ravenswood. But more than anything, I’m someone who’s endlessly inspired by the artists around me. So why this podcast? Someone You Love is a space to sit down with artists — actors, dancers, musicians, writers — and talk honestly about their creative lives. We dive into their passions, challenges, inspirations, and the deeper emotional layers that often get left out. This podcast was born out of three simple ideas:
At the end of every episode, I read a surprise love letter to each guest from someone who sees them, supports them, and believes in their work. This show is ‘A Love Letter to Your Favorite Artist’. I'm so thankful you're here. Please enjoy, Someone You Love. You can listen to Someone You Love on all streaming platforms. <3 Want to share something? Send a message!
