How to Shift Reality, Pt. 0: How to Stop Manifesting like a 2-Year-Old15 Sep 202500:14:04

Manifestation isn’t about begging the universe for candy. In this prep episode, we explore sober, radical self-responsibility and why your subconscious mythology — the body’s internal rules about what’s possible — shapes your entire reality.

How to Shift Reality (Like a Grown Up) is a 12-day podcast series about rewiring your self-concept, updating your subconscious mythology, and working with spiritual law as a vessel for creative energy. Think less “childlike wishing,” more “radical authorship.”

Over 12 short episodes, you’ll learn how to:

  • Give yourself permission to want what you want.
  • Declare and inhabit a new future state.
  • Align your personality with your soul’s blueprint.
  • Work with self-concept, assumption, and forgiveness to reshape relationships.
  • Calibrate your nervous system to hold more money, recognition, and material upgrades.
  • Practice inner gardening: uprooting old myths and living into a new story.

If you’re ready to stop manifesting like a 2-year-old and start building a life that matches your soul, this series is for you.

If this work speaks to you, come join us inside Weavers. It’s where we practice reality-shifting together — not just talking about self-concept and spiritual law, but embodying them in real time. Uranus in Gemini, Pt. II :: Transit Notes and Horoscopes28 Jul 202500:48:25

In this episode of the Inner Circle Podcast, we break open the long arc of Uranus in Gemini—an eight-year transit (2025–2033) that signals deep disruption in how we think, speak, connect, and lead. Uranus, the planetary force of upheaval and innovation, enters the mutable air sign of Gemini to catalyze a cultural and personal revolution: in language, identity, systems of knowledge, and the deeper archetypes that shape how we relate to change.

We explore the historical echoes of this transit—how every past cycle of Uranus in Gemini has aligned with major wars and revolutions in U.S. history—and why this moment is not about fear, but about pattern recognition. This episode traces how Uranus in Gemini reshapes communication, decentralizes authority, and challenges each of us to evolve our mental frameworks and leadership models.

This episode is a call to reimagine what intelligence actually is. We unpack the rise of embodied intelligence, polymorphic thought, and nonverbal knowing, offering a vision for how to navigate this transit not just intellectually, but somatically and soulfully as well.

What We Explore in This Episode:

  • What Uranus in Gemini signifies and how it acts as a collective disruptor
  • Historical timelines and how previous transits have shaped national and global upheaval
  • How this transit uniquely affects rising signs—especially Taurus, Gemini, and Cancer risings
  • The distinction between earned influence and performative virality
  • How to shift from extractive intellect toward relational, body-based wisdom
  • Practices for staying rooted and clear through a long cycle of uncertainty and reinvention

Key Takeaways:

  • Every archetype is being reshaped: this moment requires personal integration
  • Communication is evolving into a multidimensional field; we must listen with more than our ears
  • We are being asked to stop performing knowledge and begin embodying wisdom

Listen If You’re:

  • A creator, guide, or visionary leader navigating rapid change
  • Rethinking your message, your methods, or your role as a communicator
  • Feeling the psychic weight of the times and wanting astrological clarity
  • Ready to move from information overload to internal alignment
  • Curious about how Uranus in Gemini will impact your personal growth, your work, and your ecosystem
Love Notes for Your Vision, Leo Edition26 Jul 202500:16:14

In this episode of the Inner Circle Podcast, we explore the archetype of Leo and what it teaches us about creative expression, pleasure, and leadership rooted in authenticity. Leo season invites us to remember that our brilliance isn’t something to shrink or tone down—it’s something to be shared. As visionaries, artists, and changemakers navigating a complex world, it’s easy to question whether our joy and self-expression are still relevant or responsible. But Leo reminds us that joy is generative. Beauty is strategic. Pleasure is a legitimate measure of success.

We talk about the creative sovereignty that Leo season activates—how to lead from your essence instead of performance, how to reclaim aesthetics as part of your value system, and how to stop dulling your light just to make others comfortable. We also explore the myth of the perfect strategy and why authentic resonance is the real momentum builder. If you’ve been holding back, playing small, or over-editing your presence, this episode is your invitation back into center stage on your terms.

What We Explore in This Episode:

  • Why Leo season is a key moment to reconnect with authenticity, especially in times of global unrest
  • The myth that seeking beauty or impact makes you superficial, and how Leo reframes that
  • Why pleasure and joy are essential indicators of alignment for visionary work
  • How to build resonance through authenticity, not performance
  • The difference between strategy-as-performance vs. strategy-as-devotion
  • Why there’s no one formula for success—and how to trust your unique rhythm
Neptune / Saturn Conjunction :: Timeline Work, Multiplicity, and the Power of Choice 23 Jul 202500:27:50

In this episode, we explore astrology as a guide for visionary decision-making, focusing on the current Neptune–Saturn conjunction and its invitation into decision-making and energetic maturity. This is a deep dive into the paradox of multiplicity and direction—how to move even when clarity is murky, how to lead a life of many callings, and how astrology supports this nonlinear unfolding.

Through a lens that blends developmental psychology, personal mythology, and soul-level vocation, we unpack what it means to choose a path without collapsing other possibilities. If you’ve ever wrestled with being multi-passionate or feared “getting it wrong” in your creative or spiritual work, this episode is your reminder that choosing a direction is how momentum begins.

Key themes in this episode:

  • How the Neptune-Saturn conjunction teaches timeline navigation
  • Why your dharma might include multiple roles, callings, or crafts
  • How astrology helps move energy through decision—not certainty
  • Choice as an energetic catalyst for manifestation
  • What it means to mature your will through subtle planetary transits

Reimagining Leadership and Influence with the New Moon in Leo in Gate 3123 Jul 202500:27:32

In this episode of the Inner Circle Podcast, we explore the Leo New Moon as a gateway for reimagining influence, leadership, and the energetic currency of trust. Rooted in Human Design Gate 31—the Gate of Influence—this lunation teaches us that real leadership is not self-appointed. It must be recognized, invited, and trusted over time. We move beyond performance and virality into the slow, relational work of becoming trustworthy.

This episode offers a deeper look at how lunar cycles—especially the New and Full Moons—act as threshold rituals for visionaries. Through these cyclical rites, we’re invited to listen more closely to what’s no longer true, release it with care, and attune to what wants to emerge through us with greater clarity. Leadership is reframed not as a position, but as a presence that builds trust through congruence and consistency.

Astrology for the Visionary Process22 Jul 202500:39:47

Astrology is one of the most underestimated tools for building vision, a business, or a creative project. Why? Because whether we’re conscious of it or not, we’re always working with astrology.

It is an ancient mythic language that is woven into our relationship with time, technology, and the seasons. When we rise early to work, we’re moving with the Sun; an archetype of will, clarity, and the ego’s drive to shape reality. When we slow down in the evening, we’re moving with the Moon; an archetype of change, intuition, and the pull toward inner life.

Even the structures we resist or participate in—Capitalism, hustle culture, our longing for something slower and more whole—can be traced through planetary cycles. Astrology is not a parlor trick or personality quiz. It’s a living language for understanding the forces we’re already in conversation with. Most of us just have never been taught how to listen.

In this episode of the Inner Circle Podcast by Storywork Studio, Daje Aloh offers synthesis of Astrology not as  a personality typing system or pop-culture mysticism, but as a living system for visionary development.

You’ll hear how astrology maps the internal ecosystem of the psyche, working like a subtle weather system that speaks to our growth edges, our thresholds, and our capacity to align with larger patterns of becoming. Daje reframes astrology as a tool for developmental psychology and creative orientation.

In this episode, we explore

  • How astrology offers a language for the inner alchemy of soul evolution
  • Why archetypes help us locate maturity, potential, and personal myth
  • What it means to root entrepreneurship in ancestral intelligence and ecological rhythm
  • How success changes shape when you work in rhythm with the planets
  • The role of astrological wisdom in crafting new economies, stories, and futures

This episode is an invitation to return to astrology as a sacred mirror for how we move through time, change, and creative emergence.

Uranus Series, Pt. I :: Understanding the Archetype of Uranus07 Jul 202500:22:45

Understanding the Archetype of Uranus: The Myth, the Astrology, and the Collective Experience of Revolutionary Disruption

In this episode of The Inner Circle Podcast by Storywork Studio: An Institute of Visionary Praxis, host Daje Aloh delves into the mythological and astrological significance of Uranus. Often romanticized as a sacred disruptor and liberatory force, Uranus is explored through its mythological roots as the primordial Sky God with a corrupted heart. Daje discusses how Uranus's chaotic energy invites us to revolt and shape change, emphasizing that we are the true revolutionaries, not Uranus. The episode also highlights the interplay between Uranus and Saturn, urging listeners to harness the chaos for meaningful transformation and liberation.

The Creative Rites of Summer28 Jun 202500:25:21

“Am I doing this right?” is the number one question I’ve heard over the years in my Vision Midwifery work. It’s a question I often ask myself sometimes, when I feel the fear of rejection blooming in my chest.

This question is often a signal that some part of what we’re doing, creating, destroying, cultivating, building, and unbuilding carries risk. We risk losing something—belonging, trust, friendship, material possessions, our ego, et cetera.

“Am I doing this right?” is a Summer question. A South question. Because in this question, we can feel the heat rising in our bodies. We can feel both the excitement and the embarassment. We can feel our pulse quicken. We can feel our radical aliveness coming online in ways that edge the space between what is comfortable and what is absolutely not.

The Second House and the Subconscious22 Apr 202500:20:53

“Chance or accident is not responsible for the things that happen to you, nor is predestined fate the author of your fortune or misfortune. Your subconscious impressions determine the conditions of your world. The subconscious is not concerned with the truth or falsity of your feeling. It always accepts as true that which you feel to be true.” — Neville Goddard, Feeling is the Secret

In this episode of the Inner Circle Podcast you are invited into a deeper exploration of the Second House in astrology as a lens for understanding manifestation, value, and the subconscious.

We explore how the Second House reveals what we believe we’re allowed to have—money, love, belonging, safety—and how these beliefs are often coded into our nervous systems through family templates, ancestral experiences, and cultural myths.

In this episode, I walk you through the astrological progression from the 12th to the 1st to the 2nd House, illuminating how the invisible becomes form and why working with the subconscious is central to true transformation.

The Creative Rites of Chiron18 Apr 202500:35:40

"A Centauric process will engage both our creativity and also shed light on our pain, confusion, and inner poisons. Some of which will be personal, and to do with our own life and feelings, and some of which will be larger than our own life, possibly to do with ancestors or the collective. Centauric consciousness may be what helps us discern these boundaries and act accordingly…Their region [the Kuiper Belt] contains what is trying to die and what is trying to be reborn."

How to Shift Reality (for grown ups)14 Sep 202500:34:24

Most of what we’re told about manifestation sounds like magical thinking — wish lists, vision boards, good vibes only. But reality doesn’t shift because you beg the universe. It shifts when you take sober responsibility for the stories your body believes are true.

How to Shift Reality (Like a Grown Up) is a 12-day podcast series about rewiring your self-concept, updating your subconscious mythology, and working with spiritual law as a vessel for creative energy. Think less “childlike wishing,” more “radical self-authorship.”

Over 12 short episodes, you’ll learn how to:

  • Give yourself permission to want what you want.
  • Declare and inhabit a new future state.
  • Align your self-concept with your soul’s blueprint.

✨ If this work speaks to you, come join us inside Weavers, Pt. I. It’s where we practice reality-shifting together — not just talking about self-concept and spiritual law, but embodying them in real time. You’ll have guidance, community, and rituals to anchor these shifts into your everyday life. Learn more and step inside here.

Weaver, not Wounded: A Chiron Process16 Apr 202500:48:02

The astrological centaurs have been speaking up quite a bit lately — Chiron, Pholus, and Nessus in particular.

They have been loud and disruptive, as centaurs can be, and asking me to look a little deeper. So, I’ve been following this thread and weaving with them, and breathing their stories into living consciousness. I’ve been feeling surprised and ignited by all they have to say and have felt compelled to share my findings with you as well.

In this newsletter and podcast episode, I am starting a mini-series deep diving into the Creative Rites of the Centaurs and how they have more to offer us than their “Wounds”. The astrological Centaurs are powerful, intricate Weavers and if we’re looking closely enough at their myths, they call us to become Weavers, too.

Weaving New Personal Realities31 Mar 202500:12:30

* Find the Channeling the Earth replay here.* Learn more about Weavers, I here.

This time we’re experiencing on Earth right now is deeply alchemical. We have never known the mystery the way we know it right now.

The era of creating from the spirit of solutionism, domination, and apartheid is coming to an end. What emerges in its place is the revival of a more spiralic, more ancient, more embodied way of creating reality: a way that attunes, invokes, sings, poets, and listens for what wants to be created on the Earth.

We are entering an era where force and intellect are no longer the primary architects of the future. The heart and soul and capacity to attune the subtle realities are now the most essential capabilities for those of us who wish to create, build, nurture life / business / vision and organization in harmony with the Earth’s wisdom and intelligence.

The Earth already holds the seeds of the future and the new templates that help us calibrate to what’s possible beyond our imagining. Our work is to listen, to sense, and to call forward what is ready to emerge. But this requires willingness and trust—trust in ourselves and our bodies, trust in the subtle, and trust in the subtle ways of knowing that move us beyond stuckness and into what’s truly available for us.

Inside of Weavers I, we equip you with the skill to manifest new personal realities from the integrated body-soul codex.

You will learn the basics of reality mechanics (through an eco-somatic lens) to support yourself to thrive in your human experience through the waves of change that are happening on Earth.

Inside of this Immersion, you will focus on manifesting trackable, tangible change in one of the following areas:

* Increase in Confidence and Magnetism — Amplify your natural capacity to attract opportunities, people, and abundance to your field.

* Increase Your Income or Revenue — Unlock substantial growth in your self-leadership and financial resources. Expand your capacity to both receive and hold more wealth / revenue.

* Expand your Relational Capacity — Deepen your capacity to attract truly respectful, reciprocal, whole, and fulfilling relationships and emotional connections.

Inside of Weavers I, You Receive…

What People are Saying about Weavers

“During our time together, I had some really interesting insights on the Futurewriting process. I started playing with the idea of what it would be like if I decided that I already have my desire, coming from a place of wholeness, rather than feeling like I need it to complete me.

I’m a huge reader of Neville Goddard and other teachers from the New Thought Movement, and I’ve never thought about it this way before—thinking from a space of wholeness rather than from the future self perspective.

Now, I understand I can think from the present moment, as if I’m already whole. And if I don’t know what that feels like, I can just imagine it, decide from there, and create the bridges.” — Jean B.

“I didn’t have the initiations before to prepare my nervous system and internal systems to hold the kind of work I want to step into. And it’s not just about the depth of the work—it’s also about the systems, the people on my team, and everything else that goes into running a business. I didn’t fully grasp how much I needed to be able to hold until now.

Over the last eight weeks, I’ve experienced deep grief and allowed myself to be with what is while continuing to show up. That alone has been transformative—this shifting of timelines and showing myself what I am truly capable of. I’m no longer crumbling or blocking the world out. I’ve had moments of being deep in it, but I also recorded a podcast, showed up for this space, and taught in an online container, as well as in my friends' online community.

When I sat with this, I realized I’m already stepping into the timeline I was calling in just two months ago. I’m doing it by continuing to show up, allowing myself to expand, and seeing it as layers peeling away—each layer revealing more capacity for growth. It’s been beautiful to witness myself in this process.”

— Briana A.

“The reason I came here was to generate more revenue in my business, but my real struggle has been putting myself out there. I wanted to feel more confident, more magnetic. What has been holding me back is my fear of being disliked, criticized, or just being seen in general.

What I also want to mention is that I ended up focusing a lot on my relationships as well. There's also a fear of being judged for the decisions I feel I need to make.

Now, I feel like I'm in a space of really owning what I want, even if what I have is already good.

I’m learning to do this without thinking that I’m being “too much”—because I’ve internalized this message that I want too much, or that I have high expectations.”

— Brooke C.

I showed up to this space wanting to open up to more love in my life and reconnect with my essence. It’s incredible to realize that when I can love myself through all of my phases, even in the hardest places, everything shifts.

This container has allowed me to drop back into my body, listen deeply, and ask the Earth for help. I’ve asked these incredible forces around us to guide me back to myself and show me what I haven’t been seeing. The changes I’ve experienced in the last two months are remarkable... it makes me wonder what I was missing before I became deliberately tuned in!

The Creative Rites of Spring25 Mar 202500:19:31

So many creatives and entrepreneurs are looking for certainty, fool proof strategies, and the perfect solution to their problems, but the truth is that certainty and “fool proof” is not what Spring is here to offer.

Spring thresholds challenge us to break our rules and bring our bellies to the Earth. They challenge us to warm our bodies in the sunlight and to get inspired by the process, not the outcome.

Join Me for a Free Workshop

This Friday, March 7th, I’ll be diving deeper into this in my free workshop on Channeling with the Earth.

This two-hour workshop is for reclaiming our ways of knowing, sensing, and scrying new futures—not as hobbies, not as something to keep in the shadows, but as a primary source of creation, leadership, and discernment.

You’ll Walk Away With:

🌀 A Clearer Sense of What’s Calling You ForwardYou already feel the shift. This workshop will help you clarify what’s emerging for you—whether in your creative work, leadership, relationships, or personal path.

🌀 A Practice for Deep ListeningAttunement isn’t passive—it’s a skill. You’ll learn how to listen beyond logic, beyond noise, and into the subtle signals that reveal what is needed now.

🌀 Trust in Your Own KnowingYou don’t have to second-guess what you sense. This workshop will help you reclaim confidence in your intuition, your instincts, and your ability to move in alignment with what is real (even when it’s unseen).

🌀 A Way of Creating That Doesn’t Require ForceWhether you’re building something or simply navigating life, you’ll leave with a new way of moving—one that is rooted in flow, reciprocity, and the intelligence of the Earth’s field rather than push, mind, and struggle.

🌀 A Connection to Others Who Are ListeningYou’re not the only one feeling this. You’ll step into a space with others who are also tuning in, sensing, and shaping what’s next.

🌀 A Bridge into Ongoing Depth WorkThis is more than a one-time experience. Channeling the Earth is an entry point into a larger practice—one that can continue inside of one of our offerings if you choose to step further into this work.

"To all ancient peoples, the Earth was alive, a great animal inhabited by a life-spirit, or "soul-substance". All phenomena were manifestations of this divine force, and afterdeath all forms returned to this source before passing into another animate existence. The Earth Spirit was the "central transformer" of all life-energies into the multiplicity of life-forms, all protoplasmically connect with each other as in the same body, the same imagination."Earth Spirit, Serpent Spiral, and Blind SpringsThe Great Cosmic Mother by Monica Sjoo & Barbara Mor

Archetypes are the original patterns of human experience—universal symbols and stories that live within our collective consciousness.

They're more than abstract concepts; they're living blueprints that help us understand our journey and navigate transformation. When we recognize these patterns within ourselves, we gain access to ancient wisdom that makes the path ahead clearer, especially when we're bringing bold visions to life.

”All of the most powerful ideas in history go back to archetypes.” — Carl Jung

Think of archetypes as stories your soul already knows—patterns of being that reveal themselves exactly when we need their particular medicine.

The Four Faces of Vision

In our work with visionaries and conscious creators, we've discovered four primary archetypes that guide the journey of bringing dreams into reality. Each carries its own wisdom, its own medicine, and its own unique way of dancing between the worlds of dreaming, visioning, and manifestation.

The Dreamer → Keeper of Possibility

The Dreamer sees what others cannot yet see—new worlds, new ways of being, new possibilities for our collective future. Their power lies in the liminal spaces between what is and what could be. Like the energy of springtime and the subtle, intuitive directions of Spirit, they carry the sacred fool's ability to imagine beyond boundaries, knowing anything is possible.

What if the power of story was not just in helping us access our capacity to imagine the futures we desire, but to craft them as well? This is what we explore in the Inner Circle.

The Risk-Taker → The Initiate and Rebel

When the Dreamer's vision takes root, it's the Risktaker who transforms possibility into reality through bold action. With the fierce determination of Summer's fullness and the body-full, instinctual direction of Earth, they channel the Wild One—that part of us deeply connected to our indigeneity, radical inherent belonging, and sensuous nature. They teach us that our deepest truths, even our wounds, can fuel powerful forward motion.

The Magician → Seer of Cycles and Systems

The Magician understands that every ending carries seeds of beginnings. Working with the energies of Autumn and the slow, poetic directions of Soul, they help us navigate the necessary deaths and rebirths that any vision requires. They see the golden thread and the practical systems required to connect vision to reality, showing us how to alchemize our challenges into opportunities.

The Weaver → Steward of Wholeness

The Weaver sees and nurtures the relationships between all things. Working with the dark of Winter's wisdom, the Weaver seeks direction not just from themselves, but from the wider web of relations — the Soul of the Earth, the Stars, the Ancestors, and Elders — all in service to their mythocultural role and the work they feel their soul is here to accomplish at the societal level. The Weaver helps us understand that true vision isn't just about individual success—it's about finding our place in the larger story.

The Visionary Archetypes as “Seasons” of Vision

Each archetype also represents a season of the vision development process. Just as nature moves through distinct phases of growth and rest, our creative process follows similar rhythms:

* Spring, the Season of the Dreamer: A time of pure possibility, the discovery of one’s medicine, and divine inspiration

* Summer, the Season of the Risktaker: A period of passionate action, initiating new direction, and cultivating embodied knowing.

* Autumn, the Season of the Magician: A phase of deep transformation, systems development, attunement to personal power, and path correction.

* Winter, the Season of the Weaver: A season of deep integration, sacred service, and grounded reality creation.

Understanding which season you're in can help you honor your natural rhythms and work with, rather than against, the current phase of your vision's evolution.

Why Understanding Your Archetype Matters

Knowing your primary visionary archetype isn't about putting yourself in a box—it's about understanding the unique medicine you bring to the world and what works for the season you’re currently in. When you can learn to work with your archetype, or your season of vision, you:

* Move through creative blocks with greater ease

* Access deeper wells of inspiration and wisdom

* Create from a place of authentic personal power

* Build businesses and projects that feel congruent with your soul's essence

Discovering Your Archetype

Your visionary archetype isn't just something you choose—it's a soul-level, metapattern that you remember. It's already encoded in the way you naturally approach creation, change, and growth.

Take a moment to reflect:

* Which archetype are you naturally occupying while bringing ideas to life?

* Which archetype / season most reflects your current relationship with your vision?

* How do you currently navigate the unknowns of creation?

Take the Visionary Archetypes Quiz

Inside of the Visionary Archetypes Quiz, we dive deeper into each archetype's unique gifts, challenges, and invitations offering practical tools for working with these archetypal energies in your visionary practice. The honest Creative Process always, always leads us into the underworld — not as punishment or evidence of some kind of internal instability, but because it is underneath the “World” as we know it that culture begins. Our “World” is the product of what was once inseminated in the deep, dark black of imaginal. Someone imagined from the thick of the Underworld the futures that we are currently living. This place underneath the “World”, is where our known examples of the manifested imagination begins.

[Like seeds in the warm wet soil. Always, like seeds in the soil.]

When we avoid the Underworld parts of the Creative Process, we create hydroponic visionary realities that are robust with green, chloryphyllic ideas and utopias, but they are often not strong enough, nor tested enough, to withstand nature’s storms and the many seasons of vision, creative process, and life.

“We are a growth addicted, limit defying culture. And we are trying to live a hydroponic spirituality — a spirituality that has no earth.” Stephen Jenkinson

This Underworld reality is not necessarily a place of wrath, forgottenness, and rage as Abramhamic religions have taught us, but a place where darkness, fire, water, fungi, and bacterial cultures thrive and bring texture, flavor, spice, and depth to our conscious experiences of the Upper World, our physical domain.

Thank you for reading with us! Subscribe to the Inner Circle Newsletter below.

The Underworld is what holds our imaginal cells, our stories, our procreative energies, our context, our myths. When we learn how to engage the Underworld, we receive our vision like a fresh first bleed of maturation or like a first wet dream. It’s in the Underworld that our internal eyes open and we learn how to see in the dark. The Underworld is where Vision is born. It is where our vision comes to life. And when vision comes to life, our drive and imaginal responsibility also comes online.

This is because passage through the Underworld is an initiatory experience. It is a sign of maturation when we can make it through to the other side of “death”, the liminal, the most bottom part of the Underworld experience, and be granted our internal eyes, our most inward gaze through which we learn to really see and feel the relevancy of the immaterial reality. This passage is the cthonic necessity that adds flavor, texture, rootedness, presence, and depth to the creative and / or entrepreneurial experience.

And if you want the kind of presencing, reach, magnetism, and / or deep inner prayer life that no one will see, passage through the underworld is a necessity. Touching, feeling, and experiencing your darkness and your wilder parts is part of the maturation of your channel, your voice, and your vision.

The Underworld is where Vision is born, it is where vision comes to life. And when vision is born, so too is born our creative responsibility.

Vision is born from the cthonic necessity.

My Qi Gong teacher describes the cthonic necessity as the thick, unhurried, unambitious energy of Yin. It is the deepest death. It is the soul descent. It is the nothingness, the unformed, the uncarved block. It is where our energy is thick, unlabeled, and unnameable. And it is through dwelling with the cthonic necessity that we are granted passage into true, soul-level vision.

This means that your true soul’s Vision comes from walking through the dirth and the deaths of the Underworld. Your highest soul’s calling comes from going to the deep, dark, unnameable black of yourself and being willing to not know anything beyond what you feel.

It comes from walking through the dark. It comes from saying hello to your inner wilderness, the thick, alive, darkness of the spirit. It comes from seeing and experiencing yourself without the contours of light. It comes from contending with your loud, anxious, restless human thoughts. It comes from feeling the vibrancy of silence. The wisdom of the Void.

Vision comes when you’ve met your unknowing, your grief, your shadow, your abandoned parts with gentle, loving curiosity and kindness.

Vision is born from the cthonic necessity of descending to the soul-level parts of your humanity. Vision is a neutral occurrence. It is just what happens when we are moving through and learning from the dark.

If you want to access a vision that does not compromise your soul’s essence, that has the potential to pierce through the noise and touch someone else’s soul or make impact in even the most subtle of ways, you have go through with the cthonic necessity of deep world travel. You have to allow yourself to commune with your shadow and to touch your subconscious, your void places, your dark.

You have to learn who you are when stripped of convenient, protective personality constructs, ego stories, and clever shapeshifting identities. You have to locate your backbone when the world and all the structures you thought were home and safety have been stripped away. You have to learn how to get still enough to listen, quiet enough to hear your own soul whisper your own soul’s true name. You have to get low enough to feel, see, smell, hear, touch your body and the true, burning coals of fire living beneath your skin.

Vision comes when we have learned how to listen, how to witness, how to see in the dark.

This season, inside of the Vision Society, we’re exploring the topic of Vision and the Underworld.

Channeling Your Medicine01 Dec 202400:30:33

Channeling your medicine requires a process of initiation—a spiralic journey through time and ouroboric consciousness that unearths the latent magic and potency within you. This psychospiritual descent into body and soul invites you to explore the depths of the subconscious, the inner garden from which the fruit of your life will blossom and bloom. Initiations and their thresholds are profound opportunities to "Express the Bloom," maturing the medicinal power of your unique essence. Yet, accessing and expressing your medicine demands a willingness to journey into the void, to confront the subconscious, and to receive the vision, lens, and sight that lie within. This month, inside the Futurewriting Collective, we’ll explore how the process of channeling your medicine matures us into the unseen wisdom within, calling us to confront our shadows, embrace the darkness, and reclaim deeper access to the soul self.

Mapping the Visionary Process through the Seasons21 Nov 202400:59:52

We have made the creative process into a rootless whitepaper, a motherless child. We have made the creative process into a discursive scan for commas and form. We have forgotten the serpent’s wisdom, the ecstatic breath, and the spine’s electric currents. And it’s time to remember that the role of vision is not serve as an ego project or a standard of glass-ceilinged business, but, rather, a dowsing rod and a seer’s canvas for discerning what is needed in culture.

In this episode of the Inner Circle podcast, host Daje Aloh delves into a core framework of Storywork Studio, the "Map of Visionary Praxis," a framework that weaves together elements of cyclical seasons, archetypes, and vision processes to support the maturation of creative visions.

[the lunar rites] Full Moon in Pisces Eclipse, Gate 6304 Sep 202500:24:57

In this episode, we dive deep into the upcoming Full Moon Eclipse in Pisces, occurring in Gate 63—the Gate of Doubt. But this isn't about doubt as we typically understand it. This gate is calling into question everything we think we know and inviting us to break into new awareness and consciousness.

In our culture, we worship clarity and certainty. We rush to fix doubt, get coaching, find answers. But what if doubt is actually medicine? What if our obsession with knowing is keeping us from truth itself?

This eclipse is actively obscuring what we think we can see clearly, creating fog around our certainty, spiritual concepts, and future plans. And that's exactly what's supposed to happen. Sometimes our knowing needs to be deconstructed so we can find our way back to source—what Clarissa Pinkola Estés calls "the río abajo río," the river beneath the river.

We'll explore how relationship serves as the mirror showing us what we don't know about ourselves and others, why this eclipse is asking us to evolve our understanding of love, intimacy, boundaries, and connection, and how to work with doubt as a pathway to deeper truth rather than paralysis.

If you're deconstructing your relationship with spirituality, social media, politics, or community—if you're feeling the "spiritual ick"—this episode is for you. You're not falling apart; you're waking up.

Business Astrology 101: Your Blueprint for Conscious Entrepreneurship27 Aug 202500:25:28

What if the reason you're struggling to build your business isn't because you're doing something wrong, but because you're trying to do someone else's thing?

In this episode, we dive deep into what I call the crisis of personal mythology—how our culture's obsession with homogenization is literally making us sick. We explore why one-size-fits-all business strategies are a form of spiritual violence, and how business astrology offers a revolutionary alternative.

You'll discover why your business has its own soul and astrological DNA, how to work with your unique creative operating system instead of against it, and why understanding your individual blueprint is the key to building sustainable success without burning out.

This isn't just another business strategy—it's a call to remember that there are as many right ways to succeed as there are people walking this earth.

What You'll Learn:

  • Why "proven" business formulas often fail (and leave you feeling broken)
  • The unconscious violence of forcing everyone into the same success template
  • How your natal chart reveals your authentic path to prosperity
  • What business astrology is and why it's essential for conscious entrepreneurs
  • The difference between replication and education in the business world
  • Why your business deserves its own astrological reading

A Guide for Eclipse Season + New Moon in Virgo, Gate 5922 Aug 202500:55:47

Eclipse season is upon us and this podcast is an audio guide for working with it effectively. Across the Virgo New Moon, Pisces Lunar Eclipse, Virgo Solar Eclipse, Aries Full Moon, and the closing Libra New Moon, the themes are clear: intimacy, doubt, fear, and friction. This cycle asks us to heal codependency, name where we’ve been dishonest with ourselves, and learn what true transparency requires.

In this episode, we explore the subtle body dynamics of intimacy—how we cord through the sacral, confuse fusion with connection, and perform goodness instead of embodying truth. We’ll look at the shadows of enmeshment, the pull of wanting to be seen as “doing good,” and the deeper medicine of being transparent and sovereign in relationship.

For visionaries, this portal brings an especially sharp mirror: Are you shaping your vision around what the collective wants to hear, or are you rooted in your own truth? The work here is learning to hold your ground, sing your note, and trust that harmony comes from difference, not sameness.

By the time we reach the Aries Full Moon and Libra New Moon, the invitation is clear: real intimacy means knowing where you end and another begins. It means choosing connection without abandoning yourself.

Themes for Eclipse Season Overall

  • Theme of the portal: Healing enmeshment, practicing transparency, and stepping into sovereign intimacy.
  • For sensitive beings: Get clear on what’s yours vs. what you’re absorbing from others.
  • For visionaries: Notice where you’re performing “goodness” instead of being honest. True impact comes from authenticity.
  • The medicine of friction: Conflict isn’t failure; it’s how two sovereign people learn to stay connected without losing themselves.
  • The core practice: Discernment. Intimacy without fusion. Transparency without performance. Boundaries that make space for real connection.

Key questions:

  • Where have you been hiding or performing connection?
  • What ancestral fears about intimacy are you carrying?
  • What would intimacy look like if you weren’t trying to earn it?
  • How do your values shift when you stop carrying what doesn’t belong to you?
Why Astrology Only Resonates Some of the Time18 Aug 202500:15:08

Why does astrology feel spot-on some days and distant the next? In this episode, Why Astrology Only Resonates Some of the Time, we explore the three levels that astrology speaks through: your soul nature, your conditioning, and your personality expression. You’ll learn why certain placements in your chart feel like a homecoming while others feel harder to integrate, and how to use this awareness to bring your outer expression into deeper alignment with your soul blueprint. This conversation moves beyond generic horoscopes and into practical insight for anyone wanting to work with astrology as a tool for integration and self-alignment.

the lunar rites :: Full Moon in Aquarius, Gate 13 08 Aug 202500:15:46

In this episode of the Inner Circle Podcast, we explore the August 9, 2025 Full Moon in Aquarius, illuminating Gate 13—the Gate of the Listener in Human Design. Together, we unpack how this archetype invites us to bear witness, honor the stories entrusted to us, and release the narratives that no longer serve our lives, relationships, or visions. We look at how listening becomes an active, revolutionary act, one that reshapes our leadership, our relational integrity, and our capacity to participate in collective transformation.

We also share a powerful set of reflection prompts to help you work with this lunation—questions that bring you face-to-face with the truths you may be avoiding, the perspectives you’ve resisted, and the inherited patterns ready to be released. This episode is both a lunar guide and a practice in radical receptivity, calling us to soften the rigidity in our bodies, open to complexity, and create space for new relational and cultural possibilities to take root.

Join us as we explore how the Full Moon in Aquarius, Gate 13 can help us listen beyond our comfort zone, hold nuance in a polarized world, and align ourselves with the great turning of our time.

Join hosts Daje James and Sarah Belpedio for a deep exploration of the New Moon in Libra at Gate 50, which happened on Tuesday, October 21st at 5:24 AM Pacific Standard Time. This powerful lunar event marks the threshold crossing from Libra season into Scorpio season, inviting us to recalibrate our values and navigate the space between individuation and reconnection.

In this episode, we explore the Gate of Values in human design (also called "the cauldron" in the I Ching) and discuss how this new moon invites us to discern what is truly ours—our desires, values, and futures—from what belongs to others. The conversation weaves together themes of nourishment, sacred responsibility, instinct versus intuition, and the art of disconnecting to reconnect more authentically.

How to Quiet-Quit Social Media, pt. 2: Building Traffic, Leads, and Customers Off of Instagram19 Oct 202500:39:02

In Part One of this impromptu series, we explored the why behind quiet quitting Instagram—the philosophical shift from hoping to stay relevant through the feed to deeply serving your community. We talked about shifting from broadcasting your story to building meta-worlds (more on this soon). We talked about honoring your ecological niche instead of chasing vanity metrics.

But here's what I see happen over and over again → entrepreneurs get inspired by these ideas, they decide to pull back from Instagram, and then... it crashes and burns. Not because the philosophy was wrong. Not because they weren't committed. But because they tried to leave without building the infrastructure first.

Today, we're talking about how to solve the real problem with going offline so you can actually live out that quiet quitting philosophy without tanking your business.

If you're an entrepreneur who's exhausted from chasing viral trends, optimizing every post, and pouring your heart into content that disappears into the void—you are not alone. There's a growing movement of service-based business owners who are choosing a different path: quiet-quitting social media.

What Does It Mean to Quiet Quit Social Media?
Borrowed from Gen Z workplace, quiet quitting social media means doing the bare minimum on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn without completely abandoning them overnight. You show up, but you stop giving more energy than required. Quiet Quitting is not disappearing entirely (which could genuinely hurt your business). Instead, it's about a philosophical shift in how you approach marketing.

You stop:

  • Hoping to go viral
  • Scrolling endlessly to study what others are doing
  • Following every "expert" who promises the secret formula
  • Pouring your heart and soul into every post
  • Trying to game the algorithm

You start:

  • Focusing radically on your mission
  • Speaking directly to the people you're meant to serve
  • Building a world for your ideal clients, not for the masses
  • Decentering yourself and making your audience the hero of their own story
  • Reclaiming your energy

The Creative Rites of Autumn (+ a new podcast name change!)13 Oct 202500:57:54

Welcome to the Soft Earthen Futures podcast, previously called the Inner Circle Podcast. New era, new podcast name.

About the Episode:

So many creatives and entrepreneurs treat Autumn like extended Summer. A time to launch, to scale, to keep the momentum going. But Autumn is not here to help you maintain your pace. She's not asking you to stay consistent, to keep all the plates spinning, or to preserve the facade that everything is working perfectly.

Autumn is the season of descent. She is the season of severance.

She asks you to look around at what is changing, what is dying, what is composting back into the earth and to trust that this dying is not failure. It is a reconfiguration of the soul.

the lunar rites :: Full Moon in Aries, Gate 2106 Oct 202501:11:54

This Full Moon in Aries, Gate 21 asks: where are you gripping for control when what you really need is to step into your authority?

In this episode, I'm joined by Sarah Belpedio—Storywork Studio team member and my new co-host for the Lunar Rites series—for a deep dive into Gate 21, the gate of control, and what it means to release our grip on outcomes while staying grounded in our power.

We explore:

  • How Gate 21 shows up for entrepreneurs, visionaries, and anyone trying to control every detail of their work and life
  • The difference between ease and easy—and why people pleasing is just another form of control
  • Sarah's personal story of surrendering the need to "have her own business" and how that opened doors to effortless, aligned work
  • How this eclipse season has been surgery, and this moon is inviting us to shake off what surfaced
  • The practice of de-manifestation and working with the waning moon cycle
  • Why releasing control doesn't mean abandoning your authority—it means accessing the finesse and precision of the hunter

This conversation weaves together human design, astrology, Daoist wisdom, and embodied practice to help you navigate this lunar portal with clarity and sovereignty.

Rewriting Your Digital Philosophy29 Oct 202500:28:33

We're standing at an incredible threshold as a species. The astrological landscape—Uranus in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius—is telling the story of massive technological transformation. Whether we're ready or not, AI, digital infrastructure, and rapid technological change are here.

This episode is about acknowledging a hard truth: opting out isn't really an option anymore

But that doesn't mean we're powerless. Instead of being reactive or trying to pump the brakes, we can rewrite our digital philosophy—claim our agency, build with intentionality, and become world builders rather than content creators hoping for algorithm scraps.

When Instagram is a Crazed Bazaar28 Oct 202500:29:38

In this episode, host Daje Aloh pulls back the curtain on what's really happening between creative entrepreneurs and Instagram. This isn't about making you feel bad for using social media. It's about having an honest conversation about how the platform has changed, how it affects our nervous systems, and why your resistance to showing up online might not be about your "capacity for visibility" at all.

If you've been feeling hives on your body the moment you open Instagram, if you've been told you just need to do more somatic work to expand your visibility capacity, or if you're exhausted from pouring your heart into the algorithm only to receive crumbs in return—this episode is for you.

How to Be Strategic without Losing Your Soul24 Oct 202500:32:13

There's a fear that lives in the bones of wild-hearted entrepreneurs: If I get too strategic, I'll lose the magic. So many of us swing between extremes—spending months in pure intuition waiting for clients to materialize, then overcorrecting into hustle mode only to feel hollow and disconnected. But what if you didn't have to choose between strategy and soul?

In this episode, I introduce the concept of mythopoetic entrepreneurship—the practice of consciously writing a soul-level story through your work. Your business isn't just an offering; it's an expression of the prayers you've caught from the collective consciousness and the earth's desire for herself.

I walk you through the Journey of Sacred Self-Initiation, a framework rooted in the four directions that helps you integrate:

  • Imagination – Your visionary capacity to see what's possible
  • Intuition – Your inner knowing beyond logical explanation
  • Instinct – Your embodied, somatic wisdom that keeps you alive
  • Intention – Your clarity and commitment to what you're building

When you learn to work with all four elements instead of getting stuck in one mode, you stop oscillating between extremes. You build a business that has structure and spirit, strategy and soul.

This is the maturation process every visionary entrepreneur needs—and it's what we practice together inside Worldbuilding School.
