We are back on podcast! Thanks for sticking with us! This podcast from 7/12/23 is good one with Nick Panagopulos, the Executive Producer of the Food Network's BBQ USA and the founder of Simple Alien. We have a great visit detailing what all it takes to put on a show like this that promotes competition BBQ. We also talk about some of the venues and teams featured, what the future of Season 3 may be, what Nick has enjoyed about our sport and many other subjects.

From Jan 26, 2022, Just ahead of the big San Antonio Rodeo and BBQ Cook Off, we are joined by the reigning Grand Champion... Clarence Joseph of Mama and Papa Joe's BBQ. We visit with him about his experience at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Cook Off and his new found YouTube success.

Phil Breeden joins the show to discuss his 2018-2019 competition BBQ year as he finished in the Top 10 in IBCA points chase, what's new with LC BBQ products and how he's preparing for the upcoming Bedford Blues BBQ Fest and the 2019 American Royal.

Also, Laura and Kevin Caldwell come on the show to IBCA annual meeting and their take away from that. They also discuss whats new with trying to establish a new BBQ rub product.
