Dr Daniel Baughn has decided to share his experience of being a new user to CPAP. He has been ordered a CPAP by his own doctor and admits that it is "hard" to do. He has chosen not to have a sleep specialist but rather learn on his own through online sources to find right mask After this, he asks for help.

This process is the one that is dependent on how much we have slept previously and how active mentally/physically a person is. We discuss improving your sleep with use of the Process S pathway.

Episode 49 - It is that time of year to discuss season change. Even in FL we have some some season changes and depending on the weather we get the more issues with congestion and allergies. Even people that don't have traditional allergies will just get congestion and drainage.

The podcast started out of necessity but is going to continue out of the overwhelming encouragement. It is not part of our office business so we need to find ways to support the podcast.
