She believes that creating an altar is a personal and sacred act between you and spirit.

When you decide to create an altar it is important for you to set an intention for the altar.

To locate a sacred space for it. And to identify what type of items you are going to use to create your sacred altar.

There are no limitations in creating an altar. The most important thing that you must remember is that setting your intention for your altar and selecting a sacred space where you will be able to meditate or pray in the space without being disturbed. You can get very creative with your items as you set your intentions. She will also discuss the types of elements that you can add to your altar if you so desire to increase the energy of the altar.

The Release of the Promise, Contract and Vow

Join Marilyn Maldonado on Shooting the Shift as she discusses the topic of the release of the promise, contract and vow. She will guide you through a prayer to release and deactivate the energy of the spoken vows/contracts/promises entered into that are known or unknown. She will speak of the words that we may have put out into the universe that created a shift in our experiences. It is possible to have made vows of Silence, Chastity, Poverty and Obedience that no longer serve us and are holding us hostage in this lifetime.

Promises can be made in a vulnerable moment with the best of intentions, such as “I promise I will never leave you” or “I will always obey you”. The energy of the agreement can serve to keep you stuck with a promise to another that may take advantage of your vow of eternal love or care and make life difficult for you. The “I will never love another” statement can hold you in the energy of not being able to love another due to the promise you entered into without consciously understanding the future impact of the statement.

Today you will learn how to release yourself from any and all contracts and vows ever made in any and all dimensions that are not serving your higher purpose in this lifetime.

As a Curandera she has recognized her mission of bringing the frequency medicine work into a larger forum for the expansion and awakening of the energy of the purest love and inner peace within each person. She enjoys teaching people how to reconnect with their soul’s desire. How to become proactive in their daily lives. Teaching methods of self-awareness for the release of self judgment, and assisting others in identifying the belief systems that no longer serve their higher purpose. She honors the process of doing the individual external and internal clearing to transmute the excess baggage and distortions that have been collected.



Marilyn has done deep, deep work to heal and fully understands that she is still a work in progress. In her process she has learned that her medicine (gifts) is meant to be shared and not to be hidden. Her purpose is to teach people how to reconnect with their soul’s desire. How to release self judgment, to change belief systems that no longer serve their higher purpose so that they can be truly free to be who they came here to be.

She believes that we must do the work to clear out the baggage and allow the inner light to surface. That we must be committed to processing our experiences and stepping out of our own way to allow space for the gifts to surface.

Her medicine is working with universal vibrational frequencies and connecting soul to soul while creating transformational shifts. She channels encoded soul messages depicted as symbols to speak directly to the soul.
