Well I do not anything about  @Alien Vampires  besides that they use some (sometimes) very explicit erotic imaginary to catch your attention. Sex sells ... what can you do? As the internet is such a wholesome place, where erotic or arousing images can almost nowhere be found ;) especially here on YouTube ;) I can not show you some of the more "intense" images.

So lets focus on the music then. This is "heavy" electronic synth music and I love it! In the beginning the singer growls and snarls a bit which I clearly dislike, but in the chorus and the later part of the song, he turns that around and clearly turns that around. It is a great song! Working well as a "Disco" Banger I guess, as I really would like to dance and move to this track!

The stated "Proto Darkwave Goth Electro" is just a joke, as it is, even for me as a DJ though to classify music ... it is always a mix of emotions, styles and other things. So, as you know, I have certain things I like more and certain things I like less, but music is emotion for me, so I do not really care about genres, boxes and all the things you can pack music into. As I might speak to a world wide audience, I'm pretty sure some of you might have already heard of  @Soda Stereo  and it is just me in my small little bubble who first got to know them 15 years ago. 

Introduced by a friend and composer from Argentina, we even made our own acoustic version of this song ( https://youtu.be/AqKvEioBt2g ) as I really like it. Later on we made some way more "punky" versions.

Anyway, I love Spanish, even though I do not speak it at all.

The band started out more leaning towards Gothic & Darkwave, so the perfect tie in to my channel ;)

Later on, they ventured more into alternative rock & pop ... and became the most successful Argentinian Band. They might be still around (they are not dead yet!!), as they seem to regroup for tours once in a while.

Hell Yeah! This Song is a jog down memory lane for me, and I would think for some of my "more ripe" viewers as well :)  @Heroes Del Silencio Catálogo  broke onto the music scene in the Orwellian Age of 1984, where I was still growing up in the "Russian Sector" (East Germany).

They blew me / us away back then. Hard to imagine today, now that I know so much more different kinds of music ... but back then singing in a different language than English in Rock music was quite "unheard" of.

As You can imagine I'm absolutely biased and not objective at all here, but I think the song has aged quite well, and is still fun to listen to today.

Hell Yeah! As You know I have a "soft Spot" for two musical places in the world, one is GOTHenburg in Sweden and the other one is LA, in the United States of Arcanica. So  @Dead Girls Academy  were instantly rated a notch higher in my internal book of great music ;)

To be absolutely honest, this song is nothing new under the sun. It is a bittersweet ballad, very competently crafted, recorded and performed. But nothing you have not heard before. The whole song structure is foreseeable, and predictable. 

BUT ... still it is great! It is a good wholesome, very well done song.

You do not always need a very special 5 course meal, sometimes just a good wholesome old fashion meal satisfies ...

I "always" knew of  @De/Vision - Topic  as they were in my electronic music bubble with  @Depeche Mode   @And One  Mesh and  @Alphaville Fans  I have to admit that for a long time I've seen them as just a Depeche Mode clone or the smaller brother of And One, which was a Depeche Mode clone in my mind as well.

So I knew of them, and liked their music and style, but never was a big fan of them, or went out of my way to listen to them.

Herbst in Peking (Peking in Fall / Peking in Autumn) are still around and have been active since 1987, forming shortly before the peaceful revolution of 1989 in East Germany. So I grew up with that hymn, I was young impressionable and in my formative state. And I love this song.  @Heilung  the German word for healing tries to recreate the music of the Viking, Bronze and Iron Age. As no real musical records exists of that period of time, I would take this claim with a grain of salt. BUT the music is excellent nevertheless, as they work with instruments which were available in these times you mainly hear voice work, and this is performed excellently.

Well, this is certainly a low hanging fruit here, as I believe I'm preaching to the choir here.  @Depeche Mode  are the biggest influence for me on my whole musical life. I just love them to death. This song is one of my absolute favorites! Yeah, all the Synth, Industrial Goodness I like Mr.  @Sebastian R. Komor  rolls into one little song. You can clearly hear that he knows what he is doing. This song is not "overstuffed" or drags in any bit. In under 3 minutes it takes you in, grabs you by the jugular and holds you in its tight grip until it is over.

Well  @AL1CE  is a little mystery band for me. Not much to find out about them BUT what I've found I really like, as I think the Singer is / was the Singer of Snake River Conspiracy which I really like, but was unable to find out more as well.

So here now "AL1CE" with "Drown", a song for / about person which they lost. If you wanna be mean, it is nothing new under the sun, but this "not new" they do very well and it is a really well crafted Rock Song.

I do not know much of  @Mladen Pecovic  besides that he is from Belgrade / Serbia and a very well versed and versatile guitar player.

But all I need to know that I really like this song "Only You" where he has a female vocalist, which adds a lot to his great guitar skills.

This is, if I say something "not so nice" about it, a perfect "background" song, which brings you (at least me, it does) in a good mood, humming and tapping along.

The Holy are a "jam" band from Finland. Because of their 2 Drummer set up they initially reminded me a bit of Policia, but they have double the members as this band ;)

This is a slow building jam, which ropes you in carefully. There is even very well harmonized vocals in here.

No Gothic or Darkwave, BUT a very nice "floating" Song which, if you hand yourself over to it, drags you away in a little dreamscape.
