I go over some crazy stories that I got clear on my goals and how I achieved them and some tips on manifesting and taking action towards your goals. Getting clear on your goals is one of my biggest tips. I also urge you to not lie to yourself and pretend you want something. Sit yourself down and write or type out what you really want, play pretend, have fun with it. Next I want you to get excited about it and visualize your goals and you achieving them. Where are you? What are you wearing? What does it look like? Next, is you need to FEEL the feelings of having your goal. Feel into it, get excited about it. This is huge. Your brain doesn't know the difference of whether or not you have achieved it or not so why not be happy, right? That's the end goal anyways. EP 34: How to Receive more LOVE, abundance, and Success with EASE. Coming from a high achiever, go go go getter, that never things she did enough no matter what… I talk about how to start receiving and allowing for everything to start coming in easier. I recorded this on a day that I NEEDED a break and I hardly worked and I had more inspiration, rest, and more payments, and money came in that I didn’t even predict happening. Things can actually be EASIER when you aren’t always pushing, pushing, pushing. When you allow yourself to rest and take breaks when needed you actually save time, energy, and get more done in a faster time when you allow yourself to rest. It’s all about balance and if you are always doing you aren’t allowing for the success to come back to you.
