"What should I do if my dog is great at doing home alone time at home (he sleeps relaxed in his place) but if I leave him with other people only for a minute, like going to the bathroom in a strange place, for example, when we visit my friends, he begins whining, barking and panicking?"

It's easy to assign human behaviors on to dogs and many guardians have accused their dogs of taking revenge on them (ie by destroying belongings or soiling in the home) for leaving them behind.
