Learning to Trust Yourself: Stop Outsourcing Your Inner Authority26 févr. 202600:10:46

Send us Fan Mail

How much do you actually trust yourself?

If you find yourself second-guessing decisions, asking for reassurance, or replaying conversations long after they’re over… this episode is for you.

Today we’re talking about self-trust through the lens of Human Design — specifically, your Authority.

In Human Design, Authority is how your body is designed to process clarity and truth. Not everyone is meant to make decisions in the moment. Some people need time. Some need conversation. Some have instant gut responses. And when we try to decide the way someone else does, we slowly disconnect from ourselves.

In this episode, I share:

  • Why so many women were never taught to trust themselves
  • How burnout revealed my own pattern of outsourcing authority
  • What Emotional Authority really looks like in real life
  • Why riding an emotional wave isn’t inconsistency — it’s process
  • How self-trust is built in pauses, not pressure
  • What happens when you honor your natural decision-making rhythm

You don’t need to become someone else to trust yourself.

You need to understand how you’re designed to find clarity.

If you’re curious about your own Human Design Authority and how it shapes your decision-making, you’ll find ways to explore that with me in the show notes.

Your body has timing.
 Your body has truth.
And when you begin listening — everything changes.

Getting Off the Hamster Wheel: Choosing Self-YES Over Autopilot22 janv. 202600:10:36

Send us Fan Mail

Have you ever been busy, capable, and doing all the “right” things—yet still feel disconnected from yourself?

In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to live on autopilot—and why so many women stay stuck on the hamster wheel of overgiving, overachieving, and people-pleasing.

We’ll explore why staying on the hamster wheel often feels safer than getting off, what it’s quietly costing you, and how choosing Self-YES begins—not with a big decision—but with an interruption.

I also share how my own experience with burnout revealed just how disconnected I had become from myself, and why Self-YES isn’t indulgent—it’s necessary.

This episode is for women who are ready to stop pushing, stop overriding themselves, and start living with more honesty, integrity, and self-trust.

Starting the New Year Without Pressure: Release, Self-Trust, and Choosing Yourself08 janv. 202600:10:45

Send us Fan Mail

The start of a new year often comes with pressure—to do more, be better, fix yourself.

In this episode, I’m offering a different approach.

We talk about releasing roles, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve, and why starting fresh doesn’t require hustle—it requires honesty and self-trust. I share why I no longer set see resolutions and instead choose words for the year, and what my words—Passion, Clarity, and Courage—mean in real life, not theory.

I also share how Human Design has supported my own journey of self-discovery—not as a personality test or a box, but as a practical way to understand yourself, stop repeating the same patterns, and learn how to have your own back.

This episode is for women who are done performing, done abandoning themselves, and ready for real transformation.

Human Design 101: Understanding Your Energy (A Collaborative Conversation with Abundology)17 déc. 202500:40:57

Send us Fan Mail

In this episode of the Selfless to Self-YES podcast, I’m sharing a collaborative conversation originally recorded with Renee Spears on the Abundology Podcast.

Together, we dive into Human Design 101 — breaking down what Human Design actually is, where it comes from, and how it can be used as a practical tool for understanding yourself and how you’re designed to move through the world.

Human Design is a system that brings together astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and quantum physics. Using your birth date, time, and place, it creates a personal blueprint that offers insight into how your energy works, how you make decisions, and how you interact with others. I describe Human Design as “a big fat permission slip” — a way to stop judging yourself and start honoring how you’re naturally wired.

We talk about how Human Design can be applied in real life, including relationships, parenting, and work. When you understand your own design — and the designs of others — communication improves, expectations shift, and there’s often much more compassion and ease.

I also walk through the five Human Design types: Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, Manifestors, and Reflectors, along with the basics of strategy, authority, profile, gates, and what it means to have a single or split definition.

Whether you’re brand new to Human Design or already familiar with it, this conversation offers an empowering, grounded perspective on using it as a tool for self-understanding, alignment, and self-trust — without putting yourself in a box.

Not a Resolution… A Release: Stepping Into 2026 with Clarity + Truth09 déc. 202500:14:10

Send us Fan Mail

Before we step into a new year, I want to ask you a powerful question:
What are you ready to release before 2026?

The holidays have a way of amplifying the emotions we’ve been carrying quietly — especially grief. The grief of relationships that shifted, the traditions that changed, the people we miss, the expectations that didn’t unfold, and the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown. It all feels louder this time of year.

In this heart-centered episode, I explore the grief we don’t talk about enough and the courage it takes to release what no longer belongs to your story. We’ll dive into the tender truths of letting go, gaining clarity, and honoring what your heart has held throughout the year.

This conversation isn’t about resolutions.
 It’s about truth.
It’s about self-awareness.
It’s about entering 2026 with intention, emotional freedom, and a deeper connection to yourself.

The Messy Middle of Becoming: Outgrowing Who You Used to Be04 sept. 202500:11:22

Send us Fan Mail

Outgrowing your old self feels uncomfortable, but this messy middle is where true transformation happens.

In this episode of Selfless to Self-YES, we talk about that in-between space where you’re no longer who you used to be, but you’re not fully who you’re becoming yet. It can feel confusing, heavy, and even lonely… but it’s also the sacred space where your authentic self begins to take root.

Here’s what we’ll explore together:

  • Why the “messy middle” is actually a sign of growth, not failure
  • How to let go of old versions of yourself with compassion
  • Why sitting in discomfort is part of the becoming process
  • Gentle steps to support yourself with self-love and self-care during change

Inspired Action: Instead of rushing through your messy middle, give yourself permission to pause. Ask yourself, “What does my becoming self need from me right now—rest, honesty, or support?”

Are you feeling stuck in between who you were and who you’re becoming? This episode is for you. We’ll talk about the messy middle of growth, why it often feels like endings, and how outgrowing old roles, relationships, and habits is actually a sign of alignment. By the end, you’ll feel less alone, more understood, and inspired to see your own messy middle as part of your Self-YES journey.
