Something I really grabbed onto and have been thinking about since this session is how FUN is the antidote for stress. And you can't do fun wrong... unless you're not having fun? Haha!

Sarah Leverett facilitated my Past Life Regression nearly a month ago. The audio file of the session recording holds all the magic of the session along with white noise that is louder than I would like it to be. Alas, I am the sole soul who works on this pod and I have already spent too much time on it! Please forgive me, it is better sound than the original file but this is as good as I can get it. Just like white noise, though, it disappears eventually as your mind focuses on the words and the story that is unfolding.

Kris and I cover how she came into knowing with her gifts, how she used to be afraid of animals, and how she works with clients and animals now.

She is a professional animal communicator, BodyTalk practitioner and Access Consciousness Bars practitioner in the Twin Cities since 2008. Kris loves working with both humans and animals alike!

She breaks through the barriers between the animal and human world, creating a deeper awareness of what we all need to co-exist on the planet and BE the connection. She brings forth the voice of the animals so you can hear their words of wisdom, and often guidance with not only their lives, but our own as well.
