11 - Congruent & Incongruent: Living from Values Instead of Goals22 Sep 202500:20:52

In today’s episode, Tricia and Murray dive into the difference between living congruently—when your heart, mind, body, and spirit are aligned with God’s truth—and living incongruently, when your goals clash with your deepest God-given values.

As Sensor/Feelers, we don’t just pick up facts or words—we sense atmospheres, emotions, and even spiritual undercurrents. When our values and actions line up, life flows with peace and rest. But when they don’t, even if we “reach the goal,” it leaves us restless, confused, or even feeling cheated.

Together, we’ll explore: ✨ What congruent living looks like and why it brings rest. ✨ Why goals alone aren’t enough if your values don’t align. ✨ The tension of incongruence—when chasing goals costs you your peace. ✨ Real-life stories of discovering values vs. goals in ministry and relationships. ✨ Practical ways to live from your values first so that goals gain clarity and your decisions carry peace instead of pressure.

At the heart of this conversation is a simple truth: Goals give direction, but values give foundation. When you live from values first, your goals align with who God made you to be—and that’s where true rest is found.

10 - Giving God What He Wants (He Wants What’s in Your Heart)15 Sep 202500:30:00

What does God really want from us? It’s not our performance, our striving, or even our “good behaviour”—it’s our hearts.

In this episode, Murray and Tricia unpack how our belief systems shape our emotions, decisions, behaviours, and ultimately, the outcomes of our lives. Using the simple BEDBO framework (Belief, Emotion, Decision, Behaviour, Outcome), they explore how aligning what we believe with God’s truth transforms the way we live.

From everyday examples like Disneyland vs. prison, to Tricia’s story of overcoming shyness, to biblical accounts of Abraham, Naaman, and Peter, you’ll see how God patiently works with us as we learn, stumble, and grow. Murray and Tricia also share personal stories from their own lives and ministry, revealing how God lovingly addresses what’s really going on in our hearts.

At the end of the day, God isn’t after empty actions—He’s after the place where belief is formed: your heart. And when our hearts are aligned with Him, the fruit is peace, growth, and a life filled with His joy.

9 - Hearing God Together: The Prophetic Call of Every Believer08 Sep 202500:38:21

In this episode, Tricia and Murray dive into the question: Who’s prophetic? If the priesthood of all believers is widely accepted, then what about the prophetic mantle? Why do so many of us struggle to hear God clearly if we’re all called to walk in the prophetic?

Together, they explore common blocks to hearing God’s voice, how paradigms like culture, training, and upbringing shape the way we interpret life, and why Peter’s vision in Acts 10 is such a powerful picture of working through symbolic language and worldview shifts.

They also give a preview of Samuel’s Mantle Year One, unpacking topics like signs and how God uses them, the gift of discernment, learning to see in the Spirit, understanding prophetic timelines, and the role of faith and journaling in walking with God.

From dreams to discernment, from burden bearing to dealing with personal pain, this conversation will help you recognize that the prophetic isn’t reserved for a few—it’s an invitation for every believer.

8 - Guarding Your Heart God’s Way01 Sep 202500:22:16

In this episode, Tricia and Murray build on last week’s conversation about rest by exploring what it means to guard your heart God’s way. Proverbs 4:23 tells us, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” But what does that look like in real life—especially for spiritually sensitive people?

Together, they unpack the purpose of healthy boundaries: 🌱 Protecting what God has entrusted to you 🌱 Clarifying responsibility—what’s yours and what belongs to others 🌱 Creating safe, healthy relationships 🌱 Obeying God’s design (yes, even Jesus set boundaries!)

Tricia and Murray share stories, scripture, and practical insights on how to set boundaries without guilt, how to discern the difference between love and “niceness,” and why boundaries are actually an act of love.

Whether you struggle with people-pleasing, taking on others’ burdens, or feeling drained by constant demands, this episode will encourage you to step into God’s wisdom and peace.

Because guarding your heart isn’t about building walls—it’s about stewarding your life with freedom, love, and truth.

7 - Rest - Learning to Move Towards Peace25 Aug 202500:22:24

In this episode, Tricia and Murray explore what it really means to enter God’s rest and live from a place of peace. Building on the theme of spiritual sensitivity, they dive into Bob Jones’ 100-year prophecy that the 2020s would be the decade of rest—when God’s people would finally learn to dwell in His presence, where the enemy cannot wage war.

Together, they unpack Jesus’ invitation in Matthew 11:28–30, “Come to Me… and I will give you rest,” and the powerful promises of Psalm 91 for those who make the Lord their refuge. Through scripture, prophetic insight, and personal stories—including seasons of loss and learning to trust—this conversation will encourage you to move away from striving and step into the security of God’s covering.

The episode concludes with a prayer of rest, inviting you to experience God’s peace in a fresh way today.

6 - Discernment - How to Survive it.18 Aug 202500:23:59

In this episode, we dive deep into the often misunderstood spiritual gift of discernment—not just what it is, but how to survive carrying it. Discernment can feel like a superpower one moment and a burden the next. So how do you steward this gift without burning out?

We also discuss how burden bearing is a part of discernment, and why it's essential to recognize when what you’re sensing is meant to be carried in prayer rather than just emotionally absorbed.

Tricia shares a raw and personal story about how discernment led her to leave a church community—and how she navigated that season with wisdom and grace. We unpack the concept of diagnosis, prognosis, and prescription from a Graham Cooke’s story, and reflect on the power of timing: sometimes, discernment means simply watching and waiting—just like knowing when a head of grain is heavy and ready for harvest.

We also highlight a helpful framework from a powerful story Murray shares about Chad and Jenn: Revelation. Interpretation. Application. Presentation. Timing. What you receive isn't always meant to be shared—or at least not right away.

Discernment can feel incongruent or confusing at times, but in this episode, we offer tools, real-life stories, and spiritual insight to help you carry this gift well.

5 - Discernment vs. Burden Bearing11 Aug 202500:22:51

Discernment vs. Burden Bearing

Have you ever walked into a room and suddenly felt overwhelmed, anxious, or heavy—and wondered if you were just being too sensitive or even a bit crazy? You're not alone. Last week, we unpacked the idea that what you're feeling may actually be spiritual discernment—and this week, we’re taking it further.

Join Tricia and Murray as they dive into the difference between discernment and burden bearing—two powerful spiritual gifts that often get confused.

  • What exactly is discernment?

  • How is it different from carrying someone else’s burden?

  • Why do you sometimes feel emotionally or physically impacted when you're around certain people?

Murray unpacks how discernment is like a spiritual camera—capturing what’s going on in the atmosphere or in someone’s life (Hebrews 5:14). Then we move into burden bearing—the God-given invitation to carry His heart for someone’s pain, not their “stuff.”

Hear real-life stories, including:

  • Tricia’s experience during a pre-church-split season in Langley

  • A powerful insight from Curtis: "People are not their stuff"

  • Lorelei’s unforgettable moment on a city bus

We also dig into key scriptures like Isaiah 53, Isaiah 61, Galatians 6, and Ezekiel 4 to help you recognize these gifts in your own life—and use them with wisdom.

Whether you’ve been overwhelmed by emotion in intercession or confused by what you're “picking up” in conversations, this episode will help you find clarity, language, and purpose for your spiritual sensitivity.

You can unpack it all even more deeply in Murray’s book Keepers of the Presence.

4 - Spiritual Sensitivity – You’re Not Crazy04 Aug 202500:23:23

Have you ever walked into a room and just knew something was off… but no one else seemed to notice? Do you ask yourself things like: “What is wrong with me?” “Why am I so judgmental?” “Why do I feel everything so deeply?”

You’re not crazy—you might be spiritually sensitive.

In this episode, Tricia and Murray dive into what it means to be spiritually sensitive: what it is, who has it, and how it works. From scripture and real-life stories (including potatoes, Bruce, and a very awkward church moment) to biblical examples like Paul, Jesus, and the road to Emmaus, they explore how this unique gift of the Spirit shows up in everyday life.

You’ll hear how spiritual sensitivity can often be mistaken for judgment, emotional instability, or even weakness—but is actually a God-given way to discern the unseen.

And stay tuned—because next week, we’ll unpack what to do with all this: how to pray, how to carry it, and how to tell the difference between discernment and burden-bearing.

You are not too much. You’re not broken. You’re gifted.

3 - Prophetic Personality Types - How You Uniquely Experience God28 Jul 202500:30:20

Do you ever wonder why you’re not hearing God like other people do? The truth is—you probably are… just in your own unique way. In this episode, we explore different prophetic personality types and how they reflect the beautiful variety in the way God speaks.

From dreams, art, worship, and Scripture to that deep inner “knowing,” Tricia and Murray share stories, insights, and practical examples of how the prophetic can flow through different gift mixes. Whether you're a feeler, a knower, a seer, or someone who’s still figuring it out—you’ll discover that hearing God is not one-size-fits-all.

You’ll hear stories from church moments, Normandy battlefields, creative breakthroughs, and quiet coffee shop conversations that reveal the many ways God speaks through everyday people—just like you.

This episode will help you recognize how God may already be speaking through your personality, your wiring, and your passions… and how to lean into it with confidence.

13 – Rest as Paying Attention: Learning to Observe Your Inner World06 Oct 202500:32:54

In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward—toward noise, danger, and demands—many of us live in a state of constant overwhelm. True rest feels out of reach. But what if rest isn’t something you find by escaping the world… but by learning to pay attention to what’s happening inside?

In this episode, Tricia and Murray unpack the spiritual discipline of rest as attention—learning to observe your inner world rather than reacting to the chaos around you. Using Psalm 91 as a foundation (“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty”), they explore how dwelling and abiding in God’s presence becomes a weapon against fear, anxiety, and distraction.

You’ll hear:

  • How focusing on the external world fuels anxiety and fear

  • What it means to dwell and abide in the presence of God

  • Why rest is not weakness but spiritual strength

  • Insights from Saint Isaac on stillness and the art of interior attention

  • Tricia’s personal story about learning to tune out external noise and find peace

  • Murray’s story of encountering rest through paying attention inwardly

With practical steps for cultivating rest—like silent thankfulness, journaling, and Sabbath moments throughout the day—this episode invites you to discover that true rest isn’t about withdrawal; it’s about abiding in the shelter of the Almighty.

14 - Experiencing God’s Father Heart, Letting Abba Love You13 Oct 202500:31:27

In this episode, Tricia and Murray open up a heartfelt conversation about what it means to truly experience the love of our Heavenly Father. Building on their last episode about rest, they explore how our earthly experiences with fathers can deeply influence the way we relate to God as Father.

Murray shares about cultural paradigms and the power of shifting our perspectives—including a memorable story from their visit to a monastery—while Tricia reflects on how inner healing helps us receive the unconditional love of Abba.

This gentle, hope-filled episode invites you to let go of old filters and experience God’s Father heart in a fresh, life-changing way.

15 – Encountering Abba - The Change It Brings20 Oct 202500:33:14

In this episode, Tricia and Murray explore what happens when we truly encounter God as Father. Building on last week’s conversation about rest, they unpack how one of the deepest forms of rest comes from knowing God not as a distant deity—but as Abba.

Drawing from Hebrews 12:22–24, Galatians 4:6, and Romans 8:15–16, they contrast the Old Testament view of God as Father with the New Covenant revelation of intimacy and adoption. Murray shares a powerful personal story from his YWAM days—his first time hearing God’s voice—and how that encounter reshaped his understanding of who the Father really is.

Come listen as we talk about the Spirit of Sonship, the love that drives out fear, and the transformation that comes when we live as beloved sons and daughters of Abba.

16 – The Power of Accepting the Father: Developing Steps into the Resting Place27 Oct 202500:24:46

In this heartfelt episode, Murray and Tricia talk about what it really means to see God as a loving Father—not as a distant judge or master. Together, they explore how our hearts need healing to fully receive His love, especially when our experiences with earthly fathers have been marked by distance or pain.

Tricia shares her personal journey of discovering God as her Father. Growing up in a home where affection was scarce and the phrase “children should be seen and not heard” was common, she didn’t realize how deeply those early experiences had shaped her view of God until years later. Everything began to change during a powerful encounter with God in 1988 at the Toronto Blessing Church, where she began to experience the Father’s love in a whole new way.

Through inner healing sessions using John Sanford’s materials and deep encounters with God’s presence, Tricia found freedom and restoration. She also shares how God helped her love her earthly father in a supernatural way—leading to a beautiful story of perseverance, forgiveness, and reconciliation that ended with her father’s final words: “I love you.”

Murray and Tricia reflect on how healing can sometimes feel like we’re going backward—but in truth, it’s God making room in our hearts for a deeper revelation of His love. They also highlight resources like Jack Frost and Peter Jackson’s teachings on the Father’s heart for those who want to go deeper in their own journey.

How was Tricia able to walk out such deep healing and love? Stay tuned—her answer unfolds in the next episode.

17 Learning to Have Conversations with our Heavenly Father - Bringing Heaven Down Instead of dragging earth up03 Nov 202500:22:22

In this episode, Murray and Tricia continue their conversation about encountering God as Father. Murray opens by recapping the last two episodes, where both share their healing journeys with their earthly fathers and their experiences of meeting the love of their Heavenly Father.

Murray then asks Tricia how she learned to speak with God as Father—an ability that helped her walk through deep healing with her earthly dad. Tricia shares a powerful story of encountering God, including a personal sign she asked for (and received!) that confirmed she had been hearing His voice all along. This led to a life-changing encounter with Jesus that transformed her relationship with the Father forever.

Murray and Tricia also talk about pursuing God with intentionality and how it often leads to divine encounters—pointing to biblical examples like Solomon and the transfiguration of Jesus. Tricia shares what her time with God looks like now—playing worship music throughout the day, starting and ending each day in conversation with the Father, and seeking fresh revelation through Scripture.

Together, they discuss practical ways to invite God into daily life, including Tricia’s nightly routine of asking Jesus to speak through her dreams and Murray’s suggestion to pause and reflect before fully waking up to remember dreams and encounters. They even dive into scripture about nighttime guidance, Psalm 16:7 and 42:8.

18 - Staying with the Experience of the Father’s Love: Murray Learning to Encounter Abba Daily10 Nov 202500:26:46

In this episode, Murray and Tricia dive deeper into what it means to stay in the experience of the Father’s love—moving from a single encounter to a daily relationship with Abba. Murray invites listeners to reflect on how divine encounters shape their spiritual journey and shares practical ways to deepen that connection.

Tricia recounts her transformative experience in 1988 at a Toronto church, where she first encountered the tangible presence of God in a life-changing way. This powerful moment ignited a lifelong pursuit of intimacy with the Father. Together, Murray and Tricia explore how experiencing God’s love inspires a natural desire to live rightly—not out of obligation, but out of love.

They also share practical ways to stay connected with God all day. Murray closes with an activation inspired by Psalm 139, inviting listeners to look into a mirror and speak God’s truth over themselves—learning to see through the Father’s loving eyes.

This episode is an invitation to not just remember divine moments, but to remain in them—encountering the Father’s love anew, every day.

19 - Experiencing Abba’s love in Everything, Everywhere and all at Once17 Nov 202500:29:39

In this deeply reflective episode, Murray and Tricia explore how to experience the Father’s love in every part of life—through both the highs and the lows. Building on their recent conversations about rest and intimacy with God, Murray introduces the theme of letting go of performance and truly entering the “Abba space” of peace and presence.

Murray & Tricia walk listeners through  six steps of the Examen, a simple yet powerful practice for recognizing God’s presence in daily life. Together, they share honest stories of gratitude, struggle, and divine encouragement—showing how even difficult moments can become places of healing when seen through the Father’s eyes.

20 – Dreams Happen to Everyone (Including You) - Here’s Why They Matter24 Nov 202500:28:16

In this episode, Murray and Tricia dive into one of their favourite topics—dreams! From the ladder of Jacob to the night visions of Joseph, Pharaoh, Daniel, and Nebuchadnezzar, scripture is full of moments where God speaks through dreams.

Together they explore the five dreams surrounding the birth of Jesus, each one guiding and protecting God’s plan of redemption. Along the way, Murray shares insights from John Sanford, and they both bring to life stories of dreamers from history—from Alexander the Great and Josephus to Albert Einstein, Frederick Banting, Elias Howe, and even John Newton, the writer of Amazing Grace.

You’ll come away inspired by how God has always used dreams to guide, warn, reveal, and inspire—and how He’s still doing it in your life today.

Dreams happen to everyone—including you. The question is: are you listening?

21 - Valuing Symbolic Language as a language - if you value it, you will remember it.01 Dec 202500:31:44

In this episode, Murray and Tricia dive deep into the world of symbolic language—especially how it appears in our dreams—and why learning to value symbols can transform the way we understand ourselves, our memories, and even our relationship with God. They unpack how dream interpretation works through both personal and cultural lenses, and why the same symbol can mean something entirely different from one person to another.

Murray shares a powerful series of dreams from 1999–2000, born out of a season of burnout and emotional detachment. These dreams—ranging from burning mirrors to haunted houses and treasure chests—helped reveal deep-seated beliefs, misconceptions of love, and areas of the heart he didn’t realize were closed off. Tricia and Murray explore how symbols like waterfalls, treasure chests, and even a Victorian rocking horse spoke to his journey of emotional healing and rediscovering intimacy.

The conversation builds to a remarkable story of divine orchestration: an unexpected encounter with distant relatives from Murray’s ancestral village, carrying the very blessing he had longed for. Through dreams, inner healing moments, and surprising real-life connections, Murray began to understand God’s unique way of guiding him toward restoration.

Join Murray and Tricia as they explore why dreams matter, how God uses symbolic language to lead us, and what it looks like to grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.

22 - Why You’re Not Remembering Your Dreams — And How Hunger & Thirst Unlock Them08 Dec 202500:34:09

In this episode, Tricia and Murray dive into one of the most common questions they receive: “Why can’t I remember my dreams?” Tricia introduces the theme, and Murray jumps in to explain how spiritual hunger and thirst play a surprisingly important role in unlocking dream recall.

Together, they walk through practical, simple tips to help you catch more of what God is speaking in the night:

  • Practice the sleep–wake transition and notice what’s happening as you come to consciousness.

  • Write down whatever comes to mind immediately, even fragments—shifting your focus to what you received in the night.

  • Pay attention to the felt sense—sometimes a gut feeling can pull the dream back.

  • Think backwards: start with the fragment you remember, then trace it in reverse until more returns.

  • Keep a journal, pen, small light, or recorder by your bed.

  • Lie still upon waking and slip back into your favourite sleep position.

  • Aim for seven hours of sleep—most dreams are remembered at that point.

  • Remove the prejudice that sleep is “less important” than work—God speaks when we’re at rest.

  • Take naps—they can spark fresh dreams and improve recall.

They remind listeners that during seasons of stress, dream recall may naturally decrease—“peace is the potting soil of revelation” (JPJ).

The episode closes with Jesus’ promise in Matthew 5:6: “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst… for they will be filled.” Tricia shares her own flower dream and discusses how she sets up her heart to hear God at night, while Murray unpacks dream incubation through the stories of Solomon (1 Kings 3:4–15) and Hannah receiving Samuel (1 Samuel 1).

If you’re hungry to remember your dreams—and hear God more clearly—this episode will help open the night to you.

23 – How to Do a Prophetic Gift Exchange: Sharing Heaven’s Heart Through Gifts15 Dec 202500:34:49

In today’s episode, Tricia and Murray dive into the beautiful art of the prophetic gift exchange—a creative and love-filled way to hear God’s heart and share it with others.

Tricia introduces the topic, and Murray opens with his signature bubbly energy as he unpacks Jesus’ prophetic worldview. From the birds of the air in Matthew 6 to the kingdom-parables of Matthew 13–15, you’ll learn how Jesus constantly invited us to see the world through heaven’s eyes—where nothing is random and everything speaks.

Together, they explore how God uses gifts to communicate love, identity, and destiny. From the prophetic gifts given to Jesus—gold, frankincense, and myrrh—to Jesus Himself giving gifts to His people after the resurrection (Ephesians 4:7–8), gift-giving becomes a powerful spiritual language. Murray and Tricia also look at biblical stories like the prodigal son, Daniel, Joseph, and David to reveal the deep scriptural roots of heaven-inspired gifting.

Then Tricia and Murray break down how to do a prophetic gift exchange, step-by-step:

  • Do you feel when something is “just right”?

  • Do you see an item highlighted as if heaven is drawing your attention to it?

  • Does the Lord give you a thought, impression, or whisper about someone?

You’ll learn how to pair each gift with a prophetic word—symbolically interpreting what the item represents and how God might use it to encourage the person receiving it.

And finally… Tricia and Murray do a live example right on the show so you can experience the process in real time.

If you’ve ever wondered how to share the Father’s heart through something as simple as a gift, this episode will inspire, equip, and delight you.

24 - Things You Might Not Know About Christmas22 Dec 202500:26:58

What if the Christmas story is richer, deeper, and more surprising than we’ve ever been told?

In this special December episode, Tricia and Murray unpack fascinating historical, cultural, and theological insights that may completely reshape how you see Christmas. With Murray’s trademark bubbly explanations and Tricia’s thoughtful reflections, this conversation explores the backstories behind the story.

We dive into ancient sources like the Protoevangelium of James, exploring traditions that say Mary lived and served in the Temple from a young age, sewing sacred curtains of purple and scarlet. We discuss why early Christians believed Joseph was an older widower — not by accident, but for protection, virtue, and obedience — and what it means that Joseph is called a tekton: a builder, craftsman, and skilled artisan, not simply a carpenter.

You’ll hear about Jesus being born not in a wooden stable, but likely in a cave, why Bethlehem (“House of Bread”) is overflowing with prophetic symbolism, and how the Bread of Life was laid in a feeding trough — imagery that Jewish believers would have instantly recognized.

We explore the Roman census and Jesus being born as the King of Peace in a time of empire, the mysterious journey of the Wise Men (with ties reaching back to Daniel and the East), and even how Saint Nicholas shaped modern gift-giving traditions — including stockings, secret generosity, and yes… a legendary moment involving Arius.

Tricia also shares the beautiful story behind the German Christmas tree, where evergreen life, starlight, and candles point back to the Star of Bethlehem and the glory of God — a tradition often credited to Martin Luther.

The episode closes with a powerful reading from John Chrysostom, reminding us that Christmas is not sentimental nostalgia, but a cosmic turning point — where heaven and earth meet, ancient slavery is broken, paradise is reopened, and God Himself is received in a manger.

This is Christmas as you’ve never heard it before — ancient, holy, surprising, and filled with wonder.

25 - Preparing your Heart for 2026 - Discerning God’s Heart for the Season Ahead29 Dec 202500:25:56

As we close out 2025, Tricia and Murray invite you into a reflective and hope-filled conversation to prepare your heart for the year ahead. With joy, honesty, and expectation, they talk about the excitement of a new year—and the importance of pausing long enough to discern what God is truly saying about the season to come.

Rooted in the promise of Psalm 23, this episode becomes an intentional space to encounter the Lord: to receive His anointing, to notice where your cup is meant to overflow, and to recognize the goodness and mercy that will follow you into 2026.

Through guided moments of prayer, imagination, and holy pause, you’ll be invited to:

  • Lay out your path for the year ahead—day by day, season by season

  • Discern a promise Jesus may be giving you to carry into 2026

  • Imagine the “garment” He invites you to wear for the coming season

  • Receive a gift from the Father as you step forward in trust

Together, Tricia and Murray walk with Jesus into the new year—oil poured out, cups overflowing, promises secured, and hearts aligned. The episode closes with a prayer of consecration, committing 2026 fully to the Lord and inviting the Holy Spirit to fill, test, and seal all that has been received.

Thank you for joining us throughout Season One. We’re so glad you’ve been part of the journey. Season Two begins January 2026.

S2 Ep1 – A Fresh New Year… Why Don’t I Feel Fresh? Washing Off Others’ Expectations So You Can Be Yourself05 Jan 202600:25:05

A new year is supposed to feel fresh… so why doesn’t it always?

In the Season 2 premiere, Tricia and Murray welcome you into 2026 with an honest conversation about the hidden weight many of us carry into a new year — the expectations, pressures, and emotional residue that quietly cling to our souls.

Together, they explore:

  • Why a “fresh start” doesn’t always feel fresh

  • What defilement is, where it comes from, and how it affects us

  • How the expectations of others (especially around holidays and family) can weigh us down

  • A powerful story about peace, pressure, and perspective

  • Practical tools for soul decluttering and releasing what no longer belongs to you

This episode also includes a guided “whooshing” exercise to help you let go, reset, and reconnect with who you truly are — followed by a state test to notice what’s shifted.

S2 Ep 2 – What Kind of Dream Was That? Understanding the Language of Your Dreams12 Jan 202600:28:05

Have you ever woken up from a dream and thought, “What kind of dream was that?” This episode launches a three-part series designed to help you understand how dreams communicate and how to begin interpreting them with clarity and confidence.

In Part 1, Tricia and Murray lay the foundation by exploring the language of dreams—because dreams speak in symbols, stories, and metaphors, not literal sentences.

Tricia shares Bruce’s dream, one he initially believed was prophetic but later realized was a counseling dream, highlighting why identifying the type and language of a dream is essential before interpretation. Murray then introduces the Three Rules of 3, focusing on the first key principle needed to understand dreams correctly.

Together, they unpack three primary “languages” dreams use:

  • Biblical Language – Understanding symbolism through Scripture, including Proverbs 1:5–6 and the powerful imagery of the Lion and the Lamb in Revelation 5. Why does the symbol change, and what is God communicating?

  • Cultural Language – How common expressions like “stuck in second gear” or “life in the fast lane” show up in dreams, with biblical insight from Gideon’s story.

  • Personal Language – Why the same symbol (dogs, baggage, cars, windows) can mean very different things to different people, based on personal experience and context.

The episode closes with encouraging dream stories that highlight God’s heart to speak life, hope, and direction—reminding us that dreams are meant to draw us closer, not leave us confused.

Part 2 and Part 3 will build on this foundation, helping you recognize dream types and discern whether a dream speaks to your past, present, or future.

S2 Ep 3 – Back to the Future: Is This Dream About My Past, Present, or Future?19 Jan 202600:26:00

In Part 2 of our three-part dream interpretation series on the Three rules of 3, Tricia and Murray continue unpacking The Three Rules of 3, focusing on Rule #2: every dream relates to your past, present, or future.

After a brief recap of Rule #1 from Episode 2, the conversation turns to how understanding when a dream is speaking can bring clarity and prevent misinterpretation. Murray explains how dreams connected to the past often highlight unresolved issues or long-standing patterns God is inviting us to address.

Tricia then welcomes guest Bruce Warren to the show, where together they walk through a present/future focused dream, modeling how to interpret dreams in real time. As the group works through Bruce’s dream, they demonstrate practical tools for “bridging” a dream to waking life by paying attention to:

  • Emotions felt within the dream

  • Wordplay and colloquial expressions

  • Significant symbols and repeating themes

The episode concludes with Murray teaching how to recognize the gift or promise within the dream imagery. Listeners are encouraged to begin looking for these gifts and promises in their own dreams, trusting that God’s voice is always purposeful and redemptive.

You, Me or the World: How to Tell What Your Dream Is Really About26 Jan 202600:36:48

Have you ever woken up from a dream and wondered, “Was that about me… someone else… or something bigger?”

In this episode, Tricia and Murray continue their deep dive into The Three Rules of Three, helping you discern who a dream is actually about — you, a group of people, or the world.

Murray opens with his signature bubbly energy, breaking down the heart of dream interpretation and setting the stage for clarity. Tricia then recaps the first two rules of three, reminding us that dream symbols can be cultural, biblical, or personal (Episode 2: What Kind of Dream Was That? Understanding the Language of Your Dreams), and that dreams can speak to our past, present, or future (Episode 3: Back to the Future).

Together, they unpack Rule #3 and explain how:

  • Personal dreams can be “bridged” to your life

  • Group dreams point to a shared message

  • Prophetic dreams cannot be bridged because they are not about you — and often haven’t happened yet

Through real-life examples — including Murray’s construction zone dream, Tricia’s arrow dream, a pirate ship, an elevator, and more — you’ll learn practical questions to ask that reveal whether a dream carries a memory, a current message, or a future promise.

If you’ve ever struggled to understand why a dream matters or who it’s speaking to, this episode will give you simple, biblical, and practical tools to bring clarity and confidence to your dream interpretation.

🎧 Tune in and discover how to tell what your dream is really about.

Dream Types - What God Is Really Saying While You Sleep01 Feb 202600:28:05

What if your dreams aren’t random at all?

In this episode, Tricia and Murray continue their exploration of dream language by introducing Dream Types — the different ways God speaks to us while we sleep. Dreams are meant to invite us into transformation, and when we understand what kind of dream we’re having, clarity replaces confusion.

With over 30 different dream types, today’s episode focuses on the first three foundational categories, giving listeners practical tools to discern what God may be revealing.

You’ll discover:

Emotional Healing Dreams — how dreams that revisit pain are often signs of healing, not setbacks • Flushing Dreams — recognizing when a dream reflects defilement picked up from the fallen world rather than your true identity • Physical Healing Dreams — understanding how God speaks to the body through dreams, including symptomatic, recovery, and supernatural healing dreams

Murray shares a personal emotional healing dream, and Tricia and Murray unpack real-life examples that help bring discernment, freedom, and peace. Together, they guide listeners in learning how to respond to dreams with wisdom, prayer, and compassion.

If you’ve ever wondered why you dream what you dream — or how to tell what God is really saying — this episode lays the groundwork for understanding His language in the night.

2-6 God is preparing Your Future - Dreams that bring Revelation09 Feb 202600:33:59

What if God is already speaking into your future while you sleep?

In this episode, Tricia and Murray continue their journey into dream language by unpacking Dream Type #4: Prophetic Dreams — dreams that carry revelation, future insight, and divine invitation.

Many people assume that all dreams are prophetic… while others believe prophetic dreams are rare, dramatic, or even frightening. In this conversation, Tricia and Murray gently dismantle both myths and bring balance, clarity, and biblical grounding to the topic.

Murray explains why only a small percentage of dreams are fully prophetic, yet why most dreams still carry prophetic elements — seeds of promise, counsel, and direction. They explore how symbolism works, why people often represent meaning rather than literal individuals, and how prophetic dreams often reveal where God is leading, not just what He is saying.

Together, they discuss how to recognize a truly prophetic dream — from the unmistakable sense of God’s presence, to clarity of imagery, time-locked symbolism, and why some dreams don’t need to be written down to be remembered. Tricia and Murray also share powerful personal examples of prophetic dreams, highlighting how these dreams invite partnership, not panic.

The episode then moves into Dream Type #5: Second Heaven Dreams, exploring spiritual warfare, delayed answers, and biblical foundations from Ephesians and Daniel. Tricia and Murray share personal dreams that reveal the unseen spiritual landscape and the importance of discernment.

Finally, they introduce Dream Type #6: Warning Dreams, featuring a powerful listener-submitted dream and real-life testimonies that show how paying attention to dreams can protect, guide, and even save you from hidden problems before they surface.

This episode is filled with wisdom, encouragement, biblical insight, and real stories that will help you approach dreams with prayer, patience, and confidence — knowing God is lovingly preparing you for what’s ahead.

Thank you to Peter and everyone who continues to send in dream examples — keep them coming!

S2 Ep9 - When Sensitivity Becomes Strength - How Knowing Your Design Unlocks Discernment and Compassion02 Mar 202600:27:33

Have you ever been told, “You’re too sensitive”?

In this honest and encouraging episode, Tricia and Murray talk about what it really means to be wired deeply — emotionally, spiritually, relationally — and why that wiring is not a weakness… it’s a design.

They unpack how sensitivity can feel overwhelming when you don’t understand it — but becomes powerful when you do. What once felt like “too much” starts to look like discernment. Compassion. Creativity. Spiritual awareness.

Together they explore five core personality expressions — from leaders to nurturers to rescuers to those who see and sense the spiritual atmosphere — and how each type has both healed and unhealed patterns. When you understand your design, you not only grow in confidence, you also learn how to navigate other personalities with wisdom and grace.

They also touch on what it’s like to care deeply — about people’s feelings, integrity, truth, atmosphere, and God’s presence — and how maturity transforms intensity into strength.

Because the goal isn’t to harden. The goal isn’t to shut down. The goal isn’t to become numb.

The goal is to become strong without becoming hard.

If you’ve ever wondered, “Why am I like this?” — this conversation will help you feel seen.

You’re not broken. You’re not dramatic. You’re not weak.

You’re wired with intention.

And once you understand your wiring, you stop apologizing… and start stewarding the gift.

You’re Not Too Sensitive You’re Finely Tuned23 Feb 202600:23:13

Have you ever been told, “You’re too sensitive”? What if that’s not a flaw — but a sign you’re finely tuned?

In this episode, Tricia and Murray unpack what it really means to experience life deeply. From the reality that words carry weight — and don’t always just bounce off — to sensing atmospheres the moment you walk into a room, we explore why sensitive people process tone, body language, tension, and encouragement so intensely.

We also talk about overstimulation — crowded spaces, chaotic environments, and conflict-heavy situations — and why needing quiet, nature, worship, or processing time doesn’t make you antisocial… it means your system takes in more information.

God didn’t make you a “Honda” when He designed you to be something finely crafted and high-performance. Your depth, perception, and emotional awareness are not weaknesses — they’re part of your wiring.

If you replay conversations, feel the undercurrent in a room, or have been misunderstood because you care deeply, this episode will help you see yourself differently.

You’re not too sensitive. You’re finely tuned.

Drawing from principles of empathetic communication, they talk about how curiosity, reflective listening, validation, and respectful dialogue can help sensitive hearts feel seen, heard, and understood.

In this episode, Tricia and Murray continue their conversation about how to create safe relational spaces for spiritually sensitive people. Sensitive hearts often process life deeply and may withdraw when they sense criticism, pressure, or misunderstanding.

Building on the previous episode, they explore why slowing conversations down can be one of the most powerful ways to help sensitive individuals feel seen, heard, and understood. Through practical examples and biblical insight, they discuss how listening well, allowing silence, and responding with empathy can create environments where people feel safe to open up.

Tricia and Murray also share a simple 4-step communication pattern—Observation, Feeling, Need, and Request—that can help guide supportive and respectful conversations. They explain how safety and empathy can move people out of stress responses and into a place where they can think clearly, process emotions, and connect more deeply with others—and with God.

Grounded in scriptures like James 1:19 and 1 Thessalonians 5:14, this episode highlights how honoring sensitivity as a gift can strengthen relationships and create space for deeper spiritual openness.

In this powerful episode, Murray and Tricia explore how peace can serve as one of God's most reliable indicators that we are living in alignment with our true identity. Murray shares a pivotal story from ministry school about learning to pay attention when peace is absent, rather than pushing ahead.

This conversation leads into one of life’s most important questions: Who is the real you?

Have you ever wondered who you really are beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and labels you've accumulated over the years?

In this deeply reflective episode, Tricia and Murray explore one of life’s most important questions: Who did God create you to be?

Before you were born, God knew you intimately. The Gospel of John tells us that all life originated in Him, and Psalm 139 reveals that God knit you together in your mother’s womb and wrote every day of your life in His book before one of them came to be. Your life is not random. You were created with purpose, intention, and divine design.

In this episode, we look at the most common regrets people express near the end of life—working too much, neglecting relationships, suppressing who they truly were, failing to take risks, and postponing happiness. These reflections point to a powerful truth: the greatest regrets are often not about what we did, but about who we failed to become.

  • Who is the real me?

  • What am I passionate about?

  • What dreams have I buried?

  • What would I pursue if fear were not a factor?

In this powerful Season 2 finale, Tricia and Murray explore the biblical truth that worship, peace, and abiding in God are powerful acts of spiritual authority. Drawing from Psalm 149, they unpack how praise and spiritual warfare flow together—not from stress or panic, but from deep rest in God’s presence.

Together, they discuss:• Why worship is a weapon• How rest releases spiritual authority• The connection between Psalm 91, John 15, and Hebrews 3–4• Responding to battles from peace instead of panic• Abiding in God during spiritual pressure• Worshipping over your battles instead of magnifying them
