The SaltDivers Podcast is BACK! Dutch and Salty finally jumped back into Helldivers 2 with the A-Team to check out the new update, and honestly… we had a blast. The new Illuminate enemies are a ton of fun, the 40K-inspired Warbond is getting a great response from the community, and we're both genuinely excited to be playing again. There are still some glitches and PC disconnect issues to work out, but the new update was the perfect excuse to come back. Todays show features an amazing guest appearance from  @cloudplays ! Together we discuss the newly announced Helldivers Movie and what that would look like. What players are looking for from Helldivers 2 in 2025, from new maps and missions to consistent story driven Major Orders and CUSTOMIZABLE WEAPONS!

To quote Seinfeld, "This show is about Nothing." Arrowhead has given us nothing to talk about just yet. Speculation on whats coming next is all we have. Have games like Path of Exile and Indiana Jones taken the last of the excitement away from Helldivers?

Arrowhead releases a new DSS Manual that changes how we thought the DSS was supposed to be used! Why Now? Do Helldivers even Read? Will this change how we use the DSS? Probably Not! #Helldivers #Arrowhead #podcast

Arrowhead seems to be dumping Low Effort Sh*t Missiles left and right these days. With the "Disappointing Space Station" DSS being more of an annoyance to fans than anything helpful to the newest MO having us trying to reach an entirely impossible kill count of 500 Million Bugs with Machine Guns...We have to ask..What The F***k is Arrowhead Doing? Join our discord - http://saltynerddiscord.com/

This is it Helldivers! The FInal Fight for the DSS is here. The Jet Brigade has us on our heels, only one planet stands between the Bots and The DSS! Can Botdivers Hold The Line?? Meanwhile in Bugsville, The idiots in charge of the Terminid Park have allowed the bugs to escape! Can players win? We think that's up to JOEL.

We barely failed the last MO. What does that mean? It means we have to buckle up and NOT fail this one. Joel isn't making it easy either. We have EIGHT attacks on bug side to defend. Currently THREE at one time. Is it too much? We shall see. Join Dutch and Salty on this Weeks Salt Divers Podcast as they discuss the new MO and have some fun the state of the game. This new Major Order is a doozy. Is it the impossible mission? Does Joel want us to fail? What the heck is going on here? Liberty Day has come and gone? Did you spend the holiday contemplating in deep thoughts about how lucky we are to spread Freedom and Liber-tea around the galaxy? How is that new gear working out for you? A new patch dropped today. Nothing crazy was detected. Salty and Dutch discuss all this and more on this weeks Saltdivers podcast. Enjoy. Join our discord - http://saltynerddiscord.com/

The DSS construction Major Orders continue to be successful. Is Joel getting ready to throw some bigger challenges at us. Are we prepared a community to take the challenges on? We barely got past the last by less than hour. Are the Jet Brigade troops a factor? We discuss this and more on this weeks Saltdivers podcast. Join us. The 60 (3) Days are up Arrowhead has Delivered an AMAZING Patch! Buffdivers are thrilled. What are they Preparing us for? With the DSS right around the corner and all these massive buffs to the weapons, it's making us think something BIG is about to happen. New Difficulties and New Enemies might be coming in hot soon!

Besides some minor issues and the reports of "Stealth Nerfs" Helldivers 2 seems to be operating as intended with a large playerbase a new set of MOs have have real story based consequences. Players seems to be working together to help build the Democracy Space Station. Everything seems.....fine. For Now. Grab some SaltDivers MERCH! https://the-salty-nerd-podcast.creator-spring.com/
