In our very first episode, we talk to Anil Toraty, the winner of the UK's Movember 2023 Going the Distance award. We talk to Anil about his past achievement of running 465 km in 2022 and discuss his mindset and thought process before embarking on an even bigger journey this Movember to raise awareness for men's well-being. My name's Ken (hi!), I'm both an avid recreational runner and someone who's has used running for several years as a space and activity for the improvement of my own personal well-being.
