Back in Pittsburgh, our heroes recouperate from their stressful missions.  Lesleigh meets Merlin late at night, and he shows a surprising vulnerability to the wolf hunter.  Meanwhile, Lena and Lucia go to meet Branch and update him on their activities.  On the way, they talk about the happenings at the Fae Court and make a promise to each other—one that comes with immediate and startling revelations.  At Louis' motel, Luther sees some guests, but while some bring excellent news, others have less favorable messages to deliver...

After the ordeal of the cursed forest, the Fellowship heads back to the Inn and takes care of preparations to confront Reginor Flintkirk, the Shadowman's general.  Elysian, unable to avoid the elven council's curse, asks for help from their confidant Sparrowsnatcher and from magic scholar Heinrich.  Later, the dragon-blighted Fellowship member talks with Taylor to process the haunting visions the cursed forest showed him.  In their discussion, he shares startling information about the Shadowman's previous defeat, and Taylor converses with Orna about its implications.  As the battle draws ever closer, Stellwyn, feeling underprepared, has a heart-to-heart with an unlikely conversation partner...

After Darn (Kyle) causes a small explosion in his workshop, his mentor relegates him to a different task in preparation for the Vigil of Light, a major holiday celebrating dragonkind's victory over The Darkness.  They gathers their two clutchmates, Jagi (Holly) and Luka (Trin), and the three of them head off for the dragon fortress/mining facility Brightstone.  Their mission is to check on the slowed shipments of Aerichus, a beautiful and precious ore.  What they uncover is something far deeper and more sinister than normal causes of delay, and it will take these young dragons' entire charm, cunning and courage to surmount this strange antagonist.

The Fellowship, sans Elysian, finds that their current goals all bring them to the same place:  a cursed section of the elven forest.  Ravage and Stellwyn hope to find the missing Gemini, and Heinrich and Taylor look for a flower for Freyer, the dragon.  But the forest is not any place to be trifled with, and the party finds themselves face-to-face with the greatest fears, regrets and insecurities.  Can they pull through and find what they came for, or will the forces of evil at work overpower them?  And what of Elysian, who finds themselves called back to a private meeting with the council?

With the threat of the Shadow Man looming large, the Fellowship spreads out. Stellwyn and Ravage meet with Gemini to ask for their aid, but learn several troubling things: the twins have become separated, leaving the damaged twin alone and flustered.  What's more, the giant senses that Stellwyn is carrying a giant's heart—their piece of power—in the Crown of Seven.  Meanwhile, Heinrich and Taylor are led by the Faire elf to meet Freyer, the dragon who lives at and feeds upon the magic in the roots of the World Tree.  On the way to their meeting, the three discuss the history of mankind's relationship with dragons, Heinrich's place in that history, and further details of the Elven Council's sinister plot-- details that become immensely complicated after Elysian's secret society makes a decision about their counter-play...

We briefly leave behind Pittsburgh to visit a very distant world quite unlike our own.  In this land, magic reigns supreme, and a figure known only as the Shadow Man creates terror and chaos for its people.  Forced into action, the world calls upon five heroes to stop the mysterious figure: Prince Stellwyn Dawn (Kyle), the last surviving member of humankind's royal family; Lord Heinrich Rothschild (Yako), a human field surgeon-turned-dragonic warrior; Elysian Foxjuggler (Jovian), haughty champion of elvenkind; Taylor Silkblade (Holly), halfling squire to and true protector of Elysian; and Ravage (Chris), giantess created by Shadowman who seeks revenge on her progenitor.

This episode is just character creation, but we strongly recommend you give a listen to it-- worldbuilding is very involved in Fellowship, so there's a lot to take in here!

When a week goes by and life gets too crazy to record a session, it's time for some new teen superheroes to step up to the task!  Meet Perfect Chaos, a second team in our Halcyon City canon.  Lead by GM Kyle, its members are Petruso "Arcadia" Pennington (Setsu), a human/goat gene splicing experiment with a gregarious personality; May "Nightfall" O'Connor (Holly), the latest in a legacy hero line with a tarnished reputation; Hyacinth "Oneironaut" Gamma (Jovian), a powerful psychic who can manifest their dreams; Betthaneigh "Arcana" (Bee), the accursed daughter of a cultist trying desperately to stop their terrible deeds; and Gillian "Scooper Duper" Fairgood (Yoshi), a standoffish goth who wears a full-body mascot costume to fight crime.  Today, you'll get to learn a little more about them, and the things they did when they first formed their team.  Later this week, we'll have their oneshot session up.

Davey and Celeste both get in contact with Yoshiko, and the three head to the Cape 'n' Shake to get her side of the story.  They comfort her and give her advice, though maybe not precisely what she wants to hear.  Outside AEGIS headquarters, Kim asks Giger for his side of the story, and a frienzied Giger asks a terrible question.  With the team fracturing around this conflict, Giger finds comfort in an unexpected ally on the team...

After Lesleigh's botched shot at the antagonistic fae, the entire silver structure begins to bubble and collapse around the group and Lena's terrible visions threaten to pass.  A mad dash begins as those inside the structure try to escape and those outside attempt to flee before they are caught in the silver aberration.  Deals are stuck, magic is deployed, and lives are saved... but at what cost?

PITTSBURGH, PA - A party of five is getting breakfast at a local greasy spoon when a coded radio message comes for Lesleigh (Chris), a government-employed werewolf hunter.  As she tries to leave to answer, Lena (Yako), a college student with precognitive abilities, tries to stop her and warn her about terrible events to come.  Though Lena's urgings leave Lesleigh unconvinced, the others at the table decide to come and help: Lucia (Holly), a fae who specializes in collecting and containing dangerous magical artifacts; Luther (Jovian), a reserved werewolf trying to scrape by with her unfortunate condition; and Branch (Bee), an eager accountant-turned-supernatural-PI.  The group heads out to Hazelwood, a residential neighborhood, where a strange facility made entirely of silver has sprung up overnight and werewolves are being tortured.  The group chooses to divide and conquer, but things go south quickly...

Hello listeners!  It's been far too long since we last graced this page, but today we are back!  This is a supplementary episode of Roll to Breathe, where we start the character and world building for our second season, including filling our character sheets and setting expectations.  This episode is an optional listen, but we recommend it to get a feel for the world we're trying to build, as well as some established backstory.

It's time to head to a world of dragons and friendship, guided by Yako in the GM seat!  This is a character creation episode, where we meet our six dragons: the slow but reliable craftsman Darn (Kyle), the eager and loyal daredevil Jagi (Holly), the menacing but empathetic seer Luka (show newcomer Trin), the friendly, insectoid academic Yorne (show newcomer Setsu), the spiny and proud warrior Tokarz (Jovian), and the spindly, shy nature adept Fegios (Bee).  We learn a bit about the world and a lot about our heroes.

This episode is a teaser for the bonus campaign we are running as part of our Patreon campaign.  If you pledge $5, you'll get two episodes per month, each one alternating between the two dragon clutches!  We hope you enjoy this laid-back and tonally lighter show from us as we move into our grittier second season.

It was a difficult and costly battle, but as the dust clears our heroes still stand.  For the first time the whole city sees them as heroes.  As the dust clears and the heroes recover, they will find a city that adores them and ample time to recover and grow.  Danger looms on the horizon, but it can wait for another time-- today, the team celebrates victory.

The final battle wages on.  Revelations are had and drastic actions are taken.  Everything the Final Hazard has faced lead to this moment; from Papa DeSnott giving himself to A.E.G.I.S. to save his son to Yoshiko's misguided attempts to use herself as bait to draw out Ashe.  Their journey has been one marked by sacrifice, yet as they come to terms with that there are still sacrifices left to make.

The stage is set.  The pieces are in place.  The stakes are high.

No more distractions, no more preparations-- it's time for Halcyon City's maligned teenagers to fight the fallen superhero, Ashe.

The Final Hazard has failed to get the drop on their enemies-- they are now scattered over Halcyon and forced to contend with Arch.rr and Ashe at the same time.  Epoch and Reversal decide to head for the city, hoping to aid Shibuya and the newly-released Black Cavalier, while Doomzone attempts to infiltrate Arch.rr laboratories with the help of Dr. Vile and Beckett.  Will reinforcements arrive downtown fast enough to prevent any major tragedies from befalling the citizens?  And what's Lightningrod planning?

After the Spring Fling, our heroes part ways, recovered and resolved to carry out their mission against Arch.rr headquarters.  They meet up the following day in order to plan their attack, with one party creating a diversion and the other journeying into the depths of the company to rescue the kidnapped superheroes and Kathy Petrie.  Yet secrets still threaten to tear the operation asunder-- Archer Fletcher still has plans of his own, to say nothing of Celeste "Shibuya" Blake...

The Final Hazard has a lot on their minds, and heavy hearts, but time marches forward and before they know it, it's time for the school dance.  Can the team forget their troubles for a few hours?  Will they manage not to embarass their dates?  Who will take home the coveted title of Spring Fling King or Queen?

Black Cavalier pulls Giger aside, her suspicisions about his relationship to Kurozakura too strong not to broach.  Unfortunately, she doesn't get the results she wants, and Giger's mood suffers as well.  There's no time for the team to comfort either of them, however, as Kim recieves a call from Oscar with an emergency: he's been arresting by AEGIS for a crime he couldn't have committed...

It's the day of the Spring Fling, but that doesn't mean it's time for rest.  Epoch has gotten some terrifying news from Diamond Joe and the pieces are falling into place:  Black Cavalier must be confronted.  She has different ideas, however, and mid-conversation runs off to meet someone she has been itching to meet for a long time...

As the Spring Fling looms ever closer, the team finds a moment to be teenagers and worry about the dance.  Dav, Beckett, Celeste and Abby hit the mall to buy nice clothes, and Celeste visits the food court to meet with her mysterious date.  Even Davey gets a call from an unexpected someone looking for a Spring Fling +1.  Unfortunately, Kim and Yoshiko have more pressing things to worry about: Kim finds a certain trio while looking for a place to sleep, and Yoshiko must conceal her vastly increased abilities from the rest of the team...

After Epoch's strange surge of power, the team is left with many questions-- most of which Epoch does not have an answer for himself.  Kathy Petrie sits the team down and interviews each member individually (save for the still-missing Black Cavalier).  This goes about as well as one might expect, but there is a surprising boon...
