You don’t need to be told how, a blue print or a cloned map. if you're anything like me. Sovereignty, authenticity & autonomy can’t co exist within hierarchy.  As you likely already sense. Within a system designed to give our power away to a teacher, limitation is inevitable.  Mainstream replication says we must be given access, to someone higher up the ladder, through levels, through lineage, through a system that keeps us reaching outwards.  There’s a “right way” to practise, methods to follow or a destination point to achieve.  But what if connection was never meant to be passed down through hierarchy, but remembered from within? Because reclamation says: no rigid rules.  No energetic outsourcing.  No gatekeeping what’s already ours to claim.  Your connection to Reiki energy, Spiritual wisdom and your intuition, was never anybody else’s to “give” you.  You don’t need permission from anyone or any system.  You just need to remember.

In this week’s episode, I invite you to honour your state of “becoming” on a path of natural evolution where you no longer chase arrival, but embody emergence. If we want to stop feeding the systems that trained us to abandon ourselves in the fullness of our sensitivities and emotions, we have to begin by reclaiming what's real for us individually - in my experience. And that can't happen within mainstream Reiki training (which most often heightens and intensifies trapped intuitive empathic abilities). It can however happen, in my experience, when you accept your gift is the impact, is the force for change, is the contribution (from a place of being empowered within your intuitive empathic abilities). Because then you're not “pouring out” via obligation, hanging yourself at the altar of “giving freely”, or "soaking up" what others were carrying that was never yours to hold. When a practitioner says to me, “I want to BE more authentic”.  What they are usually really saying is, “I want to FEEL more authentic.”  They’re searching for that ‘click’ of powerful internal & external alignment - where how they feel, who they are, and how they show up feels congruent.

Energy flows through embodied truth. If we’re disconnected from our own truth, we’re just repeating someone else’s path - not walking our own.  Whether in life or in our Reiki practise.

Reiki isn’t our job. It’s our language. It’s how spiritual wisdom speaks to the world. It’s not about Spiritual clichés – it’s about a grounded, practical & embodied connection.  And just like your intuition - it doesn’t need to be validated by anyone else or contained by a structure.
