Hello, beautiful alchemists! Today's episode was recorded over a week ago, prior to recent events in our country. I have personally been struggling through a range of emotions, and I want to remind you all of the importance of honoring what you feel. Remember to be compassionate with yourself AND all beings. If you catch yourself judging or not understanding the hurt, anger and upset that you're seeing, ask questions. Educate yourself and return to your compassion. Remember the gokai. Remember our interconnectedness, remember your humanity. If one suffers, all are suffering. May we all heal in the light of love and compassion. So be it.
