What's new with me lately, and one question and answer. The moon's in gate 47, can you feel it? Ha. In this episode, I answer a very common question - one that has been asked in many ways.  "How can I stay in integrity when my nature is ever-shifting?" I talk about the undefined ego center and our culture's obsession with proving our worth by doing and pushing through, what integrity means to me, and practical ways I've navigated this in my own life. Quantum Leaping? Timeline Jumping? Quantum Jumping?  Why do we want what we want? Do we really want that or is it our social conditioning? What's the rush? Maybe the slow process of deconditioning unfolds at exactly the rate that we need it to. What if what we imagine to be a "quantum leap" is actually just the result of many small shifts over time? What if? 

This episode is an exploration of a topic that's always felt off in my body - though admittedly it's hard to pin down one specific definition as there are so many being propagated. As always, thank you for being here and supporting me by listening.

The process of unraveling conditioning in order to see it for what it is can be a long and winding road. I share what my journey has been so far, particularly regarding my own personal religious and cultural conditioning. The specifics of my story won't be exactly like yours, but I hope you find something to relate to here. It's a trip, love yourself along the way ;)

It’s not a quick fix, and it certainly doesn’t make your problems go away, but for me, Human Design really helped in the processing of old wounds. In this episode, I share a years-long process in about 20 minutes (please don’t mistake this for me telling you it’s easy 😅) in the hope that someone, somewhere feels less alone in the process. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.
