This time it is a virtual club history and quiz run round Newport Pagnell, based on the history run we held a couple of years ago, all you need to do is start on Bury Field behind Boots and have the Podcast open and ready to go.

For those not able to get out, play the Podcast, close your eyes and believe you are on the run, hopefully it will not give you to many nightmares!

My warning is that the information is the type of things said when out on the club runs - does not mean they are fully correct - but probably not too far off.

Please follow all current government advice, as this is often changing we have not repeated this and everyone is adults and we will treat people like that

** This could lead to thousands running this route
It is true that publishing the podcast on our Facebook page it is open to the world to descend on this area, however, this really is not likely and of course we can see the numbers of people who listen to the podcast and when they listen, there is nothing to worry about, should the numbers change we can take down the Podcast.
