It’s time to get serious this week as we welcome seven time TNA Tag Champ “Wildcat” Chris Harris to the show.  As half of “Americans Most Wanted” with James Storm, Chris found himself in a deep tag team division in TNA in the early 2000s.  He also found himself working as a babyface early in his run with AMW and then becoming a heel team.  Lastly, Chris talks about his run with WWE in 2008 and what really went wrong with it.  

In addition to all of this Brian and Jimmy also discuss the recent CM Punk interview; as well as what they expect from Wrestle Mania this coming weekend.

Doug Basham grew up a huge wrestling fan and now he is training the next crop of great wrestlers at Ohio Valley Wrestling.  However, before that to happen Doug began his wrestling training with “Nightmare” Danny Davis (his uncle) and then starting his career at OVW, the then developmental territory for WWE. He made his WWE debut on Smackdown as part of the tag team the “Basham Brothers.”  Doug talks about the importance of aligning with JBL as part of his cabinet and the lessons he heard from him.  Lastly, Doug talks about how Al Snow pulled him back into wrestling and becoming a part of OVW behind the scenes.  All this and so much more this week on Refin It Up!!! We are at the end of the month, you know what that means?  RJ and Justin welcome in the third man in the booth, Pondwater Dave.  We all rant about this VERY interesting pay per view.  Bash at the Beach 2000 is the culmination event for WCW as they are a year away from going out of business. As we watch this event we know why they are on their way out.  Dave, Justin, and RJ rant thoroughly about this ever but also talk highly about a few high points of this show. The Briscoe Brothers have been in the news as of late for their great match against FTR in Ring of Honor.  Mark and Jay Briscoe have been one of the best tag teams in professional wrestling since their debut in 2001.  Even with their individual singles runs they have always came back together to put on some of he best tag team matches ever. This week Brian remembers their match against Rhino and Heath in IMPACT from April 28, 2022. The writing seems to be on the wall for WCW this week as Justin and RJ rant about Bash at the Beach 1999.  On paper the card would appear to be legitimately a good event but as someone once said "the bell had to ring." The highlight of this pay per view would be the match for the WCW Tag Team Championships, pitting "The New Jersey Triad" against Dean Malenko and Chris Benoit.  The rest of the event was very forgettible as RJ and Justin go off on the booking of the rest of the event.  All this and we also add four more themes to our Wresting with Music rankings with a surprise fifth. Bully Ray has one of the greatest wrestling minds of all time.  This week on the show we find out just how good of a story teller Bully is inside and outside the ring.  Brian remembers the first time he met Bully and D'Von when they came to the WWE from ECW; as well some great stories about working with some of the best wrestlers in the world.  From the states to overseas and all points in between Bully has been all over the world and has won numerous championships.  Find out what stories Brian and Bully have on this weeks episode. It was another interesting week in professional wrestling as Brian shares his thoughts on the news on the Vince McMahon scandal and much more; as we dedicate this episode to Christopher Daniels.  Brian and RJ welcome the "Fallen Angel" himself to the show to talk about his great career in TNA and more as well as his great feud with AJ Styles.  Daniels also talks about the formation of the tag team with Frankie Kazarian "Bad Influence" as well as the formation of SCU.  Finally, we chat about his current role in AEW and what we can expect from them. It may be hot outside where you are but this PPV was anything but hot.  Justin and RJ rant a lot about this WCW event from the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.  The main event match between Lex Luger and the Giant taking on Hollywood Hogan and Dennis Rodman was something that was putting fans in the stands or so they were hoping.  The highlights of the show were the first few matches on the card; find out what Justin and RJ had to say about them and so much more!!!!
