Season 2 · Episode 8
Wednesday, August 26, 2026 • Duration 01:18:21
Wrexham AFC Women are heading into the final stages of pre-season, and there’s plenty to discuss on this week’s Full Time with Del Morgan!
Matt, Del Morgan and Welshtechie look back at the convincing victory over Connah’s Quay Nomads before analysing the 5-1 defeat to Watford — a result that doesn't tell the whole story of Wrexham’s performance against a fully professional side.
We also discuss Jenny Sugarman’s tactical experimentation, the switch between a back three and back four, how the squad is building connections and whether Wrexham are beginning to settle on the team that could start the season.
Plus, we look at Maz Mahmood becoming the first Wrexham AFC Women player to appear on the club’s honours board after representing Pakistan, the brand-new Wrexham AFC third kit, and what we can expect from the final pre-season challenge against Wolves.
With Del Morgan providing expert goalkeeping and football insight alongside Matt and Welshtechie, there’s plenty to get stuck into as Wrexham AFC Women prepare for the new season.
