Have we got a show for you! This week the Masters of None are back with a true Puppet Master: Sesame Street, Little Shop, Muppet, and everything else in between puppeteer, Martin P. Robinson. Probably most known for the iconic Mr. Snuffleupuagus and Telly Monster, Martin has had his hand (pun intended) in just about every major puppet group under the sun. From decades on Sesame Street to the original and Broadway productions of Little Shop of Horrors, Martin has done and seen it all, and we get the great pleasure to pick his brain about projects both old and new! So come join us as we sit down and talk shop with one of the all-time legendary greats, Mr. Martin P. Robinson!

It's election season! Do you know who you're voting for??? Well, we here at PMoN are never disappointed with politicians because we have such a deep love and admirations for puppets everywhere! Sorry, bad joke. But this election season we choose puppets every time with our review of D.C. Follies! This short-lived political satire show from the 1980's featured caricature puppets of some of the country's most powerful politicians and celebrities, and boy is it...something. As another edition of Ben and Will watch for the first time, this is quite an interesting one. Will this topical sketch comedy series win the popular vote, or will its cutting-edge humor from the year Ben was born crash and burn in the electoral college? You'll just have to listen to find out.  GO VOTE! DUKAKIS '88!

Oh. My. Gosh. When Will and Ben started this podcast almost a year and a half ago, they never imagined the sheer number of amazing guests that they would have the privilege to interview. But never in their wildest dreams did they believe that they would be able to sit down and have a conversation with such an American treasure, the one, the only, LAMBCHOP! This is the song that never ends, yes it goes on and on my friends........Well folks, we finally did it! A show about the American cultural icon, none other than the wonderfully sassy and oh so adorable, Lambchop! And this one is so big we decided to make it a two part-er! For our first installment, Ben and Will dive into the illustrious career of ventriloquist, comedienne, and all around amazingly talented performer Shari Lewis. From her early days on the Captain Kangaroo show, to every 90's kid's favorite play along, Shari Lewis has been making generations of kids smile, encouraging them to get up off the couch and do everything from playing games to making art and music.  Hush Puppy, Charlie Horse, and everyone's (and their dog's) favorite little lamb, are just some of the amazing characters Shari has given us over the years and this week we dive deep into her exceptional legacy. I LOVE ADVENTURE!!! And so does Timmy the Tooth! This week, Ben and Will are giddy with excitement for one of their childhood classics, The Adventures of Timmy the Tooth! For those of you who were not lucky enough to be children during the glorious heyday of direct to VHS puppet entertainment in the mid 1990's, Timmy the Tooth was a phenomenal home video series starring the titular Timmy the Tooth and his friends going on fantastical adventures. And who better to walk us through a nostalgia laden tour of this fantastic puppet show than with the creators, writers and lead puppeteers of Timmy the Tooth themselves, Kevin Carlson and James Murray! This is a hilarious interview with two amazingly creative and talented minds who made and entire generation of kids smile (and think about their teeth in the process!) Oh mother! This week the Puppet Masters of None get a little spooky-scary with our first ever sci-fi horror film, James Cameron's Aliens. Thats Aliens, the sequel to Alien and the second movie in the Alien franchise. Get all that? Why did we choose to start with the second movie in the franchise? For the gorgeous mamma alien queen puppet of course!  In honor of all the wonderful and powerful women making headlines lately (GOAT Simone Biles anyone?) we decided to do a deep dive into one of the greatest female lead characters of all time, Ellen Ripley! Where will this Sci-fi classic land on the space to carol spectrum? You'll just have to listen in and find out, provided you can handle all the spooky better than Ben can.

WHO YOU GONNA CALL? Puppeteer, Actor, and Stunt Performer Kevin Mangold!!! Friend, have we got an episode for you! This week on Puppet Masters of None, the boys got the great honor of sitting down and chatting with Jack of all trades (and unlike us, master of ALL,) Puppeteer Kevin Mangold! Kevin was responsible of bringing the iconic ghost puppet Slimer to life in the franchise's latest installment Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire! It is so apparent that Kevin himself is such a fan of the character and the franchise, it was an absolute joy to sit down with him and talk about his experiences on set and all of the fascinating different things he has done over the course of his career. Of course, Kevin joins us in the hot seat for puppet this or that and has some incredible advice for those wanting to make it in the movie industry. Enjoy!
