𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗟 𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧?
We discuss behaviour as it appears in public life, across true crime, current affairs, politics, media moments, and wider cultural events.
Paul, a behavioural psychologist, and Helen, a psychotherapist, explore psychology and behaviour through observation and conversation. Sometimes that’s prompted by a short video clip. Sometimes it’s a broader discussion about what’s happening in the world. The focus is always on what can be observed psychologically, not on reconstructing cases or explaining events in full. We’re not investigators, journalists, or political analysts.
We don’t do detailed case breakdowns. We’re interested in behaviour under pressure, credibility, power dynamics, and decision-making as they display publicly. If you’re looking for deep case analysis or comprehensive political commentary, this won’t be the channel for that. We examine behaviour as data.
