This is a VERY special episode with the one and only - Stewart Colgate of Chimayo Jackets, the GOAT of Antique Textile Repurposing. Stewart is based in Round Top, Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico. He is a wealth of knowledge on textile history and a true master of his craft. Stewart is a designer, pattern maker and cutter, as well as a shepherd to many artists and creators. We have learnt so much from him and continue be inspired, as we support each other in the wearable art space.

Alan is one of our favorite hat makers, we personally own many of his hats that you have seen us wear and style. It was beyond special to hear more of Alan's journey into his art and the inside stories he had to share on the history of Western art in the US.
