Stephanie Hyde is UK CEO and EMEA Markets CEO at JLL.

Stephanie is responsible for driving strategy and results for JLL’s leasing advisory and property management businesses as well as delivering a connected, approach for clients across the UK and EMEA region.

Martin Samworth joined CBRE as a graduate in 1983 and enjoyed 37 years service with the company until 2020.

He has extensive global corporate experience across the entire real estate sector at the highest level with Developers, Investors and Occupiers and with a background of specialising in Investment, Development and Real Estate Finance advice.

He was appointed as CBRE Group President and Chairman APAC/EMEA, before retiring in December 2020.

He has worked in the central London office market for over 30 years. He specialises in London occupiers and their design requirements. He is also responsible for scheme branding and leasing.

Bradley became an equity partner at Knight Frank in 1999 and founded and headed their central London tenant representation team.

As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 200 local meetings and events across 15 countries.

John Hoyle is an entrepreneur and real estate professional focused on developing social ventures for profit in the UK and beyond.

After a career as a Platoon Commander with the British Army serving in Germany, Iraq and London, John became a development manager in Abu Dhabi, and - on his return to the UK - worked for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games, and Grosvenor Estates.
