"I Learned to Cook My Daughter’s Favourite Meals Blindfolded Before Going Blind" - CanSeeCantSee's Claire Sisk
Season 3 · Episode 99
Sunday, September 27, 2026 • Duration 01:23:49
Claire Sisk is a content creator, disability and accessibility advocate. You might recognise her as ITV’s This Morning's first blind chef.
She's built a large and loyal following online as Can See Can’t See, showing people how she accomplishes daily tasks others might take for granted, having lost her sight at the age of 37.
I sat down with Claire to talk about having two strokes at 29, being told she would be blind by 40, and learning to cook her daughter’s favourite meals blindfolded while she could still see.
We talk about motherhood, feeling like a burden, accepting help and her bid to find a new career after more than 250 unsuccessful job applications. She talks about how she believes ticking the disability box meant an instant no - and gives a shocking example.
We also get into her love of boy bands, making concerts more accessible, and the three choices she gives herself on difficult days: give in, give up or give it your all.

From Sleeping in a Car Boot to Lending £1 Million - confessions of a Posh Pawn star
Season 3 · Episode 97
Sunday, September 13, 2026 • Duration 01:59:38
James Constantinou is the founder of Prestige Pawnbrokers and star of Channel 4’s Posh Pawn.
Expelled from school at 15 and told he’d never amount to anything, he spent nights sleeping in a car boot. Years later, he was lending £1 million against a collection of art and artefacts.
We talk about building businesses, taking risks, spotting a con, the fear of being poor again, raising children with money, and why some of his happiest memories come from when he had nothing.
There’s also the story behind Posh Pawn, Queen Victoria’s knickers, an offer involving Nigerian fighter jets, and why he’d put Lord Sugar in Downing Street.

Fertility Expert: “I Was Given a 0.7% Chance of Having a Baby - Then I Got Pregnant Naturally at 44!”
Season 3 · Episode 96
Sunday, September 6, 2026 • Duration 01:45:20
Liberty Mills has lived about five different lives.
She was an international model, a young single mum, a woman so badly affected by lupus that she needed a Zimmer frame, a health coach and author who rebuilt her life, and then, at 44, a woman who became pregnant naturally after being given around a 0.7% chance of conceiving with her own eggs.
She talks about the darker side of the modelling industry, including being weighed and measured before being paid, having money docked if her measurements changed, and being made to walk around in her underwear as punishment.
She talks about becoming seriously ill, losing her hair, her independence and much of the identity she had built around being healthy and successful, and the moment her daughter asked: “When you die, how will I pay the mortgage?”
We also get into fertility, miscarriage, IVF, stress, relationships, male fertility, and what it does to a couple when having a child starts to feel impossible.
And Liberty explains why she refuses to let a diagnosis, statistic or label decide who she is or what happens next.
This is a conversation about fertility, but really, it’s about reinvention, agency, and refusing to believe your future has already been written.

"They called me Dr Barbie. They followed me to work. I proved them all wrong." - Apprentice winner Dr Leah Totton
Season 3 · Episode 95
Sunday, August 30, 2026 • Duration 01:38:45
Dr Leah Totton is a doctor, entrepreneur and winner of The Apprentice, where Lord Sugar invested £250,000 in her medical aesthetics business when she was just 24 years old.
She talks about being dismissed as “Dr Barbie” by the press. She talks about journalists following her to and from work, and how reporters would approach patients and colleagues while she was working in A&E in a bid to get dirt on her.
And, crazily, she told me how one tabloid even sent a journalist and her 14-year-old daughter undercover into her clinic in an attempt to catch her offering Botox to the teenager.
At its worst, Lord Sugar stepped in and threatened to sue one outlet over its treatment of Leah.
We also get into growing up in Northern Ireland during the Troubles, the Omagh bombing that inspired her to become a doctor and the guilt and personal conflict she felt leaving traditional medicine for aesthetics.
She talks about building Dr Leah Clinics from scratch, working seven-day weeks, and more recently selling a majority stake in the business in what she calls a “life-changing” deal, and she told me why she believes luck and timing matter as much as hard work.
A rare interview with an incredibly impressive entrepreneur who is, by her own admission, extremely private.
This is Dr Leah Totton.

The Life Coach Who Lost His Wife to Cancer, Filmed It All - and Told Me To Forgive Myself - an interview with Pete Cohen
Season 3 · Episode 94
Sunday, August 23, 2026 • Duration 02:00:52
This week, I’m joined by Pete Cohen.
Pete is best known as The People’s Coach, having spent more than a decade as the resident life coach on ITV’s GMTV, with regular appearances on This Morning.
For 30 years, he has helped people imagine a better life for themselves.
Then life forced him to face the one thing none of us can think our way out of: losing someone we love.
After his wife Hannah was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour, Pete began filming their life together.
Years later, after Hannah’s death, that footage became 'Hannah’s Story', a beautiful, devastating, award-winning documentary about love, hope, grief and what it means to keep going.
We talk about who Hannah was, the making of the film, its impact, Pete’s life, his career, his famous clients, success, purpose, peace, and the difference between being there and truly being present.
Then, at one stage, Pete does something I’ve never experienced in more than 100 interviews.
He turns the interview back on me.
It could have been uncomfortable.
Instead, it became one of the most powerful conversations I’ve ever recorded.
An interview with Arthur Morgan! Actor Roger Clark on Red Dead 2, Loss & the Role of a Lifetime
Season 3 · Episode 93
Sunday, August 16, 2026 • Duration 01:14:20
This week, I’m joined by Roger Clark, the actor behind Arthur Morgan in Red Dead Redemption 2, the third best-selling video game of all time.
We talk about his life and career. The years of struggle before his secret audition with Rockstar, losing his mum at 15, creating Arthur over five years, performance capture, and why the character still means so much to people nearly eight years later.
This one is personal, too. My last ever time with my brother Jordan was playing Red Dead 2 online, just 36 hours before he took his own life.
Afterwards, I disappeared back into that world. There were days and weeks where I was more Arthur Morgan than myself.

He Lost The Love Of His Life, Then Made It Funny: interview with comedian Sam Morrison
Season 3 · Episode 92
Sunday, August 9, 2026 • Duration 01:12:41
Is it possible to turn hope into loss - and even comedy?
This week, I'm joined by US comedian Sam Morrison for a conversation about love, grief, comedy, and the show that changed his life.
Sam is the creator of Sugar Daddy, a critically acclaimed solo show about losing his partner Jonathan to Covid, being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, and somehow turning the most painful period of his life into something funny, moving and deeply human.
We also talk about his show DUCK, which he's currently performing at the Edinburgh Fringe throughout August.
In this episode, Sam talks about meeting Jonathan, the silliness and love that defined their relationship, and what it means to keep someone alive by continuing to talk about them. He also opens up about anger, grief, body image, gay culture, and why making jokes about loss is one of the hardest things he has ever had to do.
Funny, filthy, tender and unexpectedly profound, I loved this conversation.

He Broke His Neck, Lost His Rugby Career, then Built One of the UK's Fastest Growing Companies | James Laithwaite
Season 3 · Episode 91
Sunday, August 2, 2026 • Duration 01:22:21
Today’s guest is entrepreneur and former rugby league player James Laithwaite.
Describing himself as one of rugby league’s ‘unluckiest’ players, James Laithwaite broke the same leg four times, broke his neck - it was the first time his now-wife watched him play - and lost the only career he had ever imagined.
At 27, he went from playing professional rugby league in front of tens of thousands to labouring on building sites, with a baby on the way and no fallback plan.
Then he and his wife Michelle started meal prep business FuelHub.
Their son was born on the day the company launched - James talks about leaving the hospital that morning to deliver its first meals. They later sold everything, emptied their savings and risked it all to keep it alive.
Seven years on, FuelHub is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. It produces around 25,000 meals a week, and works with Team GB, England Rugby, major football clubs, Eddie Hearn and Matchroom.
This is a brilliant conversation about entrepreneurship, injury, identity, family, obsession and starting again.

Real-Life Spider-Man: on Stan Lee, Climbing the World’s Tallest Buildings and Alex Honnold controversy
Season 3 · Episode 90
Sunday, July 26, 2026 • Duration 01:39:35
Dan Goodwin, better known as Spider-Dan, is a legendary climber, daredevil and high-rise safety campaigner.
In 1981, aged 25, he climbed the Sears Tower, then the tallest building in the world, wearing a homemade Spider-Man suit and using equipment he had designed himself.
He later climbed the World Trade Center, among a dozen skyscrapers, free-soloed both sides of the CN Tower and developed an unlikely friendship with Spider-Man's creator and Marvel founder Stan Lee.
We talk about controlling fear when one mistake means death, the moments he came closest to falling, why firefighters once tried to knock him from a building, and the real reason behind his spectacular climbs.
They also discuss his complicated feelings about Alex Honnold and the way modern climbing history is presented, surviving stage-four cancer, the power and limitations of positive thinking, turning 70, and why Dan hopes he still has another 70 years ahead of him.
This is a conversation about risk, recognition, survival and refusing to live an ordinary life. It's about challenging the possible.
