Discipline the Goal of Attention18 May 202300:11:37

In this episode of the Positive Parenting Pep Talks Podcast, you will continue to learn about the systematic approach to discipline and behavior that I use in Positive Parenting. By understanding why your child is acting up, and identifying their mistaken goal, you can then have specific ways to discipline. You will learn about how to use a tool I created called, "Dial-A-Discipline."

In this episode, you will learn exactly what to do to discipline your child when he or she is interrupting you or annoying you (in an inappropriate way). I will teach you the 4 steps to follow when you get into these situations that are so frustrating. I also share a story about my (failed) effort to correct this behavior, and why it didn't work in that situation.
