Jonathan Tabalanga, an international relations expert, Lecturer at Uganda Christian University and International relations officer at Posta Uganda tells us how. His thoughts and comments have been widely published in Ugandan newspapers - and so it goes without say he is the qualified voice to mentor you. Later in the episode we launch into an article he wrote on police brutality. He explains to us why police brutality is so dominate in the Ugandan space today.
