Episode 22. Sam and Hugh have gone missing!!! is it everything that it seems or like this week's film Gone Girl is there more to it? We take a look at the 2014 David Fincher helmed film and try and find out if Sam was so entertained that he would make up an elaborate rouse so he could tell the whole world just how much he enjoyed the film. Or was he so utterly bored that he's going to spend 18 years pretending to have enjoyed this film?

Episode 21. Hugh and Sam travel to Francoist Spain with Mexican director Guillermo del Toro in his 2006 fairy tale classic Pan's Labyrinth. Will Hugh be so enchanted that he wants to go live in the Underworld Kingdom or will he be so bored that he will want the Pale Man to bite his head off?

Episode 20. Hugh, Sam and returning guest Ben Dawson travel to dystopian L.A. in Denis Villeneuve highly anticipated sequel to the 1982 classic Blade Runner. So buckle up and jump in the hover car as we breakdown Blade Runner 2049. Will it leave Sam wanting to dream of electric sheep. Or will it leave him so bored he just wants to sleep?

Episode 19. Sam, Hugh and returning special guest Joe Blakeley decide its time to stop with this podcast malarkey and get real jobs. Fortunately Mike Judge, the creative brain behind Beavis and Butt-Head, King of the Hill and Silicon Valley is on hand to give us jobs at his firm Initech. Here we are given some Office Space in which to review his film. Will Hugh enjoy the film so much that he will replace all his stationary and just have a red stapler. Or will he just want to be fired by the Bobs so he doesn't have to watch this movie? If you could just listen to the podcast that would be great

Episode 18. Hugh, Sam and returning special guest Liam "Juicy" Waters jump into an F1 car and go racing with the Brazilian Legend Ayrton Senna. Together they review the 2010 documentary directed by Asif Kapadia, simply titled Senna. Will Senna make Sam race out to his nearest go kart track so he can take out his nearest rival off the the line into the first corner? Or will he be so bored that it will drive him to distraction and he will go hide in his apartment for three days?

Episode 17. Sam and Hugh get on their motor bikes with Ryan Gosling and Bradley Cooper in the inter-generational ensemble piece Place Beyond the Pines. Will Sam convince Hugh that this is a modern classic piece of cinéma vérité or will Hugh just want to leave it in a Place Beyond the Pines...?

Episode 113. Sam and Hugh once more return to the mean streets of Boston where they are charged with watching Ben Affleck's directorial debut in his 2007 film Gone Baby Gone. Did Sam like the film so much that he wants to become a private eye? Or was he so bored that he wishes that it was him who was gone baby gone? Episode 16. This week Sam and Hugh have joined Her Majesty's Secret Service in order to chase down arch bond villain Franz Sanchez in the underrated 1989 bond classic Licence to Kill. Guiding our heroes through the nondescript Latin American country is Bond fan and friend of the podcast is Liam Waters. Will Sam effortlessly fall in love with Bond like all the women Bond meets or will he want a licence to kill Hugh for recommending the film...?

Episode 15, and it's Halloween, Sam, Hugh and horror movie aficionado Ben Dawson are off on a night out in Wellington with the Vampires of What We Do In The Shadows. Then we hop back to Europe and head up north to Sweden to the land of the midnight sun in folk horror movie Midsommar. Will Hugh find the humour in What We do in the Shadows to die for or will he be dying of boredom? Will Sam be seduced by the glamorous Swedish commune? Or will he want to throw himself off a cliff? And finally like all good horror movie sidekicks will Ben make it all the way to the end or will he be offed in the early part of the second half of the podcast? And when I say offed I mean literally, will he just go off somewhere else because he is fed up with Sam and Hugh's bickering.

Episode 14 and Sam and Hugh are members of a jury where a young man's life is at stake and everyone happens to be angry in this weeks Film 12 Angry Men. Will Sam convince Hugh that its "possible, just possible" that the film is a classic, or will Hugh find it guilty of being boring...?

Episode 13 and Hugh and Sam Sam travel to Montana to learn Heptapodnese in Denis Villeneuve's 2016 Oscar nominated Arrival. But will Arrival leave Sam wanting this film to stay with him long term? Or will he get bored and just ask the aliens to leave, making sure they turn out the lights on there way out...?

Episode 12 and Hugh, Sam and his brother Joe Blakeley decide to go clubbing in Manchester in the late 70s and 80s to the legendary The Haçienda. This weeks film 24 Hour Party People. Staring Steve Coogan and directed by Michael Winterbottom this bio-pic about music scene between 1976-1990 shows the highs (pun intended) and the lows of Tony Wilson the impresario behind Factory Records and the Haçienda. Will the film leave Hugh wanting to become a 24 hour party person or will he want to take "Control" of the TV remote and switch off...?

Episode 10. Hugh and Sam once again head out west to try and make their fortune this time by prospecting for oil with Daniel Day-Lewis (Sounds intense). There Will Be Blood is the second part of their Paul Thomas Anderson double header. Will it have Hugh prospecting for other people to recommend the film to or will it leaving him wanting Sam's Blood for recommending it to him...?

Episode 9. This week Hugh and Sam head off to California to try and make it in the 70s porno business after Hugh recommended that Sam watch the 1997 film Boogie Nights, Paul Thomas Anderson's character study on the lives of those involved in making porn in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Will Sam be turned on and recommend the film to others. Or will he boogie his way over to the remote to change the channel...?

Episode 8 and Sam, Hugh and special guest Ben Dawson head up to the Overlook Hotel in the middle of winter and check into room 237. Where they watch Stanley Kubrick's adaptation of the Stephen King's Novel The Shining. Will Hugh make it to May and recommend the film or will all work and no play make Hugh a bored boy...?

Episode 7 and we've been drafted by Francis Ford Coppola to head into the heart of darkness in his 1979 Vietnam war epic Apocalypse Now. Will this psychedelic descent into madness be gripping enough for Sam to recommend it to others? Or will the horror, the horror be too much, forcing him to napalm his TV...?
