Alexandre Capet spent the past 20 years working in the life science industry with a focus in digital health.Β 


Alexandre has a deep experience in both large and scale-up organizations, spanning from defining the growth strategy to operationalize it, by designing meaningful products, determining regulatory pathways, demonstrating value, building and implementing go-to-market plans, assembling assets and capabilities, inking fruitful partnerships.Β 


In fact, he spent 7 years at Sanofi in the mergers acquisition space with a focus on digital therapeutics.


He then joined Voluntis, as their Chief Strategy and Marketing officer, and ultimately became their Chief Operating Officer.


He was missing pharma so went back to Bayer, as a VP Head Integrated Care in the Digital Commercialization & Ecosystem department.


And last but not least, he recently joined MindMaze, a digital neuro therapeutics company based in Swistzerland. And by the way, MindMaze is the first Swiss Unicorn!

Jean-Paul is MD by training and worked for Novo Nordisk for more than 35 years. After starting his career as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), he climbed the ladder and had various roles ranging from medical, marketing, commercial and general management.


He eventually became General Manager for Novo Nordisk Maghreb and more recently Corporate Vice President in Africa, responsible for driving a team of +1000 people generating $400M annual revenue.


Jean-Paul is the kind of people who understands perfectly the pharma industry and knows how to navigate inside a complex organization. He also has a deep understanding of the various operational functions including Sales & Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs, Clinical-Medical & Regulatory/Pharmacovigilance, Finance & IT, People & Organization, Legal & Quality and more.

Gwenael Meneux worked in the pharma industry for the past 14 years. After starting his career in the cosmetic world (L’Oreal) and consulting (BCG), he joined AstraZeneca back in 2009.
