Jason Gilby is a 2017 Shillington graduate from Manchester; Jason runs a digital design, branding, and motion graphics studio. A few months before the pandemic hit, Jason decided to go freelance, and he shares how he got through those difficult times.

Ella is a recent Shillington Graduate from the Manchester campus. She shares how she landed her first role as a branding designer without even applying for the role.

Gabi Searles lives and works in Brooklyn, New York, where she's the Design Director for SMAKK studios. She shares her journey from taking a comic drawing class in 3rd grade to designer and how a Craigslist ad changed her career.

Konyin was born in Nigeria and moved to America at a younger age. She shares honesty about her family's conversation about moving away from the traditional view of success to become a designer. Konyin has remarkable insights into how to approaches new work opportunities.

Ana & Tiago are the co-founders of the award-winning Studio Humana based in Lisbon. Their work ranges from branding, strategy, print, packaging to exhibition design. Studio Humana believes in other human beings, no matter what's your dream, you deserve the right to pursue it.

Kim shares with us her personal journey to starting Parsons with her husband Craig. She talks about how Parsons is a brand strategy & design studio creating identities and experiences that connect people, and what qualities they look for to make that mission a reality. 

Craig shares about his journey from being a young designer based in London to now being a keynote speaker at design conferences. He shares how his hard work and self-belief have served him to now being a sort after designer and lettering artist. 

Zipeng was born in China where he wanted to be a Manga artist, he was then introduced to graphic design where he fell in love with poster design. He now lives and works in Brooklyn, New York where he dazzles his clients like Netflix, Adidas, The New Yorker, and Poster House NYC where his work was displayed in Time Square. Zipeng shares his journey from China all the way through till now and the lessons he's learned along the way. 

Michael shares with us how he found out what kind of designer he wanted to be after graduating.

We talk to Joseph Han about his upbringing in South Koren and how he learned from an early age how to communicate with his identical twin brother. Joseph shares how communication & reading situations have helped him deliver for brands such as Van Leeuwen, Apple & The New York Times.
