With Halloween Horror Nights 35 opening just ahead in the fog at Universal Studios, Demi of Magical Hijinx and Joey Nolfi open the spookiest vault ever to look back at the most outrageous, shocking, and controversial moments in HHN history.

In this episode of the Park Peeps Podcast, we scare up the strangest lore and oft-forgotten oddities from 35 years of Universal horror. We reveal a recently unearthed 1990s employee manual for the original "Rat Lady" at Fright Nights, re-examine the wild universe-remixing of 2002's Islands of Fear (where Marvel superheroes were actually killed off in the Maximum Carnage house), and scream-laugh our way through Rat Run — a bizarre outdoor maze with see-through fences and Jack the Clown screaming at guests from a platform.
