This cover photo was taken by Tessa (me) in Louisville Kentucky at a friends house in 2016

Nestled in the mountains in a small Colorado town is Rock Creek Cemetery. A location were many families of the first settlers to call this county home, rest eternally. Tessa shares two investigations that she conducted here and shares some of the evidence, experiences and results.

The 🧙‍♀️  Witch of November comes with a vengeance and for two days in 1905 she will batter the area, taking 29 🚤  vessels down with, sending 36 men to their  🪦 watery graves. Dubbed as the Mataafa Strom, they knew this could not happen again and Split Rock Lighthouse was built, which has a haunting tale of its own, and then of course the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald... known as the Titanic of the Great Lakes.

Each year, Split Rock Lighthouse is lit on the anniversary of the wreck of the steamer Edmund Fitzgerald. The Fitzgerald was lost with all hands during a terrible storm on Lake Superior on November 10, 1975.
The weather was awful for the lighting. It was raining. It was windy. It was cold. There were 5 foot waves crashing into the shore. I stayed long enough to shoot just a couple of photos and then headed for the hotel to enjoy a nice pool and some warm pizza with my wife and kids.

Kings Tavern is long since believed to be haunted. Several resident spirits call the Inn home. Six miles away is the Natchez City Cemetery where Tessa discusses one particular unique grave which happens to of course have paranormal happenin's!
