It's Friday, and David sets to leave for the cabin with the group. During the trek North, some old feelings start to arise as he is forced to sit with Jenn the entire way up, which he chooses to internalize. On the way up though, something very strange happens that David has never experienced: Sleep paralysis without ever really falling asleep. The nightmarish hallucinations begin to blur into everyday happenings. So it begs the question, has it really been sleep paralysis the entire time, or is there something deeper happening within himself? Something more... paranormal?

David meets with the rest of the camping trip goers to finalize the plans for the weekend. The atmosphere is very awkward though as this is the first time he has been in the same room with his ex, Jenn, since they split. The group continues to pressure David to finally go see a doctor regarding his night terrors, but as usual, he is reluctant. How many more horrific nights will it take for him to finally give in, or could it possibly take one moment of horrific hallucination to make him succumb?

Everyone is on their own mission. Michelle and Roger make their way to the Navigation deck, but of course it's deserted. Meanwhile, Skye and Erika are shrouded in darkness and under attack by one of the deer creatures. But Erika hears Shane in the elevator shaft which gives her hope. After Shane tells Cora about Erika and Skye, they proceed to escape the engine room. The only problem is there's only one way out. By ladder. With Shane now being paralyzed, it won't be easy for him to escape.
