• Leaving a career and realizing you’ve lost more than a job

• The difference between “I can’t handle this” and “I can handle this, but I don’t want to”
• Why losing the map doesn’t necessarily mean you’re lost
• The difference between finding yourself and creating yourself
• What to ask yourself before making a major life change
• How to tell whether you need an exit, a redesign, or simply some space to breathe

1. What am I actually trying to escape?
2. What do I think this change will give me?
3. What am I moving toward?
4. Who am I without the role I’ve built my identity around?
5. Do I need an exit, or do I need a redesign?

You don’t need to have the next five years figured out (we definitely don't). Sometimes the old map stops working because you're in uncharted territory. You get to choose, let it build you instead of break you.

If something in this episode made you pause, laugh, spiral, or say “okay, rude... I needed that”, send it to someone who needs to hear it too.
