He undertook postgraduate legal study at the University of London before embarking on a 35-year career in higher education in Australia, New Zealand and Canada as a teacher, researcher, scholar, author and university administrator. His areas of expertise include Public International Law, International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, Civil Law and Causation Law. Professor Hodgson has authored and published 30 peer reviewed law journal articles and six books.

Bio Donna Thomas is an independent researcher and a Research Fellow at the University of Central Lancashire in the UK. For the past several years, Donna has been researching the nature of self and unexplained experiences with children, as an independent and academic researcher. This week the I am reading from Vicki Button's book 'I Predict'.
As a born clairvoyant and a life of 60 years with amazing stories to share about spirits, life lessons, near death experiences, strange phenomena, Vicki shares those stories in this book and also helps to teach from what she has learnt herself over those years.
Bio I knew from a very young age that I had the ability to be very consciously aware. When I would be at my great grandfathers house as a small child, I would often notice the spirit energy of a lady laying on the bed, turned out I later found out it was my great grandmother that I was seeing and she died 20 years before I was born. As a child I was always predicting what was about to happen and it always turned out as I had said, so in my 20’s I decided to join a meditation circle to learn how to develop these visions and to open my third eye and pineal gland even more so that I could be very accurate in what I was predicting. I started doing actual readings for people about 30 years ago, I remember this one friend came to my house and she had a list in her bag of all the things she wanted to ask me, she sat down at the table and I started to go through what I was picking up around her and at the end of the reading she showed me the list. I had answered every single question in order that she had them written down without even seeing them.
I also discovered around that time that I could be just as accurate reading the energy of someone from their photo rather than having them sitting in front of me and I really felt this was the way I was to keep working in the future. It also allows me to keep my personal life private and my family private without having strangers coming into my home and leaving their energy in my home and leaving their departed loved ones spirits as well. So for the past 30 years I have done all my readings via written correspondence with letters and then emails. And people have kept some of these readings for all those years and quite often re-read them again to bring them comfort or to see how things did in fact unfold for them. I also love the fact that with the internet, I can reach people from all over the world and I don’t need them to be in my house to be able to read them.

Steve Aspin In Out of Time, author Steve Aspin attempts to write a crossover work about the enduring worldwide reports of alien abduction. He details his lifelong ET contact experiences and the relationships he built with leading researchers during his years of investigating this phenomenon. In this episode I'm talking to Malcolm Nair. In 2010 Malcolm had a near-death experience. He left his body and saw his family in different locations and how they reacted to the news of his car accident. The family later verified the events he saw while he was out of his body. For Malcolm this was truly a spiritually transformative experience.
Bio I'm a practical and realistic guide, coach and mentor which utilizes a traditional and non-traditional therapeutic approach to helping others achieve higher levels of conscious awareness. I have dealt with homelessness, abuse and addictions as well as experienced numerous setbacks and rock bottom moments. However, it was all of these adversities which provided me with a greater understanding of the problems we face when we are not supported or have a clear path. In 2010, I experienced a near-death experience resulting in a higher level of conscious awareness and my understanding of life. I developed a greater awareness of all things life and death and recognized how I had the power to transform my life. It was at the hospital that I made the conscious choice to heal my mind, body and soul to create a greater story and legacy based on love and truth. As the journey continued, I have been able to teach, guide and mentor others through their own journey of personal transformation as well! I'm a first-hand example of what is possible and I look forward to helping you along your journey as well.

Mark carlotto The development of radio astronomy in the 1930s provided a means of searching for evidence of intelligent life beyond earth. After more than six decades, SETI has yet to detect an extraterrestrial signal of intelligent origin. Over this same period, thousands of UFO sightings were reported. Until recently, the lack of government transparency on UFOs has led many to believe in cover-ups and conspiracies to keep their existence from the public. This seemed to change with the official release of three videos by the US Navy in April 2020, confirming earlier unofficial reports of military pilots encountering unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP). Michael Kameron Michael was just an ordinary person who experienced both sides of the paranormal, from alien abductions to encountering strange, mystical beings, stretching back from his childhood right through to his adult life. Having been brought up in the backdrop of a stringent Roman Catholic Irish community in the East-End of London in the 1970’s, it was unthinkable that such unexpected, supernatural encounters could exist at all. He lived in a house plagued by poltergeist activity, encountering spectral visitations from hooded figures.
Throughout his childhood, Michael had been unaware that such experiences were anything other than normal, until he realised that upon reflection, something odd had been happening; that his life was very different from others who considered such supernatural phenomena as totally inexplicable.

Gari Jones The Denbigh Lights – A Truthful Argument For The Existence Of UFOs by Gari Jones is a detailed account of a UFO sighting that happened in a quiet village in Denbighshire, North Wales on January 3rd, 2012. A family of four in the early hours of the morning at approximately 3 am saw from the upstairs window of their home during a windy, rainy, stormy night, a mystical oval outline that had bright lights coming from its exterior. Video recordings were made of this object and the local police in the area were also called to try to ascertain what the object might be. Shortly after a local UFO researcher did an initial investigation and discovered some initial evidence that he was convinced that there was no rational explanation for this sighting. Six years later, the author (Gari Jones) came across the case and in April 2018 conducted an in-depth investigation and put together a video report concluding that indeed this was a genuine UFO sighting with great corroborating evidence. Kevin Randle In this up dated version of the 2000 book about the sightings over Washington, D.C. in 1952. The Washington Nationals examines the case in depth, adding additional commentary, witness interviews, and new information. The sightings took place on two consecutive Saturdays at what is now the Ronald Reagan National Airport and involved multiple radar confirmation, reports from pilots, both military and civilian, and attempted intercepts by fighters. Although dismissed, officially, as nothing more than a temperature inversion, those involved, including the radar operators, airline and fighter pilots, dispute those conclusions. This examination of the event, along with sightings from other parts of the country and the situations that developed from the presidential interest in UFOs, is one of the most comprehensive studies of that segment of UFO history.

This week I'm talking to Peter Panagore about his book 'Heaven Is Beautiful: How Dying Taught Me That Death Is Just the Beginning'.
When Peter Baldwin Panagore died on the side of a mountain, his life was forever changed. Decades later, the intense spiritual journey continues, with a story that combines the thrills of a wilderness adventure with the awe-inspiring elements of a paranormal novel. In March of 1980, college senior Peter Panagore went ice climbing on the world-famous Lower Weeping Wall, along the Ice Fields Parkway in Alberta, Canada. His climbing partner was an experienced ice climber, but Panagore was a novice. On their descent, they became trapped on the side of the mountain. This week I'm reading an extract from Richard Martini's book 'The Greatest Story Never Told: As Told by Jesus and Those Who Knew Him'.
This book is recorded conversations (on film, via skype, zoom) with people who spontaneously claim to be “seeing” “hearing” or otherwise getting information from someone they identify as Jesus. Some claim to have “seen him before” “never seen him before” or “they don’t believe in him” but are somehow accessing him. But the consistency of content is what drew me to the reports.
I’m a writer/director of theatrical motion pictures. I’ve written and/or directed eight feature films, including “Limit Up” and “You Can’t Hurry Love.” I’ve written 10 “best-selling books” (kindle in their genre) about the research of what people say under hypnosis about the afterlife, and recently books with the help of a medium talking directly to folks I knew no longer on the planet, (“Backstage Pass to the Flipside” 1, 2 and 3 with Jennifer Shaffer). I’ve written miniseries for HBO (“The De Medicis” – unproduced) and other film companies. I’ve written scripts for major film studios (including David Kirkpatrick, our trusty foreword fellow) worked on the feature films of Robert Towne (“Personal Best”) and Phillip Noyce (“Salt.”) It’s not like I’m seeking this line of investigation… it literally fell into my lap.
While filming people under hypnosis or not under hypnosis, “seeing” or “hearing” from Jesus started to become more frequent in the footage. At first it was disconcerting. People not under hypnosis saying “I’m seeing Jesus. I don’t know why I’m seeing him because I don’t believe in him!” Eventually I took the leap; “Well, can we ask him a question?”
To my chagrin the answers “he gave” weaved a different story of his life. A story that had echoes of “The Life of St. Issa” as well as other tales of his “survival” from the crucifixion. These consistent yet contrary stories challenged my conception of who he was, challenged my ideas of what consciousness might be, and basically challenge my existence in more ways than one. I published a number of those interviews in “Hacking the Afterlife” but recently while writing “Architecture of the Afterlife” I’ve had more people claim he was “showing up.” And the more he showed up, the more stories he told about his path and journey that mirrored the previous ones. And finally, the author, former studio exec David Kirkpatrick suggested “letting him speak.”
Needless to say, there’s no way to prove they are his words or it’s him speaking. However, what he says is consistent, what he says is contrary to the mythology of him. Allow me to say that again; every time he shows up, he recounts the same contrary story about his life, which is an alternate version of the “Greatest Story Ever Told.” When asked why he was interested in "telling an alternate version of his life" he's reportedly said on more than one occasion: "It's not alternate if it's true." In this book you’ll hear a linear story about the alpha and omega as told by him and those who reportedly knew him.
I've been reluctant to share this story for years; I offer these pages to help people make a DIRECT connection with him. He's not gone; he's just not here. I encourage everyone to ask him on their own.

This week I'm talking to Richard Martini about his book 'The Greatest Story Never Told: As Told by Jesus and Those Who Knew Him'.
This book is recorded conversations (on film, via skype, zoom) with people who spontaneously claim to be “seeing” “hearing” or otherwise getting information from someone they identify as Jesus. Some claim to have “seen him before” “never seen him before” or “they don’t believe in him” but are somehow accessing him. People who report being disturbed by him “showing up” burst into tears, can’t breathe, or in some cases are “dumbstruck” (literally can’t speak) by seeing, hearing someone not there - while not under hypnosis or any imaginable consciousness altered reason. But the consistency of content is what drew me to the reports. People who’ve never considered his story, people who had a firm belief in what they thought was his story - reporting (consistently) an “alternate version of events.” People who “used to believe in religion” but no longer do, people who go to church weekly who claim to be startled at hearing something different than they’ve been told (“I always felt this to be the case, but I’ve never heard it before”). Bio Nicole Strickland is a well-respected afterlife & paranormal researcher, author, podcaster, and speaker from San Diego, California. She is the founder, director, and case manager of the San Diego Paranormal Research Society (SDPRS).
