| 227: Navigating the Mystical: Insights from My Second Noya Rao Experience | 24 Dec 2024 | 00:22:12 | |
In this episode, I delve into my transformative experience with Noya Rao during my second dieta in Peru. Many people are familiar with the profound effects of their first plant medicine journey, but I can confidently say that the second dieta takes the experience to an entirely new level. I begin by introducing Noya Rao, a rare plant medicine derived from a tree that is nearly extinct, with only a few remaining in the world. This tree, known for its phosphorescent leaves, is protected by the Shipibo tribe, who have safeguarded its legacy. The medicine is extracted from the tree's sap and is traditionally consumed alongside ayahuasca during a dieta, which is a focused period of working with a specific plant. Reflecting on my first experience with Noya Rao, I describe it as a powerful dismantling of my ego and identity, likening it to an explosion that reshapes one's understanding of self. This year, I returned to deepen my journey, eager to explore the next level of expansion in my life, business, and relationships. Throughout the episode, I share the nuances of my ceremonies, highlighting how each one differed from the last. The first ceremony mirrored my previous experience, stripping away layers of identity and ego. However, the second ceremony took an unexpected turn, leading me into a darker space that required me to confront deeper issues. This was a necessary part of the journey, allowing me to prepare for the subsequent ceremonies. As I progressed through the dieta, I learned to navigate the medicine more effectively, utilizing sound and vocal toning to move energy within my body. This year, I felt a greater sense of agency and connection with the medicine, allowing me to actively participate in my healing process. The shamans played a crucial role in this experience, singing personalized ikoros that enhanced the medicine's effects. I emphasize that the insights gained from Noya Rao transcend language, operating on a frequency level that is difficult to articulate. The medicine works beyond the mind, installing new frequencies within my system that I can feel integrating into my being. In the final ceremonies, I focused on integrating the experiences and frequencies I had encountered. I describe the post-dieta phase, which requires strict dietary restrictions to honor the medicine's growth within me. This period is essential for allowing the medicine to fully integrate and expand in my life. Ultimately, I reflect on how my relationship with Noya Rao has matured, evolving from a purely healing experience to one of activation and living from an elevated frequency. I invite listeners who have experienced Noya Rao to share their journeys, emphasizing that each medicine journey is unique and deeply personal. As I conclude the episode, I express my gratitude for the opportunity to work with this master medicine and my excitement for the year ahead, eager to see how these experiences will continue to shape my life. Thank you for joining me on this journey, and I look forward to sharing more insights in future episodes. 00:00:00 - Introduction to Noya Rao | |||

| 225: Shaping Reality: The Impact of Body-Mind Maturation on Your Identity | 28 Aug 2024 | 01:07:46 | |
"A real master knows that we're always a student and we're always learning and you'll never there, whatever there is." In this episode of the Onkens World Podcast, I am thrilled to welcome Nicky Clinch, a master maturation coach with over 16 years of experience in training and facilitating body-mind maturation. We dive deep into the concept of body-mind maturation, a unique body of knowledge that Nikki has developed, which emphasizes the importance of maturation over mere transformation. Nicky explains that while transformation suggests a sudden change into a new version of oneself, maturation is a continuous process of outgrowing old identities and ways of being. This process is essential for our evolution as human beings, and it is intricately linked to ontology, the science and nature of being. We discuss how our experiences shape our identities and how many of us are trapped in repetitive patterns of suffering due to our unawareness of these mechanisms. Throughout our conversation, Nicky shares her personal journey from a troubled past marked by addiction and bulimia to becoming a coach dedicated to helping others. She emphasizes that true healing and change come from understanding the deeper roots of our suffering and recognizing the universal structures that govern our experiences as human beings. We also explore the concept of identity, particularly how it is formed during childhood and how it can become a blind spot that limits our perception of ourselves. Nicky highlights the importance of consciousness and self-responsibility in breaking free from these limitations. She provides insights into how we can begin to recognize and address our blind spots, especially when we find ourselves in spirals of negative thought patterns. As we shift the conversation towards business, Nicky discusses how body-mind maturation principles apply to entrepreneurship. She explains that our businesses are reflections of our inner worlds and that the challenges we face in our professional lives often mirror our personal struggles. By taking ownership of our experiences and understanding the resonance we emit, we can create more authentic and successful businesses. Nicky shares her own transformative journey over the past year, including significant shifts in her health and business. She candidly discusses the impact of shedding physical weight as a manifestation of her internal changes and how this has led to greater success and fulfillment in her work. This episode is a profound exploration of the interconnectedness of our inner and outer worlds, the importance of maturation in our personal and professional lives, and the power of consciousness in creating meaningful change. Join us for this enlightening conversation that challenges conventional notions of identity and transformation, offering a fresh perspective on personal growth and business success.
