In this episode of the Onkens World Podcast, I am thrilled to welcome Nicky Clinch, a master maturation coach with over 16 years of experience in training and facilitating body-mind maturation. We dive deep into the concept of body-mind maturation, a unique body of knowledge that Nikki has developed, which emphasizes the importance of maturation over mere transformation.

Nicky explains that while transformation suggests a sudden change into a new version of oneself, maturation is a continuous process of outgrowing old identities and ways of being.
