One Center podcast is an audial space where we’ll be talking about shamanism from the post-tribal perspective, taking a fresh look at old ways. Hosted by mentee Valerie Jaruzel and mentor Kenn Day, we’ll discuss overall health and well-being through the lens of Spirit, how shamanic work can be in service to individuals and community, all while keeping two feet on the ground. Each episode will pull from the catalogue of post-tribal shamanic teachings and occasionally wandering off to other related topics.
