I emphasize that therapy is valuable and has its place, but it may not always fulfill the need for physical release of trauma. I believe that the work I do, which is trauma-focused and somatic, can quickly remove trauma from the body. I highlight the importance of releasing pain and not living in it, as well as the conditioning of society to be aware of pain but not taught to remove it. I emphasize that different modalities work for different people and that individuality should be respected in the healing journey.
