Who is Misha Gabriel?

Gabriel was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His mother, Irina Brecher, is a ballet dancer from Romania.[3] Gabriel, who was raised in Larkspur, Colorado, began dancing at the early age of two years. He appeared with Janet Jackson for three years in a number of her videos, TV shows, and live performances. He also took part in shows by Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, The Pussycat Dolls, Hilary Duff, John Legend, Kylie Minogue, and Omarion.[4]

He has worked in several American commercials and in the movies Jackass Number Two, Clerks 2, and Center Stage: Turn It Up.

Gabriel was selected as a principal dancer for Michael Jackson's This Is It concerts and was set to perform in all 50 shows scheduled for the O2 Arena in London, England. The concerts were canceled 18 days before the dancers were set to travel to London due to Jackson's death. Gabriel was subsequently featured along with the 10 other dancers in the concerts' behind the scenes film, Michael Jackson's This Is It.

He then appeared in a major role, as Eddie, Sean (Ryan Guzman's) best friend, in the film Step Up Revolution (2012), directed by Scott Speer and Step Up: All In (2014), directed by Trish Sie.

He choreographed in:

• Justin Timberlake's live show FutureSex/LoveShow as a choreographer (2007)
• Music video for BoA's single "Eat You Up" in 2008
• In 2009, he was part of a planned This Is It series of 50 concerts by Michael Jackson to be held at the O2 Arena in London that was canceled because of Jackson's sudden death three weeks before the show's inaugural event. He was part of the backup dancers on Michael Jackson's This Is It

Who is Erin Gavin?

Erin Gavin, award winning actress, Award winning filmmaker. Erin's journey in the entertainment industry began early, landing the role of Molly in a theater production of Annie at the age of seven, which marked the start of her career in the UK. While still in high school, she secured her first television role in the popular series Taggart. Erin continued to hone her craft at The Royal Academy, studying performing arts before expanding her knowledge with studies in business and media. Her career took a significant leap when she was cast in the award-winning hit series Footballers' Wives, which propelled her into the spotlight. Leveraging her extensive network in the entertainment and modeling industries, Erin founded the Erin Gavin Talent Agency (EGA), now recognized as one of the UK's leading agencies for models, dancers, and film and television background artists. Throughout her eclectic career, Erin has worn many hats-actor, writer, director-working alongside notable talents like David Schwimmer, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Elijah Wood. Chappell Roan brought the crowd to their feet performing her hit song “HOT TO GO!” and a special rendition of Elton John’s iconic “Your Song.” The Midwest Princess was joined on stage by Elton for a spellbinding duet of “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me,” before paying an emotional tribute to her friend and mentor, stating: “You have sacrificed so much for the queer community and made it so I can be the artist I can be.” To close the set, Chappell crowned Elton with a pink cowboy hat before rocking the stage with a dazzling duet of  “Pink Pony Club.”

 

Uniting stars and advocates on Hollywood’s biggest night of the year since 1992, the annual Academy Awards® Viewing Party has supported the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s efforts to raise over $123 million for their life saving work towards their mission of ending AIDS and the stigma associated with it for everyone, everywhere.
