Dear Maureen,
What do I do if my doctor dismisses my menopause symptoms?

Thank you,
Discouraged Debbie.

One thing is true in that women feel confused about perimenopause and menopause treatments with all that is on social media these days. Doctors, NPs, Personal Trainers and coaches pushing hormones for everyone! Other doctors and perhaps even yours practicing medicine in accordance within the guidelines.

And this likely has you frustrated.

This episode covers what you can do.
