"Wicked lite bites"—a quick, lighthearted news story from each New England state, the New England origin story of Alice's Restaurant Massacree by Arlo Guthrie and how it became a Thanksgiving tradition, and an interview with Esther Friedman—Massachusetts licensed mental health counselor, expressive art therapist, musician, and the author about finding calm amidst the holiday stress. This episode's audio has been updated to correct two errors:

1. In the Killington story, the pronunciation of "Stifel" has been corrected.
2. In the Alice's Restaurant segment, a source cited incorrectly stated that Ken Shelton, former WBCN DJ, graduated from Emerson College. He is actually a graduate of Brooklyn College and Boston University’s School of Communication. The incorrect information has been removed.
