From Structure To Surrender w Nick Pags15 Feb 202200:56:46

Questions like these can run through our minds: "Who do I want to be”? “What can I do in my life” or “Why am I still doing this”?

Growth mindset expert and inspirational life coach, Nick Pags, helps us answers these questions. He does this by showing others how to break down old ways of being and assisting in re-write mental patterns that don’t serve the future version of ourselves that we're chasing. His goal is to help others to see their limitless potential and unlock EVERYTHING they're capable of.

He points out how trust is the first step in TRUE surrender…If you trust “the power” that has your back, your only job is to make decisions that are aligned to the man or woman you are going to become.

“Don’t get mad at where you have been or the years spent doing odd jobs.. it is all playing a role in who you become as soon as you surrender, to create the life of your dreams.”

155 - Street Says, Tell A Better Story For Lasting Impact27 Jun 202300:18:03

Street Says - tell a better story and you will connect with your audiences more than ever!

Hi all! Today’s episode is a bit more abstract than usual, and based around this idea of competition (in this case, the game of S̶i̶m̶o̶n̶ Street Says), and how it relates to showing up as your business/brand and the interaction that you are creating with your audiences.

Are you creating a competitive environment and tricking your audience?

If so, the reality is that you are not going to make a lasting impact, because well, there is no authenticity and genuineness. My goal with this episode is to share the message of “start with story, NOT trickery”so that you can achieve community in a world of competition!

Yup, we’re delving more into all of that, so be sure to tune in to the full episode!

154 - From Idea to Impact W The Social Snippet's Kristina Bartold-Sorgota And Maria Tassi20 Jun 202300:46:38

On today’s episode of the ‘no Boring Stories’ podcast, we are joined by the perfect pairing of Kristina Bartold-Sorgota and Maria Tassi, Co-Founders of 'The Social Snippet'!

Through their social media consultancy, Kristina and Maria are actively changing the narrative of social media from being about hardcore sales and likes & follows, to a means of building a trustworthy and positive online community.

However, the duo share their resistance towards solely labeling themselves as a SM consultancy, and make it clear that they don’t just do ‘social’, but work towards marketing people’s dreams; their focus is on idea to impact!

In our conversation, we delve into both Kristina and Maria’s separate journeys and how they met each other in the middle at the right time, and then the development of their passionate business partnership.

There is a brilliant chat based around shame and how this feeling can affect how we show up and present ourselves online. We also dig into the impact of sharing ‘the personal’ on your business socials with your audience, and the value in embracing vulnerability. And of course, much, much more!

It is an episode that I am certain will have you saying, “you’re kidding, you too?” And that is all thanks to Kristina and Maria for being so open with their thoughts and experiences!

Be sure to connect with The Social Snippet by checking out their Instagram [https://www.instagram.com/thesocialsnippet/?hl=en] and website [https://thesocialsnippet.com/], as well as K & M's separate business accounts - [https://www.instagram.com/kristina.bartold/?hl=en]  [https://www.instagram.com/_mariatassi/?hl=en]. Kristina also hosts a fantastic podcast called 'Build Your Digital Community'

153 - Are You Making Something For Them Or Are You Making Something From You? 13 Jun 202300:17:00

Are you making something for them or are you making something from you? The difference might seem small, but it will change everything.

That’s what we’re getting into in today’s episode of the ‘no Boring Stories’ podcast!

It’s an ‘off the cuff’ chat with a message that I just have to get out - We get hung up on showing up because we are stressed about what THEY are going to think, so the question that I’m breaking down here is - “Am I making something for them or from me?"

I’ll be sharing my personal experience, as well as some great insight from Jon Acuff who believes that if your audience doesn’t like what you are putting out there, it isn’t for them. He trusts that those who need what you are sharing will receive it and it will ultimately help them, but what is important is that you wrote it because YOU needed to do so.

This episode is all about the significance of speaking from the heart and showing up as exactly who you are/who you’ve always been, because when you do both, that is what is going to create clarity and authenticity for your audience.

Tune in, my friends! It's a good one :)

We will discuss whether its important to be an 'expert' today. You will feel more confident than ever to show up and share your message, trusting that you are an authority on your own lived experience.
