Nathan cannot seem to get rid of his hiccups, no matter what he tries. That night, Peanut Butter Jim takes him back to Cactus Ridge, where they visit the brilliant worm scientist Dr. Squigglyboom, who has invented a special cactus elixir that can cure hiccups across the desert. When they arrive, they learn that the precious elixir must be delivered by train before hiccups spread any farther, so Nathan and PB Jim climb aboard the Hiccup Express to help get the cure where it is needed. When things begin to look hopeless, Sensei Jonko and the Ninja Apes leap in to save them. But once the excitement settles down, Jonko explains there is a much bigger problem — Danielle is growing far too fast, and without meaning to, she has started crushing bridges, smashing trees, and causing chaos throughout the rainforest. When they arrive, they learn that King Henry the Rex is about to marry Gloria the Brontosaurus, but every time someone mentions the wedding, the nervous king stomps back up to his castle and hides.
