In this episode, Minister Helena reminds us that trouble is part of life. It’s not a matter of IF, it’s a matter of when trouble comes. Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble”. (John 16:33) So, that means we need to be prepared when we encounter trouble in our life. We need a plan and strategy that’s in place and ready to be followed whenever we encounter trouble in our life.
Psalms 46:1 tells us what to do when trouble comes. God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.

The world around us longs for peace. We have peace marches, peace demonstrations (which are not always peaceful), But we will never find true peace apart from God, apart from Jesus. When you allow your mind to get distracted or disturbed, you miss out on the peace that God has for you.
The enemy tries to rob us of our peace, and uses people, worry, anxiety and fear to take away our peace.
Jesus said in John 16:33: “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Jesus never promised that you wouldn’t have any troubles. But he did promise that you could have peace in him in the midst of all your troubles. When you love God’s word, you will gain wisdom, and with wisdom comes peace, and then you can take back your peace.
We all want to live the blessed life where we're free from sickness and disease, money in our pockets and all our debts are paid, but this is not living the blessed life. The blessed life come from fearing and obeying God and delighting in Him. When we delight in Him, we live a life full of joy and peace. It starts by delighting in the Scripture.
Delighting in His Word is about living and thinking through the Gospel. If you have a hard time with this, ask God to give you a burning desire in your heart to seek more of Him and what He has for your life. Ask Him to change you. When we remove the wicked, we can fully experience delight in Him.
I decree and declare that from this day forward you shall live an extravagantly blessed life!
In this episode, Pastor Glenis & Minster Helena talked about why it's sinful and foolish to worry. Because worry is like a rocking chair, you rock back and forth, and at the end of the day you are still in the same place. My friends, stop worrying and start living.
So if you struggle with worry, what are you to do with it and about it? God invites you to bring the things in life that concern you and unload them on the One who can actually do something about them.
In this episode, Minister Helena talks about God’s solution to worry is prayer. Philippians 4:6, 7 reads, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, shall guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Worry will rob you of your joy. Worry will make you unfruitful. Worry doesn’t accomplish anything. And worry shows a lack of trust in God.

Every believer in the Lord Jesus Christ is to be full of the praise of God. Some have no praise, some have low praise but some have the high praises of God in their mouth. Our mouth is a special gift from God that He has given to us. It is a powerful gift and a multi faceted gift. We use it to eat, to speak, to pray, to confess, to declare, to decree, to cry, to proclaim, to preach, to teach, to bless, to praise, to worship, to communicate etc. One very important reason God gave us our mouths is to praise Him.

In our society price tags tend to determine value. So what is your price tag? When you know your worth you won’t waste time trying to fit in with others. You cannot base your worth on your achievements, how much money you make or the car you drive. What will happen if these things are no more?
You are a child of God, see yourself as a champion and develop an "I" can mentality, do not listen to the naysayers or the voices in your own head that says, "you can't" instead, hold your head high, and start living as God's masterpiece.
February is considered the love month, and Valentine's day is celebrated during that time. We take great pride in giving roses, candies, fancy cards and the list goes on. These things symbolize our affection, but does that really represent love?
When we think of love, we think of God's love (Agape) this is the highest type of love. It is God's immeasurable and incomparable love for mankind. His love transforms us, and then, it is our privilege and responsibility to share that love with others.
You are destined for transformation as you accept this profound love! I encourage you to be an intentional lover. It begins when you allow God's love for you to fill up the emptiness inside you. Allow God to invade your life with His love.
Prayer is important in the life of a believer. And there are many promises that should inspire us to lay hold of God and bring our requests to Him, then we will experience the joy that comes when we pray.
So, what do we gain by praying to God? Prayer aligns your will with God's will, He supplies our needs and fulfills our desires, He gives us inner peace, we are drawn closer to God and we have sweet fellowship with Him. So, if you are in need of a breakthrough then it's time to pray.

Valleys are defining times in our lives, they are unavoidable, you cannot get around them. They are unpredictable and temporary. Valleys and Baskin Robbins are alike, they have 31 flavors.
So in order to thrive in the valley, you cannot dwell in the valley. You must walk thru the valley, going through implies an end of an event. It is not to be our dwelling place. Not a place for us to camp out, or take up residence.
Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

When we have an encounter with Jesus, He places a fire inside of us. Too often in our lives, our spiritual temperatures fluctuate. The fire of love for our Savior may never be fully extinguished, but the fire is at a low intensity and the embers are losing heat. However, like the priests of old, it is the responsibility of the believers today to keep the fire of God's love burning and glowing. We can afford to lose a lot of things, but not our fiery passion for God.
We need to get on fire and stay on fire, we must keep it burning! Leviticus 6:8-13
