He uses his YouTube channel to create fun, educational videos to inspire others to make positive changes for our world. Jack interviews experts in the field, such as Joel Sartore, a National Geographic photographer; Dr. Biruté Galdikas, the world's leading Orangutan reasearcher; and C-16 BioSciences, which is creating a palm oil alternative. He tours labs, zero waste markets, and more to showcase conservation and environmentally friendly work being done around the world. Jack is the Youth Ambassador for Orangutan Alliance and his goal is to see orangutans OFF the endangered species list. He works in many ways to educate others, while simultaneously learning everything he can in the field himself. An academic award-winning evolutionary biologist studying the adaptations of Southern Ocean Penguins to extreme and rapidly changing environments as part of the 2020 NERC GW4+ DTP cohort. Expertise in areas such as population genetics, bioinformatics, data analysis, evolutionary ecology, and programming. Currently working on a multidisciplinary project with aspects of wildlife parasitology, climate change biology, and transcriptomics.

Ph.D. tutor at The Brilliant Club for the South-West region. Teaching maths and biology to students with the aim of widening access to university for students from underrepresented groups.
