Midterms 2021 Part 1: Singles and EPs
samedi 5 juin 2021 • Duration 15:25
Its June and you know what that means, Midterms!! Its that time of the year again on My Little Underground where I bring out my big red pen and talk up some of the best music of the year so far! This week its all about the best singles and EPs six months into 2021. Listen to me talk up great singles including the new Lice (Aesop Rock & Homeboy Sandman) MF Doom tribute tune, Ask Anyone (I forgot to give the title in the episode) to the viral, anti-racism single from The Lindas Lindas. 2021 is shaping up to be another great year of EPs from the likes of former MLU guests, Lunarette, Sofia Kourtesis (I butchered her last name, sorry!!), Lord Wardd and Kero Kero Bonito putting out a daring 7 minute track (their songs rarely go beyond 3 minutes)! No more writing show notes in the third person, its weird. Happy listening! - Peter A.
